Quatro anos após recusar uma pedida salarial de R$ 130 mil mensais e não renovar o contrato do promissor meio-campista Jean Chera, o Santos acertou no início da noite desta quinta-feira a repatriação do jovem de 20 anos de idade, que passou por oito clubes desde 2011 e não convenceu em nenhum lugar. Os moldes do contrato, no entanto, são bem diferentes neste momento: vínculo de apenas quatro meses e salário de R$ 920, que é o mínimo pago nas categorias de base.

O acordo foi confirmado ao LANCE! pelo presidente do Peixe, Modesto Roma Júnior, e a única indefinição neste momento é a categoria em que Jean será encaixado. O jovem ainda tem cinco meses como júnior, mas o técnico Kleiton Lima, da categoria sub-23, já solicitou sua utilização nos treinos e amistosos de sua equipe. A preferência, porém, será de Pepinho Macia, que comanda o sub-20. Modesto deixa nas mãos dos treinadores das duas equipes a definição de onde encaixar Jean Chera.

- Ninguém desaprende a jogar. E o Santos fez um investimento muito forte neste jogador no passado - justifica Modesto, que enfrentou oposição de diversos conselheiros e parceiros da diretoria antes de fechar o acordo com os representantes de Chera nesta quinta-feira.

Jean Chera foi descoberto por olheiros jogando em Vera (MT), sua cidade natal. Ele chegou ao Santos com 10 anos, em 2005, e iniciou por lá um tratamento para crescer, já que era baixinho e franzino. Nos anos seguintes, o meia passou a ser tão badalado quanto Neymar, outro que despontava nas categorias de base naquele momento. Chera chegou, inclusive, a participar de uma apresentação de uniformes do Peixe ao lado de Madson e Molina (principais jogadores do time profissional), e Neymar.

Em 2011, porém, o meia entrou em conflito com a diretoria do Santos em razão dos valores para sua renovação de contrato, que seria o primeiro vínculo profissional no clube. O pai de Chera chegou a pedir salários progressivos de até R$ 130 mil para o garoto, na época com 16 anos, e o Peixe recusou.

Desde então, o meia passou por Genoa (Itália), Flamengo, Atlético-PR, Cruzeiro, Oeste, Universitatea Craiova (Romênia), Paniliakos (Grécia) e Cuiabá, onde disputou dois jogos em quatro meses nesta temporada.

Jean Chera só será anunciado quando for aprovado nos exames médicos e assinar contrato com o clube.

Pois é, problemas do Pai com uma diretoria de base e até do profissional, sem conhecimento e meios para tratar desta questão, até lembro um problema idêntico com um grande potencial que despontou na Vila e que infelizmente por razões muito parecidas, saiu e até agora não deslanchou, está em Portugal se arrastando para ver se consegue mostrar seu futebol, que diga-se de passagem, é grande. Um grande problema que temos no nosso futebol é justamente esse, parentes sem preparação nenhuma se metem em questões no futebol pensando que estão fazendo o melhor para os filhos, quando na realidade, (salvo exceções), estão apenas atrapalhando a carreira do filho.

Está, portanto, de parabéns o novo presidente do clube que consegue reparar um erro e dar nova oportunidade ao garoto, vamos ficar aqui torcendo para que ambos consigam o que querem. E que o pai do Jean fique de lado, esperando as coisas acontecerem, que tenha aprendido a lição e agora possa fazer seu dever de casa, que é sustentar a vaidade e a fama de seu filho.

Série B vai à Globo por dinheiro da Série A e limite a Flamengo e Corinthians

Um grupo de representantes da Série B vai se reunir com a Globo na quinta-feira da próxima semana para pedir mudanças ao futebol brasileiro. Presidentes do América-MG, do Náutico, do Paysandu e do Atlético-GO estarão presentes no encontro. A pauta envolve uma série de assuntos, mas o principal será sobre as cotas de televisão.

O ESPN.com.br teve acesso ao estudo feito pelos dirigentes sobre o tema, apresentado nesta terça-feira na CBF, que mostra todo o cenário da divisão do dinheiro da TV no Brasil e no mundo. O documento destaca o abismo que existe entre a primeira e a segunda divisão e propõe alterações: além de pedir uma redistribuição para a Série B, a proposta atinge também a Série A.

De acordo com a pesquisa feita por esses clubes, há três grupos no futebol atualmente: 

- Grupo I: clubes com contrato de longo prazo com a TV, que inclui a maioria dos times da Série A e tem um valor total de R$ 930 milhões, estimado.

- Grupo II: clubes que disputam a Série A em 2015, com contrato de um ano com a TV e tem um valor total estimado em R$ 100 milhões.

- Grupo III: clubes que disputam a Série B em 2015, com valor total de R$ 51 milhões (cada um ganha R$ 3 milhões).

Diante deste cenário, o grupo propõe algumas sugestões, que vão diretamente contra a situação que hoje tem Flamengo e Corinthians, os que mais recebem da Globo.

A partir de 2016, os dois passarão a ganhar R$ 170 milhões ao ano, cada um. Juntos, portanto, R$ 340 milhões. O valor que a dupla tem direito representa 26% do total que a TV paga aos 18 times que faziam parte do Clube dos 13.

a) Limitar o percentual do time que mais recebe em relação ao total em no máximo 10%;

b) Limitar a razão do time que mais recebe em relação ao time que menos recebe em 4 vezes;

c) Limitar o percentual da soma dos cinco times que mais recebem em no máximo 40%;

d) Limitar o percentual da soma dos dez times que mais recebem em no máximo 65%.

Além desses itens, a proposta dos clubes da Série B é para que a negociação com a TV volte a ser feita em conjunto, após o contrato vigente, e não mais separadamente, como acontece hoje em dia. 

Enquanto os atuais acordos não acabam, o grupo formado pelos times da segunda divisão pedem mudanças imediatas para conseguirem se ajeitar. 

a) Manter o valor de R$ 3 milhões para cada clube;

b) Acrescentar um valor de R$ 100 mil para cada posição no ranking dos 17 clubes, ou seja, o último do ranking recebe R$ 100 mil, o penúltimo R$ 200 mil, assim sucessivamente até o primeiro, que receberá R$ 1,7 milhão, para a temporada 2015.

c) Acrescentar da mesma forma acima um valor de R$ 100 mil de acordo com cada posição do último campeonato da Série B, para a temporada de 2015.

"Nós apresentamos hoje um estudo. O grupo foi criado há um tempo e essa foi a primeira vez que encontramos todos os clubes da B desde então. Foi a formalização da existência desse grupo", afirmou Glauber Vasconcelos, presidente do Náutico, em contato com a reportagem.

"Há muitos assuntos para serem tratados. A questão dos estádios, a questão dos horários de jogos e uma série de outras coisas. Claro que o tema das cotas de TV é muito importante e vamos já chegar com uma sugestão para eles. Fizemos um estudo grande sobre o assunto e estamos bem embasados", acrescentou Mauricio Sampaio, presidente do Atlético-GO.

E aí, vemos o porque da falta de qualidade da maioria dos clubes da Serie A, Serie B, Serie C, e Serie D, sem falarmos no futebol Estadual, a distância é muito grande e temos outro agravante que é a falta de profissionais capacitados para dirigir estes clubes, que na sua maioria são empresarios torcedores ou até outros interessados apenas em tirar vantagem para sí próprio. 

O que nos espanta e muito, é que isso deveria ser tratado primeiramente ns Federações Estaduais (para isso foram criadas e recebem muito dinheiro para existirem), depois de esgotado o asunto e encontrado soluções possiveis, se levar a Confederação Brasileira de Futebol para ser apreciado e devidamente ajustado à necessidades mostradas. 

Mas, vão à Rede de Televisão, ao invés da CBF, definitivamente o futebol brasileiro precisa urgentemente de mudanças, já que quem está mandando no futebol é a grade da TV, que empurra o futebol para qualquer horário, colocando na frente do esporte, novelas, mal feitas e mal intencionadas e que só mostram como mentir, trair e enganar, é uma pena.

Os problemas da FIFA não irão acabar apenas com a eleição de um novo presidente, é o que acredita o presidente do Comitê Olímpico Internacional (COI), Thomas Bach, que também cobrou uma reforma profunda na entidade que rege o futebol.

O dirigente não quis comentar sobre a candidatura de Michel Platini, especificamente, mas cobrou transparência de quem quer que seja o escolhido.

"Isso se aplica a qualquer candidato. E se aplica porque os problemas da FIFA não vão se encerrar com a escolha de um novo presidente. É preciso reformar a estrutura, a transparência precisa ser melhorada. Só a eleição não vai ser suficiente", disse Bach.

O chefe o COI, que se esquivou de mostrar qualquer preferência em relação aos possíveis postulantes, já havia feito as mesmas cobranças logo após a primeira rodada de prisões dos dirigentes na Suíça, um dia antes de Blatter ser reeleito.

Já venho falando isso aqui e faz tempo, aliás, se tem que trocar os presidentes das Confederações dos Países e até das Federações estaduais, pois todos estão infectados desse vírus da corrupção (podem ter certeza), então de que adianta trocar uma peça se a maioria das outras está com defeito.
