Acabei de assistir mais um jogo de nossa Seleção Nacional e vejo que ainda não acordaram para nosso maior inimigo, ainda não identificaram que o mesmo está em nosso time, em nossas garotas e não nos adversários. E que não é dentro do campo que ele está, sinto muitíssimo falar isto e vou explicar meu ponto de vista.

Todos nós sabemos que já a algum tempo a Seleção Brasileira deixou de ser saco de pancadas e disputa de igual para igual com as nossas mais ferrenhas adversárias, ora, Estados Unidos, ora, Alemanha e eventualmente outra seleção de País desenvolvido. Calma, deixe-me chegar lá, ou melhor, deixe-me molhar o bico.

Vejam bem, no Brasil, nossas garotas vêm eventualmente de lares simples, famílias humildes, como por exemplo, Marta a melhor do Mundo. Conheço sua região (aliais, somos vizinhos, ela é de Dois Riachos e sou de Garanhuns), conheci seus irmãos, sua Mãe, sua cidade, seu lugar e até o campo de terra batida aonde ia correndo todas as tardes para jogar com os garotos de sua pequena cidade, isto mesmo, toda tarde jogar com os marmanjos, é jogava de igual para igual, contra inclusive, seus irmãos.

Mais voltando ao ponto que quero mostrar e que precisa está dentro do planejamento de qualquer coordenador da Seleção Feminina. Eventualmente todas são garotas que não tiveram luxo, bons colégios (aliais, acho que poucas completaram o segundo grau) e todas, mais todas mesmo, precisam trabalhar para sobreviver e sustentar seus parentes.

Então, quando o Brasil consegue fazer um gol, parte para cima e dificilmente encontra páreo, porém, se o jogo diz muito e o time leva um gol ou encontra dificuldades para marcar em primeiro lugar o seu, as coisas embolam, as meninas se atrapalham, começam a errar os mais simples fundamentos e cada uma parte para resolver a parada, como em suas vidas. Portanto, precisam e muito ter uma ajuda extra campo para desfazer seus medos, seus complexos e suas necessidades.

Não custa nada a CBF contratar uma psicóloga para ser aquela ajuda de sombras e lutas fora do campo de todas as meninas. Os “hormônios” afloram de tal maneira que custa acreditar que aquele time é o mesmo da partida anterior.

E na outra mão, logicamente que se precisa olhar com mais cuidado o futebol feminino no Brasil, do contrário nunca poderemos mostrar o que realmente somos e podemos.

Contratado no meio do ano pela Lazio, o meia é disparado o melhor jogador brasileiro em atividade na Europa. Mas Mano Menezes não entende assim. Esquecido nas últimas duas convocações da Seleção Brasileira, o ex-jogador do São Paulo viu da Itália o reserva do Milan Ronaldinho Gaúcho ser titular no amistoso contra a Argentina, no Catar.

Na entrevista de 28 minutos a seguir concedida por telefone, de Roma, ao Superesportes, Hernanes explica por que se tornou um ponto de interrogação na cabeça não só de Mano, mas de qualquer treinador, promete conquistar o seu espaço com a Amarelinha e faz até profecias para 2011.

Vou começar fazendo uma pergunta que o Brasil inteiro se faz: por que você não é titular da Seleção? Ronaldinho Gaúcho foi titular contra a Argentina e você nem foi convocado.

Fui convocado duas vezes com o Mano (Menezes) como volante. Depois eu passei a jogar em uma posição (centralizado como meia) um pouco diferente do que ele estava acostumado a ver. Eu acho que ele ficou um pouco confuso de me convocar naquela posição ou não. Quando isso ficar bem claro na cabeça dele, e a gente puder conversar, acho que eu vou conseguir o meu espaço. Mas eu vou continuar o meu trabalho e esperar aparecer a minha oportunidade.

Você se sente mais confortável atuando como volante ou meia?

Eu tenho muito tempo de volante, então para mim é confortável jogar nessa posição. Mas eu amadureci. Depois de ter atuado em várias posições, faltava somente aprimorar jogar de costas para o gol. Perdi o medo de jogar de costas, esse temor que me atrapalhava. Agora, estou bem à vontade. Se o técnico chegar pra mim e disser: "joga um pouquinho mais atrás", vou sentar o pau na marcação e chegar lá na frente. Em um jogo ou outro a gente não consegue desempenhar o nosso melhor futebol, mas estou à vontade para quando o treinador precisar jogar um pouco à frente ou um pouco atrás conforme ele desejar.

Imagino que algum dia o Mano vai usar uma formação no 4-2-3-1, com Lucas e Hernanes como volantes, Kaká, Ganso e Neymar em uma linha de três e o Pato à frente. É bom pra você? (Risos)

Eu acho que o time da Copa América vai ser esse...(Risos). Não, aí não, eu não posso escalar (risos). Eu estando no time vai ser excepcional (risos).

Você treinou com a nova geração da Seleção para o amistoso contra os EUA e depois em Barcelona. Qual é o potencial desse grupo?

É um grupo muito forte, que tem tudo para chegar à Copa no ápice. São jogadores de muita qualidade e acredito que a Seleção está no caminho correto.

Quem mais te impressionou? Neymar, Ganso, Coutinho?

Os três jogadores têm muita qualidade. Cada um tem suas características e talento de sobra. Os três deixaram ótima impressão.

O elenco atual é mais talentoso do que o da Copa, por exemplo?

É difícil fazer essa comparação. Acredito que o grupo da Copa também tinha jogadores de qualidade e que faziam a diferença. No jogo contra a Holanda as coisas não deram certo no segundo tempo. Acredito que aquele grupo era muito bom também.

A que se deve a adaptação tão rápida à Itália?

Esperei para sair do Brasil no momento certo, quando estivesse pronto, maduro para novos desafios. Deus me iluminou para escolher a hora certa. Quando a gente não faz as coisas por força, mas por inspiração, iluminação, as coisas se encaixam. O André (Dias) me deu uma força muito grande. Falo sempre isso porque ele fez o meio de campo. O pessoal me recebeu super bem, tanto o time quanto a diretoria, a comissão técnica, a torcida, todos me deixaram muito à vontade, em casa. Essa combinação me fez desempenhar o meu melhor futebol.

Um dia desses vi que você deu entrevista coletiva em italiano. Já sabe tudo?

Eu sempre gostei de aprender novas línguas. Agora eu juntei a fome com a vontade de comer. Eu fazia aula três vezes por semana então isso me deu uma boa base. Agora é aprender no dia a dia. O idioma é fácil, então isso ajuda.

Como é pra você ter saído de Engenho (PE), um lugar pouco maior que dois campos de futebol, para brilhar no histórico império romano, na Europa, no centro do futebol mundial?

(Silêncio). É verdade. Quando eu paro para pensar nisso, consigo visualizar o Engenho (distrito de São Lourenço da Mata), aquelas ruas... Eu descalço no meio da cana-de -açúcar. Eu olho para cima e agradeço a Deus. Aconteceu tudo tão rápido que é uma coisa espetacular. Dá orgulho. É bonito. Fico contente.

Você está emocionado...

Nós, não eu. Não só eu, mas a minha família. Foi fruto da comunicação, da interação, do amor de todo mundo, dos amigos, muito legal isso.

Foi lá em Engenho que você aprendeu a chutar com as duas pernas?

Meu pai desde pequeno sempre incentivou isso. Nunca deixou faltar bola oficial em casa. Ele não podia ver uma bola oficial que comprava. Foi isso. Ele sempre incentivou. Depois eu queria ser canhoto. Como eu já sabia chutar pela direita, comecei a fazer tudo com a esquerda.

Até que ponto o fato de ser um curinga dificultou a tua ida à Copa? Será que o Dunga também ficou confuso como o Mano e não achou o seu lugar no time?

Até aquele momento ali eu estava bem definido. Eu era volante mesmo. O que eu fiz como volante não desaprendi. Posso fazer tudo de novo. Só acrescentei possibilidades.

Dunga deu uma entrevista na Itália e perguntaram se você era o novo Kaká. Ele disse que você está mais para Pirlo. Concorda?

Fico feliz com essas comparações, mas cada jogador tem o seu estilo, como corre, como bate na bola, caminha, é bem individual. Mas entre o Pirlo e o Kaká eu estaria mais para o Pirlo. Eu falo assim: quando eu jogava videogame os caras para mim eram monstros. Eu dizia lá vai o monstro, olha o monstro porque esses caras deixaram de ser humano, passaram desse nível, desse estágio.

Quais são as diferenças entre o futebol praticado na Itália e no Brasil?

Aqui eles usam muito a força. Os caras tiram você da jogada com a mão, te puxam e o juiz não dá falta. Aqui usam muito a força nos treinos físicos, no jogo. Então eu percebi isso. Usam muito a técnica, mas muito mais a força. Além disso, se trabalha muito as estratégias, a tática. É muito didático.

Como foi o teu primeiro contato com o técnico Edoardo Reja?

Ele me conhecia. Pelas conversas que eu tive com ele ficou claro que ele já tinha me visto jogar. Ele conversou comigo, fez alguns testes e isso foi legal. É um cara nota 10, que me ajudou, confiou em mim e foi muito importante na minha adaptação aqui

Esperava estar com quatro gols em 14 jogos pela Lazio?

É interessante o quanto eu tenho evoluído. Desde que eu comecei a jogar profissionalmente eu sempre marquei poucos gols por ano. Se contar os 10 gols que eu fiz no São Paulo sobe para 14 gols em um ano. Nunca tinha conseguido isso. Então isso é uma evolução. Mas nunca posso estar contente, tenho sempre que melhorar e quero mais em 2011.

A atuação contra a Inter foi a sua melhor pela Lazio?

Sim, sim, sim. Participei das jogadas de gol, errei pouco, finalizei outras duas vezes perigosamente. E foi contra a Inter, um grande time do futebol mundial.

O Brasil vive a era dos volantes na Europa? Você na Lazio, Lucas (Liverpool), Sandro (Tottenham), Ramires (Chelsea), Simplício (Roma)...

É verdade. Estou percebendo que o futebol está deixando de ser uma parte só. Antigamente, os fenômenos eram quem? Um atacante, aquele ponta, aquele meia atacante, ou seja, completo como o Messi, Maradona, Pelé, Ronaldinho Gaúcho, Ronaldo. Existia aquele jogador que a bola chegava ao pé dele e ele decidia. Esse é o futebol individual. O cara estava lá e fazia somente aquilo. Esperava a bola chegar e resolvia a parada. Mas o futebol está mudado, passou a ser mais completo. O cara não pode mais ser só esse que define. Vejo Iniesta, Xavi, Fabregas, são caras que marcam lá atrás, fazem o time jogar e chegam para concluir na frente. O futebol está virando algo mais completo. O jogador hoje tem que fazer um pouco de cada coisa. Sem a bola, todos marcam, mas com ela todos atacam.

Que projeção você faz para a sua carreira?

Quero aproveitar esse momento. Estou muito contente. Meu objetivo mais próximo é voltar à Seleção, ser convocado e conquistar o meu espaço. É o que eu tenho hoje na minha cabeça, o resto a gente vai administrando.

Você ficou chateado de não ser chamado para enfrentar a Argentina?

Essa palavra, chateado não existe no meu vocabulário. Se eu não consegui alcançar aquilo não é culpa do Mano, nem culpa de ninguém, nem culpa do Lula, ou da Dilma. Foi minha. Gosto de pensar assim. Se eu não fui convocado vou fazer alguma coisa para conquistar o meu espaço. Somos nós que fazemos a nossa história. Eu queria estar lá. Era um jogo importante, mas fica para a próxima.

Ronaldo usou recentemente o exemplo do sindicato de jogadores da Itália para motivar os brasileiros a exigir respeito em questões como calendário, férias e elogiou até greve. Tá certo?

Não é só o sindicato dos jogadores que é forte. Trabalhador aqui é respeitado. Aqui, por exemplo, de 14h às 16h nada funciona. Tá tudo fechado. Oito horas de trabalho são oito horas e pronto. Então realmente poderíamos imitar. Não pode existir escravidão, já acabou. No futebol não é diferente.

Como você viu a conquista do Muricy Ramalho à frente do Fluminense?

É um cara espetacular, excepcional, justo, um líder. Sabe conduzir o grupo ao triunfo, sabe extrair o máximo de cada jogador e merece esse sucesso. Fico feliz com o talento das pessoas, mas gosto mais de observar o caráter. Ele é um cara de caráter.

Você é bastante religioso. Concorda com o veto a pastor na concentração da Seleção e manifestação religiosa na celebração de gol?

Nossa luta não é contra as pessoas. Temos que estar sujeito às autoridades. É isso que a bíblia ensina. Não há autoridade colocada em algum lugar sem a permissão de Deus. Eu sempre jogava com a minha camisa por baixo e ficava feliz de transmitir aquilo que eu acreditava. Agora, vou ter de ser criativo para pensar a mensagem de outro jeito.

O FUTSAL PROFISSIONAL NO BRASIL, JARAGUÁ FECHA AS PORTAS DEPOIS DE 10 ANOS DE SUCESSO/ THE PROFESSIONAL FUTSAL IN BRAZIL, JARAGUÁ CLOSES DOORS AFTER 1

Isto até que poderia ser chamado de um time de futsal profissional, em 10 anos conseguiu nada mais nada menos que 47 títulos, desde campeonato Brasileiro, Taça Brasil, Sul Americano e outros. No entanto nunca deixou de ser um time de futsal “amador”, tanto é que fechou.

Mesmo com todos estes títulos (ninguém mais no Brasil conseguiu tanto), 6 Taças Brasil, 4 Campeonatos Brasileiros, Campeonatos Sul Americano, Falcão o melhor jogador do Brasil, o melhor goleiro do mundo e assim por diante, mais não conseguiu subsistir, organizado de forma amadora, não resistiu com todo este sucesso. Depois de 10 anos, de formar e apresentar muitos jogadores de fama internacional e ser quase uma Seleção Brasileira.

Não passou de um time sem planejamento, sem profissionalismo, sem pessoas que levassem a sério o que é o esporte do futebol de salão ou de campo. Sem ter formas e objetivos em longo prazo, sem ter nada para criar raízes o JARAGUÁ faliu. Parece que temos a mesma coisa aqui em nossa cidade, um time, criado aqui para os finais de semana, um nome e nada mais.

Pessoas que entram no negócio sem ter consciência que sem planejamento para curto, médio e longo prazo, nada permanece. Conseguiu ganhar em 2009 e 2010 o Campeonato Pernambucano de Futsal e com isso o direito de participar da Taça Brasil, mais é somente isto.

Faz-se uma coisa sem ter visão, sem ter conhecimento de administração, sem ter conhecimento do que é ser um “executivo” do futebol profissional, somente ter sonhos, sem ter objetivo. Mais é relativamente fácil para alguém que sabe jogar, jogou e conhece a quadra de dentro, mais uma coisa é uma coisa, e outra coisa é outra coisa; e está provado, vejam o Jaraguá. Assim é o nosso futebol de quadra e de campo em Garanhuns e em Pernambuco.

Então, enquanto não tivermos executivos profissionais de futebol no futebol, seja ele de quadra ou de campo, estaremos vendo isto, uma verdadeira gangorra de situações sem rumo e sem prumo, sem direção. Até quando o nosso futebol profissional continuará sendo administrativamente amador, sem raízes, sem responsabilidade, ineficiente e inoperante.
