Segundo reportagem publicada pelo jornal Folha de São Paulo, os dois clubes paulistas vão se unir a Corinthians, Grêmio, Coritiba, Cruzeiro, Flamengo, Fluminense, Botafogo e Vasco.
O racha do Clube dos 13, entidade que reúne as principais equipes do futebol brasileiro, pode ser ampliado nas próximas horas. Nesta segunda-feira, deve ser a vez de Palmeiras e Santos anunciarem oficialmente que vão negociar os direitos de transmissão de suas partidas pelo Campeonato Brasileiro a partir de 2012 diretamente com as emissoras de TV, e não mais em conjunto com o C13.
Segundo reportagem publicada pelo jornal Folha de São Paulo, os dois clubes paulistas vão se unir a Corinthians, Grêmio, Coritiba, Cruzeiro, Flamengo, Fluminense, Botafogo e Vasco e fazer uma negociação em separado, à parte do C13. Entretanto, o pedido de desfiliação ainda não deve ocorrer, pelo menos não neste primeiro momento.
Todos esses clubes estariam alinhados com a Rede Globo, atual detentora dos direitos de transmissão do Brasileirão. Na noite da última sexta-feira, a emissora anunciou que não pretende participar da concorrência aberta pelo C13. A TV Record e a Rede TV! São as outras emissoras abertas interessadas na compra do maior campeonato de futebol do país.
Até o momento, apenas o Corinthians pediu formalmente sua desfiliação do C13 e rompeu de forma oficial com a entidade. Na esteira dos alvinegros paulistas, os quatro grandes clubes do Rio anunciaram, no final da última semana, que negociariam em separado com as TVs.
No sábado, foi a vez do presidente do Cruzeiro, Zezé Perrella, desafiar a entidade: "Posso ser expulso. Não estou preocupado", disse. E, no domingo, o Grêmio também comunicou a decisão de negociar diretamente com a TV Globo.
A resposta do C13 está prevista para a próxima terça-feira. O presidente da associação, Fábio Koff, e o diretor-executivo, Ataíde Gil Guerreiro, terão uma reunião em Brasília com o Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica (CADE) para mostrar que o edital de concorrência aberto pela entidade seguiu todas as determinações feitas pelo próprio CADE no ano passado. O edital acabou com a cláusula de preferência à Globo.
Vou chamar a atenção para este quesito sobre o Clube dos 13 em procurar regulamentar a concorrência que foi determinada pelo CADE, acabando de vez com a “preferência” pela Rede de TV Globo, ou talvez seja apenas para tentar reparar algo, somente o futuro dirá sobre isto. Nada mais justo e correto, nada mais salutar que haja concorrência, esta é a Lei natural de mercado.
Sobre se as outras TVS têm ou não as mesmas ferramentas que a TV Globo é outra história, se a própria TV Globo deve ter um tratamento diferenciado, também é outra coisa e que deve ser levado em consideração, aliás, acho que deve ser dado um ágio, mais também é outra coisa, enfim, tudo tem que ser analisado com consciência e por profissionais que deixem a paixão e até as “gorjetas” fora disto.
Vivemos numa republica democrática e este deve ser o principio que norteia nosso País, a livre negociação e a quebra de monopólios é salutar. O problema no Brasil é que as Leis aqui foram feitas para serem quebradas ou mesmo não serem levadas em consideração.
O futebol brasileiro precisa urgentemente mudar, mudar para melhor, mudar para que possamos ter um futebol forte, estruturado e administrado profissionalmente realmente como um grande negócio.
