A FIFA está preparando para mudar o seu sistema de regulação de agentes de futebol, ou até acabar, pois cerca de 70 por cento das transferências internacionais são celebrados sem agentes licenciados.
Segundo a BBC, a Federação Inglesa de Futebol (FA) disse aos agentes que "é possível que a partir de outubro 2011 os requisitos para as pessoas se tornarem agentes licenciados deixará de ser aplicável".
FIFA insiste que ao invés de desregulamentar a profissão, é buscar "mais amplo controle sobre os indivíduos que representam os jogadores e / ou clubes".
O regulamento atual de Agentes de jogadores da FIFA “entrou em vigor em 2008, mas durante o ano passado um grupo de trabalho foi reunido, para apresentar um parecer e se reuniu várias vezes para rever a forma como o sistema está funcionando”.
O grupo de trabalho apresentará as suas conclusões até ao final do ano com novos regulamentos a serem implementadas a partir de maio de 2011.
O papel e a conduta dos Agentes tem sido sempre uma questão polêmica dentro do jogo. Desde 2008, pelo menos, oito foram punidos após serem acusados pela FA, incluindo o agente de Wayne Rooney, Paul Stretford.
Pois é, infelizmente a CBF nunca legalizou nossa posição, ou seja, o Agente Credenciado aqui no Brasil, até hoje é tratado com desdem e com ceticismo. Ficamos sempre feito “aquilo” no esgoto.
Todos podem fazer o que bem entendem, Federação, Clubes e Jogadores, mais de antemão, aviso que ninguém nunca foi informado, destas regras da FIFA, portanto, não podem ser culpados.
Mais quando acontece alguma coisa errada, é o Agente Credenciado que leva a fama e que sempre foi confudido com o “Empresário”.
Como podíamos fazer transferências se qualquer um pode entrar no clube ou no sistema e fazer? E como isto involve dinheiro e as vezes muita grana, a coisa fica muito mais complicada, pois a CBF nunca fez nada para regularizar nossa “profissão”, informando como deveria ser.
Todos querem ganhar muito mais que merecem e poucos olham para o atleta e para o Clube. Se olha, isto sim, para seu próprio bolso e isto começa na CBF, Federações, e dirigentes de Clubes (que na maioria são empresários ou se não são, se tornam).
E quem sofre é o jogador e o próprio clube com as regras da maneira que estão. Ao invés de acabar conosco, se precisa, isto sim, é informar as regras e se preciso for, mudar algumas e se fazer cumpri-las para o bem do futebol mundial, onde só ganha quem é desonesto, quem não tem nenhum comprometimento com o atleta e ou com o clube, o que vale é o dinheiro somente.
A FIFA precisa profissionalizar urgentemente o futebol mundial, somente assim, poderemos ter seus negócios feitos com transparência e todos possam sair ganhando. O modelo que estamos presenciando, somente ganha quem não tem interesse com as instituições e os proprios atletas.

According to the BBC, the English Football Association (FA) told agents that "it's possible from October 2011 requirements for people becoming licensed agents will no longer apply".
FIFA insists that rather than deregulating the profession, it is seeking "broader control over individuals who represent players and or clubs".
FIFA's current players' agent regulations came into force in 2008 but over the last year a working group for the body has met a number of times to review how the system is working.
The working group will present its conclusions by the end of the year with new regulations set to be implemented after May 2011.

Well, unfortunately CBF never legalized our position, which is, the Accredited Agent here in Brazil, is still treated with scorn and skepticism. We have always done "it" in the sewer.
Everyone can do whatever they want, Federation, clubs and players, more in advance, warning that nobody was never informed of these rules of FIFA, therefore, can not be blamed.
When something wrong happens is the Accredited Agent who receive the fame, not the entrepreneur, who are free to do anything they want.
How could we make transfers that anyone can enter the club or in the system and do? And as this involves money and sometimes a lot of money, it gets much more complicated, because the CBF did nothing to rectify our "profession", stating it should be.
Everybody wants to win and deserve much more than just look for the athlete and the club. If it looks, rather, for his own pocket and it start in CBF, federations, clubs and presidents (who are mostly entrepreneurs if not, become).
And who suffers are the player and the club it with the rules the way they are. Instead of taking us, if need, rather, is to inform the rules and if need be, some change and enforce them for the good of world football, where only win if you are dishonest.
Urgently the FIFA need to professionalize the football around the World, just so we can have this business done with transparency and all will be winners. The model that we're seeing who has losing is only the institutions and players.
