Às 9h do dia 10 de maio de 2014, os
portões se abriram diante da arquibancada leste do estádio do Corinthians. Uma
procissão de torcedores com telefones celulares e câmeras fotográficas em riste
começou a caminhar em direção àquilo que poderia muito bem ser chamado de
santuário sagrado para essas pessoas.
Pela
primeira vez em quase 104 anos de história o Corinthians proporcionou a sua
legião de seguidores a chance de pisarem em um chão próprio para o time mandar
seus jogos.
A
façanha foi alcançada, está pronta. O estádio, ainda não.
Pressionado
pela aproximação da partida de abertura da Copa do Mundo, que será disputada em
Itaquera, o Corinthians realizou neste sábado o primeiro evento teste do
estádio com presença maciça do público - 20 mil ingressos foram colocados à
venda e pouco mais de 17 mil compareceram - e mostrou a todos uma casa
inacabada durante amistoso entre ídolos da torcida, Corinthians x Corinthians.
Arquibancadas
sem cadeiras, cobertura incompleta, fios atravessados pelo chão, andaimes do lado
de fora e de dentro, banheiros sem papel e vasos sanitários sem descarga,
pisos, tetos e paredes sem acabamento e sujos, tudo a pouco mais de 30 dias
para o início do Mundial, em 12 de junho. Os sinais de celular e de internet
eram precários, como já previam os organizadores da Copa. No entorno do
terreno, as obras viárias prometidas pelo governo do estado de São Paulo
parecem longe de ser entregues. Sobrou até para o gramado: atletas reclamaram
que o terreno estava muito duro.
"Eu
afirmo que vai estar pronto. A única coisa que falta nas coberturas são os
vidros, que são importados e as lonas das arquibancadas norte e sul. O que
falta é acabamento, que todo dia anda um pouco mais e as arquibancadas
provisórias, que acabam até 15 ou 18 de maio", garantiu Andrés Sanchez,
ex-presidente do Corinthians e hoje responsável pelo andamento das obras da
arena.
Assim
que o jogo festivo deste sábado acabou, os operários, que assistiram à bola
rolar, voltaram ao batente. A morte de dois trabalhadores atingidos pela queda
de uma peça que destruiu parte da fachada da arena, no final do ano passado,
aliás, provocou atraso na obra. Uma terceira pessoa faleceu em 2014 ao
despencar de um andaime.
Dirigentes
alvinegros alegam que a obra não será entregue como planejado pelo clube, com
carpetes refinados e mármore nos setores VIP, já que a Fifa não exige esse tipo
de requinte para os compromissos da Copa.
E
os torcedores também não pareceram se preocupar com a ausência desses
acessórios. Neste sábado, os fãs transitavam pelo interior da grandiosa
estrutura sorridentes, parando eventualmente em longas filas para um pastel e
uma cerveja sem álcool a R$ 6 cada . Os VIP's usufruíram de cardápio mais
variado, com direito a buffet com queijos finos e doces de nozes.
O
visitante mais ousado conseguiu transitar com liberdade, das áreas de acesso
aos jogadores aos setores reservados, como fez a reportagem do ESPN.com.br,
chegando, inclusive, no camarote do ex-presidente Andrés Sanchez, que reprovou
a presença da equipe de jornalismo no local. Dezenas de funcionários
uniformizados foram contratados para informar aos presentes simplesmente que
não havia assentos marcados na arquibancada.
Alguns fãs se sentaram no chão.
Mais
tarde, o cartola se desculpou pela 'bagunça' e prometeu que em 18 de maio, no
segundo evento teste, Corinthians x Figueirense, pelo Campeonato Brasileiro,
será diferente. "Tivemos algumas dificuldades, peço desculpa. É que vieram
muitos jogadores com familiares, a logística ficou ruim, mas no grosso foi tudo
perfeito, tudo bem. Dou nota 7,5, 8. No outro domingo vai ser muito melhor. Vai
ser com tempo, todo mundo vai ter que se acostumar, vai ter que conhecer seu
espaço, vamos aprendendo. Mas com certeza 100% funcionando, a maravilha que a
gente imagina, só a partir do ano que vem."
Pouco
mais de 40 mil entradas devem ser disponibilizadas para o duelo com o
Figueirense.
A arena não será testada com lotação total - 68 mil lugares -, já
que as arquibancadas provisórias instaladas especialmente para o Mundial não
devem ser liberadas a tempo pelo corpo de bombeiros.
Arquibancadas
que são motivo de discordância no clube. Andrés Sanchez pensa que a estrutura
móvel, financiada por empresas privadas, deve ser mantida depois da Copa.
Outros acham que ela deve ser retirada assim que se encerrar o torneio
internacional, preservando-se, assim, o projeto inicial do estádio. Existe a
hipótese futura de ampliação da capacidade.
Os
dirigentes ainda discutem se o local receberá espetáculos musicais, rendendo
verba extra. No momento, a prioridade é acelerar a já atrasada venda dos
camarotes e espaços reservados para terceiros. Luis Paulo Rosemberg,
ex-dirigente alvinegro, voltará aos bastidores para intermediar o processo.
Falta também fechar acordo com uma empresa que pague pelo direito de dar nome à
casa alvinegra, os namming rights.
Ainda
continua faltando e muito para terminar o estádio, justamente o acabamento é o
que normalmente dar mais trabalho, e passaram apenas sete anos desde que
soubemos que iríamos sediar esta Copa. Infelizmente, nosso País (a maioria dos
homens que tem o poder na mão), se acostumaram a empurrar tudo com a barriga, desviar
recursos e inventar desculpas e o que é pior, a maioria do povo pela falta de
conhecimento, acredita neles e os apoiam.
Esta
é a razão pelo qual continuamos sempre nos primeiros lugares nesta questão, "falta de educação", de conhecimento, é uma lástima que precisamos conviver com tamanho problema e ladrões de colarinho branco e não se pode fazer nada, pelo menos por enquanto.
