BLATTER MAKES PRESIDENCY PLEDGE/BLATTER FAZ UM COMPROMISSO DA PRESIDÊNCIA “PARECE ATÉ UMA PEGADINHA"

Joseph Blatter, afirmou que vai renunciar à presidência da FIFA em 2015, se ele for reeleito nas eleições de Junho.

Falando no Congresso da UEFA, em Paris, Blatter afirmou que um quarto mandato no cargo seria o seu último no que está sendo interpretada como uma tentativa de obter o apoio do presidente da UEFA, Michel Platini, que é amplamente associada uma corrida para o cargo máximo do futebol mundial em 2015.

Blatter, que está sendo desafiado para a presidência da FIFA pelo chefe da Confederação Asiática de Futebol, Mohamed Bin Hammam, disse: "Você sabe que eu aspirar a mais quatro anos estes serão os últimos quatro anos para que concorra a presidência.."

Em outra notícia dos salões de futebol do poder, o reinado de longa duração, Nicolas Leoz como presidente da Confederação Sul-Americana de Futebol (CONMEBOL) tende a ser ampliado. O paraguaio de 82 anos está no controle supervisionando o futebol na região desde 1986, e revelou que ele não enfrenta concorrência nas eleições na CONMEBOL 01 de maio.

"O prazo para candidatos aprovados em 16 de março", disse Leoz à Reuters, já passou. "O Congresso será em maio e os 10 países-membros apoiaram-me para continuar por mais quatro anos".

Isto é uma vergonha, começa na FIFA, depois CONMEBOL, Federações Estaduais...como se pode querer que na CBF o presidente Ricardo Teixeira renuncie ou deixe que tenhamos uma eleição democrática.

Só falta agora, escutar que o Michel Platini queira ficar à frente da UEFA perpetuamente. Onde vamos parar eu não sei, sei que isto reflete o que se passa no futebol mundial, é uma pena, que a ganância o ego e logicamente o dinheiro mude tanto os homens.

Sepp Blatter has stated he will step down from the FIFA presidency in 2015 if he is re-elected in June’s elections.

Speaking at the UEFA Congress in Paris, Blatter stated that a fourth term in office would be his last in what is being interpreted as an attempt to secure the support of UEFA president Michel Platini, who is widely linked with a run for world football’s top job in 2015. Blatter, who is being challenged for the FIFA presidency by Asian Football Confederation chief Mohamed Bin Hammam, said: "You know I aspire to another four years. These will be the last four years for which I stand as candidate.”

In other news from football’s halls of power, Nicolas Leoz’s long-running reign as president of the South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL) looks set to be extended. The 82-year-old Paraguayan has overseen football in the region since 1986, and has revealed that he will face no competition at CONMEBOL’s elections on May 1.

"The deadline for candidates passed on March 16," Leoz told Reuters. "The Congress will be in May and the 10 member nations have backed me to continue for another four years.”

This is a shame, who could believe in that joke? As it may want to CBF President Ricardo Teixeira resigns or ceases to have a democratic election and the Brazilians State Federations too. Nobody’s wants leave the bone it’s a fact.
