O gigante brasileiro Clube de Regatas Flamengo terminou sua busca por um patrocinador principal para sua camisa, fechando um contrato de três anos com a Peugeot.

O clube do Rio de Janeiro passou a temporada de 2012, inteira sem um parceiro importante, mas confirmou a notícia em um breve comunicado na quinta-feira. Detalhes da parceria com a empresa automotiva francesa estão definidos para ser revelado em uma conferência de imprensa na segunda-feira.

O anúncio vem depois do Flamengo no mês passado assinar outra parceria milionária de 10 anos com a ADIDAS , vale a pena relatou o clube, $ 183 milhões de reais. As negociações contratuais sobre o acordo teria durado seis meses, com a ADIDAS uma competição enfrentando a Nike para a assinatura do Flamengo.

Uma das questões que afetavam o negócio foi ser a exigência da ADIDAS que apenas dois patrocinadores poderia exibir suas logomarcas nas camisas do clube. Esta demanda exclui a temporada de 2013, quando as camisas do Flamengo poderão ainda apresentar três patrocinadores.

O Flamengo terminou em 11 º no Campeonato Brasileiro 2012 da Serie A. O clube tem ainda patrocinadores que atualmente incluem o Banco BMG, Mobil Super e TIM.

Esperamos que, desta vez, não joguem o dinheiro fora com contratações horríveis, sem nexo com o que deve ter uma instituição desse porte. Infelizmente, falamos nisso toda hora aqui, não adianta ser ídolo ou sócio e bem sucedido no mundo dos negócios, o futebol é um mundo à parte, só quem está dentro pode entender melhor e para ser presidente, tem que ser profissional e mesmo assim, tomar muito cuidado com as contratações para os cargos mais importantes do clube.

Brazilian giant Flamengo has ended its search for a main shirt sponsor by agreeing a three-year deal with Peugeot.

The Rio de Janeiro club spent the entire 2012 season without a major partner but confirmed the news in a brief statement on Thursday. Details of the partnership with the French automotive company are set to be revealed at a press conference on Monday.

The announcement comes after Flamengo last month signed off on a new 10-year kit partnership with Adidas worth a reported R$183 million. Contract negotiations over the deal reportedly lasted six months, with Adidas facing competition from Nike for Flamengo’s signature. One of the issues affecting talks was said to be Adidas’ demand that only two sponsors could display their logos on the club’s shirts. This demand excludes the 2013 season when Flamengo’s shirts will reportedly display three sponsors.

Flamengo finished 11^th in the 2012 Campeonato Brasileiro Serie A season. The club’s top tier sponsors currently include Banco BMG, Mobil Super and TIM.

Hopefully, this time, they do not throw the money away with horrible signings, unconnected with what should be an institution of this size. MP PEDE QUEBRA DE SIGILO BANCÁRIO DO PRESIDENTE DO ATLÉTICO-MG, ALEXANDRE KALIL / MP CALLS FOR LIFTING BANK SECRECY OF THE PRESIDENT OF ATLÉTICO-MG, ALEXANDRE KALIL

O MP (Ministério Público) de Minas Gerais abriu um inquérito civil para apurar suposto enriquecimento ilícito do presidente do Atlético-MG, Alexandre Kalil, e de outros dirigentes do time. Eles são acusados de realizarem empréstimos para o clube, com uma cobrança de juros bem acima dos valores praticados por instituições financeiras.


No entanto, as investigações estão suspensas porque um dos investigados obteve a concessão, no âmbito do TJ-MG (Tribunal de Justiça de Minas Gerais), de medida liminar que determinou a suspensão do processo até decisão final de mandado de segurança.

Em nota oficial, divulgada no site do clube, Kalil se diz “indignado” com as denúncias, alega que não foi chamado pelo MP para dar nenhum esclarecimento e afirma que causa “estranheza” que um assunto “já explorado e esclarecido” tenha vido à tona novamente.

Também em nota, o MP afirma que, no decorrer das investigações, “tornou-se indispensável o pedido de quebra de sigilos” e afirma que todos os investigados foram notificados. 

Segundo informações do jornal O Globo, a ação se refere ao período de janeiro de 1998 a dezembro de 2006 e foi estendido ao ex-assessor especial da presidência, Hissa Elias Moyses, consultor de área esportiva do BMG, e a cinco empresas, incluindo a Erkal Engenharia Ltda., de propriedade de Kalil. 

Ainda no site oficial do clube, Kalil se compromete a colocar a disposição do MP as contas e toda a documentação necessária e ainda alega que a medida teria caráter “intimidatório”.
“Esses empréstimos nunca circularam em minha conta, nem na conta de minha empresa. 

Eram tomados no banco em meu nome e transferidos diretamente ao clube, que por sua vez pagava, também diretamente à instituição financeira, como prova toda documentação que tenho em minhas mãos. Tal transação será devidamente comprovada na quebra de meu sigilo bancário", salienta o presidente do Atlético-MG.

De acordo com o MP, o empréstimo era tomado pelos dirigentes e, posteriormente, o recurso seria repassado ao clube com juros acima de mercado. Somente numa operação, o empresário Alexandre Kalil, pessoa física, teria emprestado R$ 1 milhão e recebido R$ 1,07 milhão após seis dias, o que equivale a juros de 35% ao mês, proporcionalmente. Sua firma, a Erkal Engenharia, contraiu 12 empréstimos e repassou para o Atlético cobrando taxas consideradas abusivas, entre junho de 2000 e outubro de 2005.

Então finalmente alguma alma solitária resolve investigar o que esta acontecendo no futebol profissional brasileiro. Que funcione com o efeito dominó, seja apenas o primeiro, porque estamos vendo nosso futebol descer pelo ralo de um esgoto cheio de mentiras e de falsos torcedores que se tornam cartolas apenas para saquear as instituições, e isto é uma vergonha.
