Paulo Henrique Ganso dá sinais de que finalmente se rendeu aos apelos do presidente Luis Alvaro de Oliveira Ribeiro e ao lobby de Neymar para assinar um novo contrato, com plano de carreira parecido ao do atacante, depois do Mundial de Clubes. Aliviado com a cura da lesão no músculo posterior da coxa direita, o meia abandonou o silêncio, mostra-se animado e até brincou com o dirigente chamando-o de vovô, quando ele se dirigia à mesa em que se encontrava Pelé e outros participantes da solenidade de lançamento da programação de comemoração do centenário do Santos.
"Não conheço profundamente o plano de carreira, mas parece ser tentador. Se ele (apontou para Neymar) está aqui é porque gostou muito", afirmou o meia. Neymar, que estava ao seu lado, aproveitou para dar mais uma força. "Vai que é coisa boa, pai".
O impasse de Ganso com o Santos arrasta-se desde agosto do ano passado. O meia sofreu ruptura do ligamento cruzado anterior do joelho esquerdo, diante do Grêmio, em Porto Alegre, na véspera do dia marcado para ele se reunir com os dirigentes em São Paulo para ouvir a proposta semelhante à que fez com que Neymar recusasse a oferta milionária do Chelsea, da Inglaterra, decidindo a continuar no Santos. Para iniciar as negociações, ele exigia a redução da multa rescisória de 50 milhões de euros e na duração do contrato.
Aí foi a vez do Santos não concordar. Na época, Milan e Internazionale, gigantes do futebol italiano, e Real Madrid se mostravam interessados na sua contratação, mas, com as seguidas contusões e as suas más atuações na seleção brasileira na Copa América, o jogador caiu no esquecimento e agora começa a fazer o caminho de volta. Com o 'fico' de Neymar e sem oferta para ir para a Europa, a tendência é que Ganso faça um novo contrato e adie o sonho de ir jogar na Europa.
Treinos - Os jogadores voltaram da folga de dois dias nesta quarta e treinaram em dois períodos. Muricy Ramalho, que fez 56 anos, foi homenageado pelos jogadores, após o treino da tarde. Nesta quinta o time volta a treinar em tempo integral. Após o coletivo, Muricy vai anunciar a escalação da equipe para enfrentar o São Paulo, domingo, em Mogi Mirim. Dos considerados titulares, só Elano deve jogar.
É muita demora e falta de competência, já deveriam ter feito esta renovação a muito tempo, ou não confiam em seu próprio departamento médico. Porque o Ganso já mostrou que quando está em campo o time é muito mais completo, decisivo e finalizador.
Fico me perguntando o porquê de termos tantos erros e tantos prejuízos e ainda assim não se aprende com isso. Aqui no Brasil, só se fecha a porta depois de roubado, é uma pena.
