Fico pensando com meus botões, o que será isto no nosso futebol? O Náutico o Sport o Santa, Central, Sete, todos sem exceção, tem problemas de planejamento e isto nós todos sabemos. Só pode e deve ser por falta de competência, falta de “tato,” falta de conhecimento, enfim, falta tudo no nosso futebol que se diz profissional.

Ontem, depois de balançar as redes 3 vezes, CIRO, atacante rubro negro, desabafou, “não tenho o mesmo valor no meu clube, que outros que vem de fora tem”, e concordo de A a Z., com ele, aliás, todos nós que acompanhamos o futebol profissional sabemos que isto é enraizado no futebol de nossa terra, importamos mais do que exportamos, sempre é mais gorda a galinha do vizinho. Todos sabem o que acontece no nosso futebol cheio de mazelas e injustiças, justamente por isto, por esta falta de visão em não se dar valor a prata da casa.

Agora o presidente do clube vem a público declarar que, “roupa suja se lava em casa,” e isto não é verdade; meu camarada o Sport Clube do Recife é uma entidade pública, e vossa senhoria não pode nem deve fazer comparações de quanto é o seu salário como médico, seria interessante se comparasse com o salário do Dr. Ivo Pitanguy, e de outros que fizeram seu nome na medicina brasileira.

Primeiro que ninguém lhe obrigou a ser o dirigente máximo da instituição rubro negra, segundo, porque tudo que se passa no clube deve ser “transparente” e comunicado aos seus conselheiros, sócios patrimoniais e enfim, a todos os torcedores, imprensa, a própria Receita Federal, enfim, isto já é Lei Federal. E parece que o nobre dirigente não sabe ou faz que não sabe.

Veja o caso do Central, onde escrevi a Própria CBF por solicitação do próprio dirigente, pedindo explicações sobre esta maracutaia que envolve o Moacir, o Sport e o Corinthians. O presidente do Central tem todo o direito de pedir que seja esclarecida a situação do atleta, onde está a “honestidade e dignidade” do presidente rubro negro.

O presidente do Sport Clube do Recife mostra que não tem condições de ser o que é, portanto, ele apenas está presidente, nunca foi um presidente. E quem sofre é o clube, o futebol num todo e a moralização da própria pessoa como ser humano.

E agora diz que vai penalizar o atleta, que está apenas querendo seu reconhecimento como jogador do clube, onde fica esta história de contratar jogadores em final de carreira a peso de ouro, todos nós sabemos e a imprensa noticia os valores de salários de atletas como o do Internacional e do Botafogo, onde está, portanto, a mentira do CIRO? Acho bom uma retratação e um alinhamento salarial de acordo com os gols feitos, com seu nível técnico de artilheiro do Pernambucano e desde o tempo de juvenil, ou pensa que esquecemos.

Outra coisa é ter expulsado do clube o “empresário” do atleta. Um Agente FIFA (comumente chamado) trabalha por uma comissão pré estabelecida que não possa passar de 10%, do valor recebido pelo jogador, além de ter comprometimento com este relacionamento (tem um seguro e pode ser cassado a qualquer momento).

Somente um Advogado credenciado na OAB e seus parentes próximos podem falar por um jogador, ser seu procurador legal, todo o resto é apenas fictício e não tem valor legal, esta procuração feita em Cartório não tem valor legal nenhum junto a quem deu a condição de “jogador profissional” ao atleta, que é a CBF e por tabela hierárquica a própria FIFA.

O próprio clube tem o dever de procurar saber quem é quem e não pode negociar com quem não tem legalidade e outra coisa, “empresário” nenhum pode participar de ”Direitos Econômicos”, somente quem tem o contrato de trabalho, ou seja, o empregador que é o clube tem esta prerrogativa, este direito, mais uma vez falta conhecimento aos dirigentes.

Fica difícil desta maneira se ter um clube na 1ª Divisão do Futebol Brasileiro, quanto temos dirigentes de 4ª categoria, não adianta trazer o Toninho Cerezo se administrando o clube em direção contrário. Falar é fácil, fazer é que é difícil.
