Neymar da Silva reclama de atitude do Santos e cobra um projeto para o filho seguir no clube.

A simples recusa da maior proposta já recebida desde Robinho, em 2005, não passou imune pela Vila Belmiro. Cinco anos depois, o Peixe vê o mesmo cenário, com características, episódios e até o mesmo empresário, Wagner Ribeiro.

Definitivamente, Neymar da Silva Santos não está feliz com a postura do clube e já questiona o “não” para a proposta de 20 milhões de euros (R$ 46 milhões) do Chelsea (ING) pelo atacante sem nem sequer ser consultado.

– A direção do clube falou “não” antes de conversar com a gente e direcionar a vida do Neymar, mas por que falou não? Tem de ouvir o Neymar, para saber o que ele quer e tem a dizer. Ele não pode ser ouvido só quando faz coisa errada. E o futuro dele? A decisão não pode gerar arrependimento, tanto para ficar como para sair – afirma.

O pai do garoto ressalta que não adianta o clube recusar a proposta agora sem direcionar a carreira do atacante – um projeto de carreira deverá ser apresentado em breve –, já que haverá outras janelas de transferências até o término do contrato, em dezembro de 2014. Essas especulações, segundo ele, prejudicam o rendimento do filho, que fica em xeque com qualquer declaração e acaba criticado.

Foi para discutir esse quadro que seu Neymar, Wagner Ribeiro e o diretor de futebol do Peixe, Pedro Luiz Conceição, se reuniram ontem. Apesar da postura externada pelo pai do jogador, o diretor mantém o discurso apaziguador.

– A pretensão para a permanência é baseada na vontade do Neymar, do clube e no projeto de carreira que vamos desenvolver a quatro mãos. Sabemos que tudo isso mexe com ele, mas o pai do Neymar sempre foi consciente – garantiu.

Para não tirar o foco do atacante da partida de ontem, o pai do atleta preferiu ainda não conversar sobre a oferta inglesa, mas ouvirá o jovem para saber a vontade dele.

Depois disso os dois vão se reunir com o presidente do Peixe, Luis Álvaro Ribeiro, amanhã, em um jantar informal, em Santos, para conhecer o projeto do clube.

No encontro, o mandatário terá a chance para provar que o atleta pode alcançar os objetivos dele no Brasil. Será possível?

Para tentar convencer Neymar a permanecer na Vila Belmiro, o Santos FC., deverá apresentar em breve um novo planejamento de carreira para o principal astro do elenco.

O departamento de marketing do clube já trabalha com a missão de fazer com que o santista possa não somente atingir independência financeira, como também queira permanecer no país.

– Estamos trabalhando isso, independentemente das propostas. Já tínhamos essa idéia, acertando detalhes. Não será uma vacina para propostas – explicou Armênio Neto, gerente de marketing.

Além do atacante, Ganso também deverá ser chamado em breve para ouvir o novo apelo.

– Eles sabem que estamos trabalhando nisso, mas não está pronto (o projeto) – limitou-se a dizer o presidente Luis Álvaro Ribeiro.

Uma das idéias do projeto é melhorar a imagem de Neymar fora do país, por meio de uma assessoria.

É muito complicado ser lider, e ser chefe; lidar com pessoas que não conseguiram estudar pelo menos o básico e se veem entre um grande dilema em razão de dinheiro. E quando estes chefes não tem a capacitação que deveriam ter é muito pior, agora deixar que pessoas que exercem a função de Técnico de um clube do tamanho e magnitude do Santos FC., sem terem a conhecimento e a capacitação necessária é pior ainda.

A maioria dos nossos técnicos assumem a função sem ter estudado cientificamente, passam de jogadores a técnicos por indicação, etc., mas sei que a amaioria deles tem a vivência empírica, comeu grama e isto é um excelente hand cap, mais está longe de ter tudo que se espera da função, e falta o conhecimento cientifico, frequentar uma escola para consolidar aquilo que já tem em ter sido atleta e que se obriga aos ex-jogadores na Europa e na maioria dos Países desenvolvidos e sérios terem.

Antes de assumirem um cargo desta relevância e até porque esta função tem que ter de tudo um pouco; psicólogo, nutricionista, administrador, marketing, estrategista e até de Pai. Como de planejamentos; do seu departamento, da instituição e do futuro de alguém que depende de você diretamente, e quando não se tem isto é simplesmente desastroso.

Sobre o valor oferecido pelo Chelsea, está longe de ser o que Neymar merece e sobre planos isto é balela somente, duvido muito que se tenha ao menos pensado nisto.

Então o pai do atleta faz o certo e correto em questionar a atitude do clube com seu filho, no plano das criticas que recebe, quando pisa na bola e do seu futuro, afinal, o Santos deve ser um dos principais interessados em desenvolver corretamente seu patrimônio e que não se restringe a este jogador somente.

Estou sempre batendo na mesma tecla, e cansa, mas temos que continuar para que o nosso futebol profissional realmente se torne o melhor do mundo fora do campo, na parte administrativa porque, dentro do campo, já o é.
