As frequentes denúncias contra o presidente da CBF (Confederação Brasileira de Futebol), José Maria Marin tem repercutido até internacionalmente, mas na medida do possível, Ronaldo, membro do COL (Comitê Organizador da Copa), tenta não se envolver no tema. Nesta sexta-feira, em um evento realizado por um patrocinador, o ex-jogador novamente foi questionado sobre o assunto, mas não quis polemizar e simplesmente resumiu: ‘Não sou amigo dele’.

Ronaldo, que já havia se mostrado a favor do movimento pedindo a saída de Marin da CBF após as denúncias sobre o envolvimento dele com a ditadura militar, reforçou que está buscando fazer o melhor para a Copa do Mundo de 2014 e que sua relação com o presidente da entidade é apenas profissional.
“A minha função eu estou fazendo da melhor maneira possível. Estou empenhado para que a Copa das Confederações e a Copa do mundo sejam exemplos para o mundo. Minha relação com o governo é boas, as pessoas estão satisfeitas com meu trabalho, tenho o otimismo que vamos fazer a melhor Copa”, explicou o ex-jogador, antes de fugir da polêmica com Marin.
“Sobre a relação do Marin com o governo prefiro não opinar, é uma situação dele. Não sou amigo dele, não tenho negócios com ele, então prefiro ficar na minha situação de fazer o que é melhor para o Brasil”, continuou.

Sem querer se estender sobre o tema, Ronaldo passou a falar sobre a seleção brasileira e as constantes críticas que têm sido feitas ao time de Luiz Felipe Scolari. O ex-jogador, ao contrário dos torcedores que vaiaram o Brasil no amistoso da última quarta, se disse otimista com o seleto nacional e mostrou ter profunda confiança principalmente no trabalho de Felipão. Ainda assim, ele admitiu que muita coisa precisa melhorar para a seleção chegar ao Mundial com o entrosamento ideal.
“Tal como as coisas estão indo a torcida brasileira não está otimista. Eu estou otimista porque conheço muito bem o Felipão, acredito no trabalho dele. São jogadores jovens, tem que introduzir sua filosofia de jogo”, opinou.

Ronaldo ainda citou a capacidade de Felipão de ‘calar os críticos’ e, por isso, mesmo reconhecendo as má atuações da seleção, o pentacampeão mantém as esperanças de que tudo vai melhorar com o tempo. “Sabemos que não é fácil. Ele sabe como calar a boca de todos e vai querer fazer isso. Mas não podemos esconder a realidade, o Brasil não tem jogado bem, mas acho q vai ter reação na Copa das Confederações”, concluiu.

Todos nós brasileiros estamos esperando por isto, meu querido Ronaldo, mas, temos que convir que o Felipe Scolari já algum tempo não é o mesmo e o tempo passa, meu caro, não espera por ninguém. Competência ele tem, pois não é a toa que foi Campeão do mundo.


Resta saber se os jogadores ainda entendem sua linguagem e o que é pior, espero que os técnicos de todas as outras seleções, sejam deste mesmo espaço de tempo, pois o que falamos hoje, normalmente soa ou parece mais um insulto que um cumplimento e quando na realidade o que queremos fazer é passar apenas um pouco de nossa experiência e conhecimento.

O movimento também ganhou eco na Assembleia Legislativa de São Paulo. Conforme a publicação do Diário Oficial do último sábado, os deputados Carlos Giannazi (PSOL) e Ramalho da Construção (PSDB) apoiaram em sessão o abaixo-assinado.

O ponto alto da manifestação de apoio foi a exibição das imagens em que o ex-jogador do São Paulo, governador biônico na Ditadura e atual presidente da CBF embolsa uma medalha na final da Copa São Paulo de 2012 vencida pelo Corinthians.

“Vamos passar aqui o vídeo recente da TV Bandeirante que mostra o presidente da CBF embolsando, praticamente roubando uma medalha”, disse Ramalho.

“Todo nosso apoio ao Impeachment, à saída de José Maria Marin, tanto da CBF quanto do Comitê Organizador Local da Copa aqui no Brasil”, completou o deputado.

A morte do jornalista Vladimir Herzog durante a Ditadura também foi lembrada pelos dois deputados. “Esse movimento é importante porque traz à luz uma situação que muitas pessoas desconheciam. O presidente da CBF, que irá representar o Brasil na Copa do Mundo, apoiou o regime militar e que, na verdade, ajudou com suas posições políticas, sobretudo através de um pronunciamento feito, aqui, de onde estou falando. Esse fato, revelado apenas agora, se manteve em segredo em razão de um compromisso assumido pelos presentes àquele encontro. O "fico" se deu após uma manifestação inesperada de Viana, doutor em Direito pela Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). Ele interrompeu Teixeira com furor, improvisou um discurso de defesa que sobressaiu pela eloquência e, num gesto que mesclou audácia e autoridade, rasgou o documento.

Para Viana, a CBF dispunha de expedientes suficientes para evitar a condenação de Teixeira. "O Ricardo já estava com toda a mudança pronta para Miami. Era só comprar as passagens", contou ao Estado o tio dele, Marco Antonio Teixeira, que na época respondia pela secretaria-geral da CBF.

Dez anos e quatro meses mais tarde, desgastado novamente com uma avalanche de denúncias, que o colocavam no centro de escândalos de corrupção, Ricardo Teixeira optou pela segunda, e definitiva, renúncia. A leitura da nova carta, em 12 de março deste ano, representou o primeiro ato de José Maria Marin na presidência da CBF e marcou a mais surpreendente mudança de rumo na história da entidade.

Desde o início de 2011, Teixeira enfrentava dois sérios problemas políticos. Um deles, interno. Após oito anos de convivência em harmonia com Lula, ele notava uma clara intenção de Dilma Rousseff em mantê-lo à distância. Esse constrangimento crescente imposto pelo Palácio do Planalto teve seu auge num evento promovido pela FIFA no Rio, em 30 de julho do ano passado. Num salão improvisado na Marina da Glória, a presidente ignorou Teixeira e exigiu do cerimonial que os dois não se sentassem lado a lado.

A relação da CBF com o PT começou com algumas indefinições tão logo Lula chegou ao poder em 2002. Por semanas, Teixeira e seus assessores se perguntavam sobre como o novo presidente da República reagiria à onda de denúncias que estampavam a fachada do prédio da CBF e o perfil de seu principal dirigente. Aos poucos, porém, Lula se posicionou como um parceiro fiel de Teixeira e o ajudou a trazer a Copa de 2014 para o Brasil. Com Dilma, o canal direto com o Planalto acabou.

Ricardo Teixeira também vivia acuado por causa de desavenças com o presidente da FIFA, Joseph Blatter. Os dois travavam uma disputa não declarada pela sucessão na entidade. 

Publicamente, Teixeira apoiava a reeleição do suíço. Mas a situação se agravou após entrevista do dirigente da CBF publicada pela revista Piauí, em julho do ano passado. Ao reiterar que votaria em Blatter, foi imediatamente repreendido pela filha caçula, de 11 anos. Ingenuamente, ela perguntou ao pai por que tinha mudado de opinião, pois dizia em casa que seu candidato era o catariano Mohammad Bin Hammam.

"Foi um tiro no peito", resumiu Marco Antonio Teixeira, adversário político do sobrinho desde que foi demitido por ele da CBF em janeiro. "Ali, naquele ato falho, o Ricardo passou recibo."

Desde então, Blatter passou a ter um só objetivo em relação a Teixeira: eliminá-lo do futebol. O dirigente suíço ameaçava facilitar a divulgação de documentos em poder da Justiça de seu país, os quais poderiam esclarecer o envolvimento de Teixeira e João Havelange numa transação fraudulenta entre a FIFA e a empresa de marketing esportivo ISL nos anos 90.

Somavam-se a isso outras denúncias contra Teixeira. A mais recente refere-se a possíveis desvios de recursos públicos nos contratos de comercialização do amistoso entre Brasil x Portugal, em novembro de 2008, em Brasília. Há duas investigações em curso sobre o caso. 

Uma sob a responsabilidade da Polícia Civil do Distrito Federal. A outra corre na 16.ª Delegacia de Polícia do Rio e apura se o ex-presidente da CBF teria cometido, neste caso, crimes de lavagem de dinheiro, evasão fiscal, formação de quadrilha e falsidade ideológica.

Se em 2001, Teixeira contava com dois escudeiros de peso, Eduardo Viana e Nabi Abi Chedid, um de seus vices mais próximos na CBF, ele teve de atravessar o novo período de turbulência praticamente isolado. Viana e Chedid morreram em 2006. No mesmo ano, o dirigente ensaiou uma aproximação com Marco Polo Del Nero, a quem convidou para chefiar a delegação do País no Mundial da Alemanha. Mas passou a se reunir mais amiúde com o atual presidente da Federação Paulista de Futebol somente no final do ano passado, já diante de um cenário de perspectivas sombrias.

Alvo de críticas intensas de uma parcela da imprensa, Teixeira começou a se preparar a partir de agosto de 2011 para deixar o País e se fixar em Miami, onde possui uma casa de luxo num condomínio em Boca Raton. Primeiro, se desfez de suas cabeças de gado holandês e de seu pequeno negócio de laticínios na Fazenda Santa Rosa, em Piraí, interior do Rio. Também vendeu um lote numa área muito valorizada (Jardim Pernambuco) no bairro do Leblon, zona sul carioca.

Demitiu funcionários particulares e elegeu José Maria Marin e Marco Polo Del Nero, agora também vice da CBF, como seus dois grandes parceiros. Fechou com eles acordo para receber salário como consultor da entidade - R$ 120 mil por mês - e ainda reivindicou que despesas suas relacionadas a custos judiciais, entre outras, contassem com o aporte da confederação.

Teixeira deixou a CBF e também a presidência do Comitê Organizador do Mundial de 2014, em março, pelo mesmo motivo que redigiu sua primeira carta-renúncia, em 2001: o temor de ser preso.

Nove meses depois de trocar o glamour de uma agenda repleta de encontros com políticos e empresários influentes por uma vida mais reservada na Flórida, faz questão de se manter bem informado apenas sobre os grandes negócios da CBF - há contratos em vigor com 11 patrocinadores, o que representa uma receita anual à entidade de cerca de R$ 350 milhões.

O sonho de presidir a Copa e dirigir a FIFA está enterrado. Mas Teixeira vai continuar a atuar nos bastidores da CBF, a fim de garantir, daqui a dois anos, a eleição de Marco Polo Del Nero, provável sucessor de José Maria Marin.

Como todos podem ver acima, os desmandos e desvios já aconteciam muito tempo atrás, e até mesmo o enriquecimento dele que nunca foi devidamente investigado pela Receita e pela Policia Federal, o que nos mostra que ladrão de supermercado tem muito mais importância que um ladrão de colarinho branco, nesse País.

Certamente de que as coisas continuam na mesma linha, ou tem alguém que prove o contrário. Duvido.

O total dos bônus dos três atinge R$ 1.583.980.

Os R$ 750.869 restantes foram divididos pelos demais 37 funcionários, numa média de R$ 20.293 para cada um.

Verdade que Fernanda Fortuna Pizzi, íntima de Joana, foi agraciada com R$ 174.191, o que deixou aos demais 36, em média, R$ 16.018.

Larissa Nuzman, por exemplo, filha de Carlos Nuzman, do COB e do CoRio-16, recebeu bônus de R$ 24.768, com salário de R$ 11.258, porque a cartolagem é como a monarquia, passa de pais para filhos, como se por direito divino.

Resta saber se o Palmeiras conseguirá seu intento de anular a partida contra o Internacional (seria muito bom vê-los levar uma sonora goleada no suposto próximo jogo) para acabar de vez com estes tais “princípios” alegados pelo clube Paulista.  Princípios de que não sabemos.
