O pernambucano Niélson Nogueira Dias foi suspenso do quadro de árbitros da CBF por tempo indeterminado, nesta quinta-feira (O4.11.10). A punição vem em decorrência de uma falha de Niélson na partida Cruzeiro 0 x 2 São Paulo, na noite de quarta (03.11.10).
Ele assinalou pênalti para o tricolor paulista em uma jogada fora da área em que muitas pessoas sequer viram infração do defensor cruzeirense. A decisão de Niélson foi de encontro ao apontado pelo auxiliar Ubirajara Ferraz, que não viu infração.
"A Comissão de Arbitragem da CBF, após análise da partida Cruzeiro X São Paulo, determina que o árbitro Nielson Nogueira Dias seja submetido a atividades de aprimoramento referente à Regra 12 (faltas e infrações) e trabalho em equipe, ficando à disposição após o relatório do trabalho realizado", diz o site da instituição.
Não é a primeira polêmica de Niélson nos últimos dias. No clássico entre Sport e Náutico, no dia 23 de outubro, o trio de arbitragem como um todo foi mal. Houve um pênalti não marcado para o Náutico, e um gol em impedimento do Náutico. Além disso, ele marcou pênalti sobre Tóbi mesmo sem ter visto o lance, que também gerou controvérsia, assim como uma bola na mão de Jeff Silva, na qual muitos pediram pênalti, não marcado.
No Campeonato Pernambucano, vale lembrar, Niélson teve erro ainda mais grave: não validou um gol feito do Vera Cruz em jogo contra o Sete de Setembro, aos 34 do segundo tempo. A bola entrou no gol e passou por um pedaço de rede rasgado, sem estufar, e ele mandou o jogo seguir. O placar apontava 1 a 1 e terminou sem modificação.
Bem pessoal, a meu entender este árbitro já deveria está estudando há muito tempo e aprendendo a aceitar o que seu auxiliar lhe fala. Muito embora, discordo radicalmente deste crivo de arbitro “PERNAMBUCANO”, poderia ser qualquer um, vamos parar de usar discriminação, pois as arbitragens estão simplesmente num patamar muito abaixo da critica.
Mais importante que reciclar este árbitro é tornar os árbitros no Brasil, de profissionais e isto é que deve merecer atenção da CBF e de todos que gostam do futebol jogado e corretamente apitado. É muito fácil punir alguém por seus próprios erros, estou me referindo a Confederação Brasileira de Futebol, que há muito tempo está omissa em muitas coisas, entrega os campeonatos de futebol a terceiros, deixa de cumprir determinações da FIFA, como por exemplo; como os Agentes Credenciados poderiam trabalhar? Se nunca foram regularizados e autenticados perante os atletas, Clubes e Federações.
E agora a FIFA vem falar que pretende acabar com a função do Agente FIFA que ela mesma criou e deixar que o mercado (que já está um carnaval) se transforme num canibalismo sem Lei e sem ordem. Parabéns senhores, vocês estarão conseguindo destruir tudo o que de sensato estavam querendo realizar.
E por aí segue a falta de comprometimento da instituição que só cuida da Seleção Brasileira e mesmo assim, pelo pouco que sei, entregou a comercialização dos jogos da própria seleção a uma empresa na Suíça. Só recebe os dividendos e royalty dos patrocinadores.
