A COPA DO MUNDO JOGADA NO NORDESTE / THE WORLD CUP PLAY IN THE NORTHEAST.

Temos 32,8% de jogos da Copa do Mundo a ser jogados no Nordeste, maior que no Sul (Porto Alegre-RS) que, aliás, não leva nenhum jogo, e isto é provavelmente uma retaliação da FIFA, a lisura e ao comportamento de nossa presidente em querer as coisas limpas e transparentes.

Não sabemos ainda se teremos jogos da Seleção Brasileira em Recife, mesmo tendo sempre colocado mais publico que nos outros estados, quando aqui vieram buscar apoio e dinheiro. A Seleção Nacional sempre foi tratada da melhor maneira possível e com o maior respeito.

A que se deve isto? Possivelmente a construção da Arena Pernambuco que não chega aos 50 mil assentos, e é uma pena não termos aqui, uma arena com 60 mil assentos. Fala-se em “elefante branco”, mas já vimos que o próprio Náutico irá mandar seus jogos lá, e se os dois outros clubes de Recife tiverem capacidade administrativa, e visão empresarial, deverá levar no mínimo os grandes jogos e clássicos para esta nova oportunidade de se ter uma renda maior.

Estamos torcendo para que o profissionalismo no futebol finalmente aterrisse aqui. Que sejamos bafejados com uma onda de desenvolvimento alavancados por esta Copa do Mundo. Já sabemos que os próprios ônibus irão mudar, teremos transportes dignos, as vias de trem (que aqui se chama metrô de superfície) deverão ser melhoradas com locomotivas mais leves e vagões com melhor conforto.

Mesmo com esta quantidade de jogos da Copa sendo realizados no Nordeste, estou pedindo ainda uma intervenção divina para que possamos ter aqui no Recife algum jogo da Seleção Brasileiro, sonhar não é pecado e acreditar é mais do que normal e é o que estarei fazendo. Principalmente se o Náutico confirmar sua subida à Primeira Divisão Nacional em 2011, e por milagre o Sport também, pois precisa se superar, com esta instabilidade emocional, que acontece com um elenco mais jovem, e por isto muito instável, também não se olhou para sua leveza, sem massa e sem altura, não se consegue ir muito longe.

A mudança de metodologia ocorreu por uma imposição da FIFA. A entendida não aceitava as garantias bancárias dadas pelo Inter para a remodelação do estádio, orçada inicialmente em R$ 158 milhões, mas podendo chegar aos 290 milhões.

O clube abrirá uma licitação para fechar com uma parceria. O edital será publicado na quarta-feira e os candidatos terão 15 dias para enviarem suas propostas. A mais forte candidata é a Andrade Gutierrez, empresa pela qual Luigi gostaria de firmar acordo.

A solução encontrada foi um meio termo. O clube não arcará com toda a remodelação do estádio e não há certeza de que a Andrade Gutierrez será a parceira, cuja proposta é ter o lucro de algumas partes do empreendimento, que conta com estacionamento e Shopping Center, além de 12% dos assentos, por 20 anos.

Isso porque o fundo responsável pela obra da Arena Corintiana e não teria consistência para levantar esse empréstimo com o BNDES, segundo apurou o jornal. Desta forma, a CEF poderá receber o valor do BNDES e levá-lo ao fundo.

Se essa transação realmente for concretizada, há o risco de a CEF não receber e, além dele, existe também a possibilidade de encarecimento do custo da obra do estádio. A construção da nova arena do Corinthians deverá ultrapassar bastante o valor estipulado atualmente, de cerca de R$ 600 milhões de reais.
