E SE NÃO TIVÉSSEMOS NEYMAR? / AND IF WE HAD NOT NEYMAR?

More of a performance erased of Neymar at our National squad, another wave of debates about its qualities and its future. This repeats the usual way just for the fact that, today; he is the only player in major highlight of Brazilian football, able to attract the attention of the world, and to maintain the illusion in relation to football late-Brazilian art. Are recent in our memory the great moments of players like Romario, Rivaldo, Ronaldo and Ronaldinho, and still not well digested the fact Robinho and Kaka have not become the players we thought.

Neymar is the last representative of this line of great players, and still allows us apart from the rest, without it we would be orphans football.

Underlying this discussion is a crisis in Brazilian football. It is a crisis that comes from training players, going by the quality of football that is played here by the lack of superstars, calendar surreal, the financial situation of the clubs and the lack of attractiveness of our championships compared to the main centers, to be in just a few examples. But this crisis will only take proper proportion if not win the World Cup. If we win, sweep up the dust under the carpet and follows the life. Until then, we watch with concern the advancement of teams like Spain, Argentina and Germany, sensing the fear of a new disappointment in 2014. It is not difficult to predict that, in this scenario, the pressure on Neymar will increase a lot.

Amid criticism of Neymar, one stands out: Neymar is bandeau? Sure, like most Brazilian players, because this is a sad feature of our football. Would do well for your career if people close to him will assist in the better about it, would take a good argument of critics and would generate an extra dose of admiration. The argument that falls "to protect" is counterfactual to say the least. And if that was not enough we have twice a week the possibility of watching Messi playing to make sure how much this makes no sense.

Neymar is a playmaker, but has only 21. We look forward to him to save the motherland of football boots, and maybe that's not possible now. Since 2009 only speak it, and that too much attention is because we have no alternative. Who are our other big superstars? What we have seen moments of brilliance in Brazilian football, the outside he has produced? No Neymar, what would?

I have to disagree with most of these arguments because we do have revealed many other superstars, but because they are away from home, most of them have forgotten. This past week, we saw the Oscar, shows a top football at the field, playing in England for Chelsea, and we also have others, top and young superstars, differentiated, because if it were not, would not be in Europe, at tops clubs.

Yes, what we need is under rules established for it not to occur frequently, but which have more parameters that can keep them here, like the Santos did. Although this attitude, the beach club cannot serve as an example because it is relegating other future top players in its youth divisions.

Even when we need to have a football that has to be professional, the clubs are driven for amateur and trainees presidents and by persons who have other living things, other professions, but they insist on wanting to appear on the media, will be on display, to be more than the artist at the field, stop to come with lies, empty talk, and other attitudes, what we need is to have attitude to and change it.

What remains, then, is really an attitude of who runs our country and in order to regularize this order of Brazilian football, if you know what I mean. We are looking for excuses on the pitch, when in fact what we need is a plan with transparency, with the organization of football in our country, because the men who command has no smoothness to it.

Because, Brazil has never stopped producing differentiated players, top players, the point is that now are coming out earlier and fattening the pockets of many presidents of the clubs and also at the clubs around the world I will say and sign under.

FIFA DEVE INTRODUZIR PERFIL BIOLÓGICO NA COPA DO MUNDO / FIFA WANTS INTRODUCE BIOLOGICAL PROFILING AT WORLD CUP

FIFA has said it plans to introduce biological profiling of players at this year’s Confederations Cup and the 2014 World Cup in Brazil as it aims to enhance its anti-doping measures.
World football’s governing body said it is developing plans to introduce “this new tool”, including a steroid profile through urine and a blood profile. In- and out-of-competition tests would be conducted on all participating players at its showpiece tournaments in Brazil. FIFA started a pilot project in 2011 to capture players’ individual steroid profile, with in- and out-of-competition tests on the participants at the Club World Cup. FIFA said 178 out-of-competition tests were conducted on this occasion in 2011 and 184 in 2012. Furthermore, the organisation is currently developing a hormonal profiling project, a new initiative in collaboration with the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA)-accredited laboratory in Switzerland.
Chairman of FIFA’s Medical Committee, Dr Michel D’Hooghe, said: “In 2014, the year of the FIFA World Cup, we will be spending US$2.5 million in the fight against doping. FIFA was the first international organisation for team sport to start with longitudinal profiles. We have been testing this at the FIFA Club World Cup in 2011 and 2012, we will continue at the FIFA Confederations Cup 2013 with blood testing unannounced at training camps and games. And it’s our commitment to have all players participating at the 2014 FIFA World Cup having biological profiles.”
FIFA’s action comes after WADA last week called on football to raise its game in the fight against doping, amid concerns that the sport isn’t doing enough to combat the threat. WADA president John Fahey staged a meeting with FIFA counterpart Sepp Blatter on Thursday. Commenting on FIFA’s announcement, Fahey said: “There is always more which can be done in the fight against doping, but we know FIFA has always been serious in this domain. We think the leagues can complement what FIFA is already doing, but we came here to thank FIFA for its collaboration.”
We're seeing the bodies move in a visual transformation that use anabolic steroids and, without a doubt. The players today are really looking professional athletes in sports.
Just noted that occasionally one comes into death, not to mention that they are running barbarity, and their bodies show changes like people who "pumped", jargon popular among people who tend to "pump iron", ie going to work out at professionally academies to change their physical body, being "healed", and this is worrying.

IFAB e FIFA vão considerar a tecnologia de chip para camisas / IFAB and FIFA to consider chip technology for shirts

The International Football Association Board (IFAB) and FIFA are set to consider allowing trials of an electronic chip which will be added to players’ shirts to help warn of medical problems on the pitch.
The potential move would see chips contained in a shirt’s collar, allowing for data feedback such as heart performance, body temperature and distance covered by the player. The laws of the game currently ban any electronic communication between players and coaching staff in the technical area, but there have been calls to introduce health monitoring devices, following a number of recent high-profile medical incidents on the pitch. Former-professional, Fabrice Muamba, was forced to retire after suffering a near-fatal heart attack during an FA Cup tie between Bolton Wanderers and Tottenham Hotspur in March 2012.
The motion will be brought before the IFAB – which consists of the Football Associations from England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland – and FIFA at its annual meeting on March 3. The IFAB, which determines the laws of the game, will have four votes – one for each of its FAs – while FIFA will also have four votes on whether to allow the trials.
“There is a chip in the shirt at the back of the player’s neck and the data is fed back into a laptop,” Scottish FA chief executive, Stuart Regan, told the Press Association. “These chips can monitor heart performance, distance run, changes in a person’s body functions, and what’s operating differently to how it was in the first-half. We are looking at whether there are medical benefits, such as whether it can warn of problems such as Fabrice Muamba suffered, which would make it a no brainer for this to come in. We are trying to consider whether or not things can make a positive difference in the game rather than just another example of technology being brought in.”
I wonder why FIFA with the IFAB only include these countries in the border of directory, I'm sure other countries deserve to be in this body that comes to assessing changes in world football and I can quote, Germany, Spain, Italy, Brazil, among others. Besides that, it has nothing to do with the problem of passing technical information to the players, and by the way of the carriage destiny, very soon we will have this possibility too, as in the North American football, for example, technicians can pass changes tactics to his players during the match.
This inclusion of a chip with medical guidance should already is passing a lot of time, so they can avoid unnecessary deaths without purpose. It is necessary to adapt the game to the new conditions physical preparation of athletes, one thing cannot be without the other.

FIFA’s anti-corruption adviser Mark Pieth has stated the Swiss government may be required to intervene amid concerns European members may seek to block reform measures for world football’s governing body.
Swiss anti-corruption expert Pieth was in November 2011 chosen to lead the Independent Governance Committee that will oversee reform of FIFA in the wake of the high-profile corruption scandals endured by the organisation that year. Pieth, who serves as Professor of Criminal Law and Criminology at the University of Basel, told Bloomberg that he is seeking the Swiss government to provide oversight of some of the international governing bodies based in the country. Pieth said intervention is needed because “you have 60-plus such organisations and you’re basically allowing them to do whatever they want.”
UEFA last month said its members opposed a proposal by Pieth’s committee that any members selected to FIFA’s Executive Committee be voted upon by the organisation’s entire 209-nation membership, with background checks carried out by an independent body. UEFA said its members should decide who represents them on a world level and that “if integrity checks are required,” they should be handled by confederations. “What we are seeing here is resistance to some of the toughest requirements,” said Pieth. Regarding UEFA’s position, he added: “I’m a bit astonished. They know what the problems of the past are. I don’t have a lot of trust in regional integrity checks and I don’t like the use of the word ‘if’ in that declaration.”
The January meeting saw UEFA declare its 53 members unanimously approved its opposition to FIFA reforms and also rejected the Independent Governance Committee’s demand that FIFA board members have set-term limits. However, Pieth said discussions he had held with member nations did not reflect this stance. “All sorts of people I’ve been asking who were responsible have come back and said ‘Well no, we didn’t agree to all this,’” he said. FIFA is due to vote on widespread changes to its statutes at its annual congress in Mauritius in May.
Soon, we will see prof. Pieth renouncing, if is a person with really reputable and serious, which is what I believe. Why he waits for these people who are now forming the council, agree with these changes, this is a mistake; they are not even slightly interested in having a transparent body and imbued with integrity and decency to give the FIFA the right direction and to the football in the world the rules to be decent.

BLATTER MINIMIZA CASOS DE MANIPULAÇÃO NO FUTEBOL / BLATTER MINIMIZES MANIPULATION IN CASES IN FOOTBALL GAMES

FIFA President Sepp Blatter, returned Saturday to minimize the severity of match fixing scandal which was revealed on Monday by EUROPOL. The leader said the situation is affecting only a small percentage of football and stressed that sport "is very large and will overcome" these problems.

This week, the police organization of the European Union revealed that almost 700 games may have been manipulated. Blatter, however, said Saturday in Botswana that manipulation of games affects only about 0.004% of football matches. The ruling also stated that over a million football games per year are clean.

Previously, Mauritania, Blatter said that most cases of manipulation of results revealed by EUROPOL were old and had already been discovered and evaluated in court.

Blatter is on a tour of four African countries and will follow the decision of the African Nations Cup, which is being held in South Africa at the final match between the teams of Nigeria and Burkina Faso will be played on Sunday in Johannesburg.

So as mentioned before, as a director of FIFA speech that comes to Brazil to warn and show us how to not having matches have been set. Its chairman, says he has no reason to worry, everything is under control.

Also I think that everything is under control, we see, they sold the FIFA World Cup for Countries, before the time and it was discovered, and there remains in his position, indeed, until we know who will be the next president of FIFA, has already planned all, then the rest is just filler sausage and baloney. Well, the people who want to moralize the football for sure, has no decision-making power, who has been in power is the who making the decision, so, everything stay the same.
