Familiarizados com os profissionais que exerciam as funções anteriormente, os jogadores do Flamengo ficaram chateados pela surpresa nas modificações e consideraram-se injustiçados por não terem sido consultados.

Não é exagero afirmar que Marcelo Buarque (auxiliar técnico), Toninho Oliveira e Diogo Linhares (preparadores físicos, e Cantarelli (preparador de goleiros) enfrentam uma resistência considerável nesses primeiros dias de trabalho na Gávea.

Outra mudança notada foi o horário dos treinamentos. Anteriormente, as atividades aconteciam predominantemente à tarde. Nesta semana, a grande maioria dos treinamentos foi marcada para a manhã. Nesta quinta e sexta-feira, as atividades serão realizadas em tempo integral. No sábado, o treino será pela manhã. Por fim, o domingo será de folga para o grupo.

Só faltava mais esta, o elenco do clube ter que ser consultado para poder contratar ou demitir sua comissão técnica, é uma brincadeira, este futebol profissional brasileiro. Lógico que se tratando de um clube que o comprometimento, a seriedade e a transparência passavam muito longe, é, ou melhor, era normal antes da Patricia Amorim, lógico.

Eles entendam-se, a maioria dos jogadores que militam no futebol carioca, que não quer largar as noitadas, a cerveja e até outras coisas. Por isso o futebol do Rio de Janeiro, vira e mexe, está sempre em dificuldades, tanto no âmbito do futebol quanto no administrativo.

Pena que ela não saiba o que é um jogador de futebol (a maioria), mas Zico sabe. E se deixar as coisas com ele 100% as coisas serão outras a partir de agora.
