Foi assim que o secretário-geral da FIFA, Jérôme Valcke, explicou como estão preparativos para a Copa do Mundo no Brasil, em 2014.
– Temos que construir estádios, estradas, aeroportos. Também precisamos pensar em comunicação, hospedagem... Mas é assim mesmo – completou o dirigente, que deve se mudar para o país no segundo semestre, como fez depois da Copa-2006, para a África do Sul.
A entidade está preocupada com o andamento da preparação brasileira. Na entrevista de encerramento do Mundial-2010, concedida nesta segunda-feira, em Johanesburgo, os dirigentes evitaram ao máximo falar sobre a próxima edição. Só uma pergunta sobre o tema foi feita e vários jornalistas brasileiros não tiveram suas solicitações atendidas. Ao sair, Valcke disse rapidamente que aquele encontro servia para tratar apenas da competição encerrada.
– Não quero saber dos problemas (para a Copa-2014), mas, sim, das soluções – decretou o presidente da FIFA, Joseph Blatter.
Para a primeira edição realizada no continente africano, Blatter deu nota 9, arrancando sorrisos dos membros do comitê organizador - depois da Copa das Confederações, em 2009, o dirigente tinha atribuído um 7,5 ao país-sede. E por que não a nota máxima?
– Não é 10, pois a perfeição não existe, nem na vida nem no futebol. Na universidade, por exemplo, esse 9 seria acompanhado de um menção honrosa – completou.
Blatter confirmou a participação do Brasil como país-sede, o que já era sabido, mas preferiu não adiantar se a América do Sul continuará tendo as mesmas cinco vagas de classificação - quatro diretas e uma na repescagem. Para 2010, além da seleção anfitriã, o continente africano manteve suas cinco vagas.
Concordo plenamente com o Jerome, tudo bem, temos aeroportos construídos há muito tempo, e por isto mesmo precisam de uma grande repaginada e para o bem do próprio País, pois não vivemos somente do que temos e atualmente já temos problemas de trafego e todos sabem.
Que negócio foi este do presidente do Santos chegar falando que o Brasil está pronto? Só mostra seu despreparo e falta de conhecimento do que é uma Copa do Mundo e o futebol profissional.Temos muito trabalho pela frente e a necessidade de se contratar pessoas do próprio País que tenham conhecimento internacional e visão para mostrarem os problemas e como resolve-los, urgentemente.
Tanto a própria FIFA, quanto os Estados que irão construir tudo o que se faz necessário, tem que estar atentas, pois temos diferentes modos “viventus e operantis”, aqui o País só se move depois do carnaval e para antes do Natal, e um bicho chamado “burocracia” além de se querer fazer tudo muito mais difícil, para poder ganhar $$$$$, (entenda-se, propinas), portanto, o tempo encurta muito.
Não há tempo a perder.
