Santos rejects R 11.1 million of Reais by Alan Patrick / Santos rejeita R$ 11,1 milhões por Alan Patrick.

Nós entendemos o projeto do clube - declarou.

O LANCENET!

Shakhtar Donetsk (UCR) tried to bring the promising young Santos 19.

The "days of hell," as named coach Dorival Júnior the recent period in Santos, who arrived in proposals by all players, not yet finished. After the Alvinegro (Santos colors, black and white = alvinegro) receive offers by Andre and Wesley (both sold) and Neymar it was the turn of the midefielder Alan Patrick being sought by a European.
According to the athlete's manager, Bruno Paiva, Shakhtar Donetsk (UCR) formalized an onslaught of five million euros ($ 11.1 million of Reais) by the player on Tuesday, but the fish (Santos Club nick name) refused the money.

According to the agent, there was a meeting on Tuesday evening between him, the player's father and Fernando Silva, advisor to the president, Luis Alvaro Ribeiro, and manager who normally deals with Santos, to discuss the proposal.

- We had a chat and Santos has a high expectation on the player. Proof of this is that without a sequence of games, he has a proposal on these values. The club do not think it's time to negotiate it and sees it with a string of matches it will be more valued. We understand the design of the club - said.

The Lancenet! It was found that the decision to keep the player in the fish (Santos club nick name) was unanimous among the Group Guide (Unified Management and Intelligence Support to the Santos FC.), entrepreneurs make the decisions of the club from Luis Alvaro (the trustee, through his personal aide, confirmed reject the proposal).

In addition, the club renewed the contract of Alan Patrick two weeks ago.
Under the new agreement, salary, length of contract and rescission were adjusted fine. Now the player has 19 years of bonding with the Alvinegro until December 15, 2014, with a fine to the outside of E $20 million Euros ($ 44.7 million of Reais).

- Commented to me (on the proposal) is quite recent. I have a great affection for the club and wanted to make history here - said the midfielder.

The intention is to keep the fish player Alan Patrick, whose economic rights are divided between Santos (50%), DIS (40%) and the athlete himself (10%) until the 2014 World Cup to be held in Brazil.

You see that when you have a decent club school of players in any Brazilian club they basic results appear, and with good results, in the Santos case, because the name and tradition but you need to give a "follow-up to this, one can not simply have the base running, and a head coach who is not in synergy with this, it is necessary a clear desire with a good plan for the short, medium and long term so that they reap the fruits of this major investment is to invest at the base, forming future players.

None has to wonder why and what they produce star players. And then, not having to ask this question? How do we do? So do you can’t leave other issues that should have been studied, such as the feasibility and logistics made to generate dividends for securities / achievements and money?

Not only are these athletes who are calling attention, at the Santos school they have others with great potential and will soon be launched in the first team and all they have to have management plans already defined and agreed as well as evaluated and determined their contracts, wages, duration values, transfer, etc.. Otherwise heaven help us be a season of international transfers when it should be a waiting period with great joy, for fundraising, where the club (factory aces) put their products on sale, where instead of suffering with problems, should, rather, promote business development for an institution with planning ahead 2-5 years minimum.

This will support the further steps of the club, a business administration charge, where they work with and not with surpluses and debt problems. After you wipe the wrong administrations also, amateur would be able to develop plans for the institution inside and outside the country.

Yes this is professional football, managed to succeed. One day we shall see that, here in Brazil.
