Confusion announced on football in Brazil/Confusão anunciada no futebol do Brasil.

Kalil comentou a possibilidade.

Rio - After announcing the shutdown of the Corinthians' Club 13, the president of Atletico-MG and member of the commission for negotiating broadcast rights to the Club of 13, Alexandre Kalil, warned the Corinthians president, Andres Sanchez, will seek to hit the right transmission on the same station that close to the organization, but with their own values. "From what I know he's going to negotiate separate Andrés with whoever wins. He can do, but I can when playing with Corinthians ask more or not allow, "he said.

This is because the Corinthians negotiating broadcast rights with a different station from that chosen by the Club of 13, you must request permission for another club participating in the game. In this case, the fan may be the most affected.

For example, in a clash of two clubs that has closed their broadcasting rights on their own, with different stations. In this case, the two that would authorize the transmission of the game as the home field does not prejudice the right to broadcast TV.

If no agreement the match would not be displayed. Kalil said the possibility. "They can do (another deal) but I can, when you play for Corinthians, asking for more (money) or not authorize the transfer," he said. Despite the importance of Corinthians, Atletico Mineiro president is confident that nothing will change in contractual relations.

Change.

The board of C13 reacted with fury to the Corinthians shutdown. '
"If he had not asked for affiliation, I would propose to his expulsion by this behavior and irresponsible kid," shouted Fábio Koff, president of the organization. "You pay what it owes, is in the treasury and go away", has skyrocketed.

Collective bargaining.

The national championships of Britain and Italy are the two richest leagues in the world. To get an idea, the 20 teams vying for the 2010/2011 season spent $ 1.7 billion only with player transfers. The two countries adopt the model of collective bargaining (block) with the TV stations, a recommendation from UEFA, to balance the distribution of quotas to the clubs involved. Among the majors, only Spain adopts individual negotiation polarized with Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Distribution of quota TV.

England

1) 56% divided equally among all teams.
2) 22% of the revenue is distributed considering the classification of the previous season.
3) 22% of the amount varies according to the number of matches shown on TV.

Italy

1) 40% divided equally among all teams.
2) 30% of revenue is the "sporting merit" with the position at the previous tournament.
3) 30% is apportioned according to the size of the fans from each club.

Before anything, you have to look at what is happening out there in the first world does not help or wanting to be inventing formulas appear, then use common sense, knowledge, to get rid of "egos" and with clarity and logic, to adapt which can be used in Brazilian football.
