Flamengo contratou jogadores do Avaí e não pagou até agora.

Ao que parece a nova diretoria do Flamengo terá um duro e longo trabalho pela frente para tentar colocar o clube em ordem. O primeiro passo é ter que lidar com os muitos credores do clube.

Um dos casos recentes de calote na gestão de Patrícia Amorim ao Avaí na negociação que levou o zagueiro Renato Santos e o meia Cléber Santana ao Avaí em setembro de 2012. Os dois jogadores integram atualmente o elenco do rubro-negro e Cléber Santana teve boa participação na luta contra o risco de rebaixamento no Brasileirão de 2012.

Até o momento o Flamengo não pagou pelos jogadores. O acerto entre o Fla e o Avaí era de quatro parcelas que totalizavam mais de R$ 3 milhões e o clube carioca pagou apenas uma.
Em entrevista ao jornal Lance, o presidente do Avaí, João Nilson Zunino declarou que o clube catarinense atualmente enfrenta problemas graças ao calote do Flamengo.

“Infelizmente eles ainda não pagaram, mas acredito que isso será feito por essa nova diretoria. Estou passando por uns problemas, pois estamos com alguns compromissos atrasados por conta desse atraso. Esta semana vamos tentar entrar em contato para resolver isso logo”, disse.

O cartola catarinense ainda revelou que foi aconselhado a só negociar os atletas em questão com o dinheiro depositado por conta da fama de mau pagador do Flamengo. “Quando fechamos a negociação, muitos diziam que só deveríamos liberar os jogadores com o dinheiro no caixa, mas acabamos fechando assim mesmo. Infelizmente isso acontece no futebol brasileiro. Mas vamos esperar para que tudo se resolva tranquilamente” afirmou.

Que o Flamengo está atolado em dívidas todo mundo sabe. No entanto, a nova direção terá que se desdobrar para montar o time e honrar os compromissos assumidos anteriormente. A notícia do patrocínio milionário com a multinacional Adidas deve aumentar ainda mais a ansiedade dos credores do clube.

Logicamente que todos os que estão sem receber vão querer receber, isto é natural, e espero que esta nova diretoria pense como negócio e tire este grande clube do buraco negro. Agora que a tarefa será gigantesca, não tenho dúvidas e na hora de contratar tem que analisar cuidadosamente, trazer jogadores porque alguém gosta não dá certo, tem que pensar como profissional do futebol e se tiver ajuda de algum, será melhor ainda e mais certo de não incorrerem nos mesmos erros passados, contratar um ex-jogador somente porque foi ou é ídolo, esta pessoa deve ter conhecimento cientifico e empirico do contrário, não irá muito longe.

Agora, o presidente vai ter que trazer ao COF para decidir o que é certo ou errado", disse Alberto Strufaldi Neto, presidente do COF, à rádio Bandeirantes. "Estamos 24 horas à disposição. Em um prazo de duas ou três horas, por consultas telefônicas ou via e-mail, conseguimos resolver qualquer contratação desde que sejam apresentados os recursos necessários. Sem isso, o COF não aceitará", prosseguiu.

A ação deve fazer com que Tirone, enfim, anuncie nos próximos dias que não tentará a reeleição. Até porque a decisão passou também pelo Conselho Deliberativo, que escolherá o próximo presidente e contesta bastante a atual gestão, incluindo o vice-presidente Roberto Frizzo e o gerente de futebol César Sampaio.

"Foi feita uma série de omissões e contratações que não deram certo. Estávamos contratando jogadores de nível técnico discutível por preços muito altos. Isso trouxe um desequilíbrio nas finanças do clube, nos endividamos muito neste último ano. O Palmeiras está deficitário", falou Strufaldi.

"Não há conotação politica. Foi uma decisão tomada a partir de um levantamento efetuado nas contas do clube por três membros do COF, e eu era um deles. Foi percebida uma série de omissões que foram levadas ao Conselho Deliberativo (CD). Pela importância, tanto o COF quanto o CD e a Diretoria Executiva na pessoa do próprio Arnaldo aceitaram por unanimidade conceder ao COF o poder de analisar qualquer contratação até o dia 21", assegurou Strufaldi.

Se Tirone vive possivelmente seu último mês como presidente, Sampaio tem menos de uma semana como gerente de futebol, já que seu contrato acaba na segunda-feira e não deve ser renovado por causa das eleições. Sua última contratação, a de Fernando Prass, já foi contestada.

"Essa contratação chegou a ser debatida, mas infelizmente já havia sido realizada quando houve a reunião. Particularmente, achei que os valores foram muito altos, mas não posso responder pelo Conselho", afirmou Strufaldi, delegando a Tirone e Frizzo a função de trazer bons argumentos para novos reforços. "Não posso responder pelo departamento de futebol. Quem deve montar o time e trazer as resoluções é o departamento de futebol, não o COF", comentou o conselheiro, admitindo, por exemplo, não conhecer o meia Dátolo, oferecido pelo Inter.

Mas tanto o argentino quanto qualquer outra contratação só deve ser aprovada com parceiros assumindo os custos. Para assuntos como a renovação do contrato de Marcos Assunção, que acaba na segunda-feira e é considerado "importante" por Strufaldi, é a solução dada pelo presidente do COF é se aproveitar da economia gerada com a dispensa de 20 jogadores. "Embora eu desconheça os valores reais que foram economizados, é evidente que podem servir como recurso para a contratação de outro jogador. Infelizmente esta medida se faz necessário quando a administração é desastrosa, não sei o que se passa dentro do Palmeiras, ate porque vivo do outro lado do País, mas por tudo que se ouve e por tudo o que se vê, não havia outra coisa a se fazer. E fico triste pela instituição e também pelo Cesar Sampaio que teria tudo para dar certo nesta função, muito embora que mesmo defendendo esta posição dos clubes brasileiros contratarem profissionais para estas funções, aviso que o clube deve ter muita atenção nisto, pois o conhecimento dentro de campo somente, não é suficiente para se exercer esta função.

Ser um executivo que tem a função de garimpar, e escolher além de decidir contratos, valores e outros altos fatores de risco, se predispõe ser uma pessoa que tenha além da experiência de campo, adquira conhecimento cientifico e tenha a virtude de ter as características que o cargo requer, e entre outros atributos, ser um excelente negociador, do contrário não vai conseguir desempenhar esta função como deve.

O lado bom dessa mudança é que a relação com a diretoria de futebol vai melhorar, porque não existirão mais os intermediários e a comunicação será direta, ou seja, treinador e diretoria, sem a gerência de futebol no meio. Ainda tem o ganho financeiro, porque o clube não precisará arcar com as despesas desse profissional.

Como o treinador nada mais é que um gerente da área de futebol, o trabalho desse profissional ficará ainda melhor, mais importante. A maior prova disso está na renovação de Vanderlei Luxemburgo com o Grêmio/RS. Em seguida a assinatura do contrato essa semana (22/11/2013), Vanderlei iniciou as conversas com a direção do clube para melhorar o elenco da sua equipe para o ano de 2013. Lá no clube gaúcho e ele fez correto, ele mesmo sentou com a direção do clube gaúcho para definir as regras para 2013. Sem intermediários. Muito pertinente seu comentário. Entretanto, acho que essa função tende a ser melhor especializada, um Gerente de Futebol cuidaria das divisões de base - de sua estrutura e desenvolvimento -, e também dos contratos ou recomendações de jogadores estando ligado diretamente à presidência. Além, é claro, de fazer o "scout" (procura) dos jogadores profissionais e   das divisões de base, tão relegadas em nosso futebol profissional.

Tal função está distorcida, um Gerente de Futebol não é um “treinador”, nunca foi e nunca deverá ser. Decerto que deve ser uma pessoa com muito entendimento de futebol jogado, mas nunca um treinador, além de possuir a capacidade de articulação e com conhecimento de identificar futuros bons jogadores, entender de valores, de contratos, da burocracia e suas leis, ou seja, do conjunto que rege o Futebol. E por fim, mas não menos importante, ter entendimento de mercado, sobretudo o  internacional.

Não podemos admitir, pelo menos no futebol brasileiro, que um técnico seja aquele que contrata, pois ele ocupa um cargo de extrema incerteza: se perder 4 ou 5 partidas é demitido. E depois como ficarão os jogadores contratados por ele? Outra questão muito relevante é a questão da ética, por exemplo, a comissão/jabá, pagos por fora que os atletas estão sendo obrigados a pagar a alguns para jogar... alguns para fazer testes. Pois, alguns técnicos não estão nem um pouco ligando para sua honestidade ou transparência, o que vale é o dinheiro em sua conta bancária.

Outra coisa é o planejamento de média e longa duração que todo clube profissional deve ter, e quando temos uma verdadeira dança de admissões e demissões na carreira de técnico, não se pode ter certeza de planejamento nenhum.

Então esta função de Gerente de Futebol deve ser melhor vista e repaginada, e locupletada com mais funções pelo clube, dando-lhe o status de "funcionário do clube", com carteira assinada e encargos trabalhistas pagos... Mas, que sejam profissionais, pois, este negócio de colocar um amigo, um conselheiro, ou alguém de sua amizade para ser o tal Gerente de Futebol, esse sim, tende a acabar, pois compromete muito uma administração em um clube profissional e mostra a falta de transparência desta administração. E de preferência que ele tenha sido jogador e que exista uma sinergia e identificação com a instituição. Saudações meu camarada.
