O ofício enviado pelo Corinthians ao Clube dos 13 para comunicar sua saída chegou às mãos de Fábio Koff, presidente da entidade, durante a entrevista concedida nesta terça-feira, em São Paulo. Irritado, o dirigente, ao lado de Ataíde Gil Guerreiro, diretor executivo do órgão, respondeu a Andrés Sanchez, mandatário do clube.
"Se ele não tivesse pedido a desfiliação, eu proporia ao Clube dos 13 a sua expulsão por esse comportamento moleque e irresponsável", afirmou Koff, gesticulando e claramente alterado. "Paga o que deve ao Clube dos 13, passa na tesouraria e vai embora. Não é obrigado a ficar", acrescentou.
No ofício, assinado por Sanchez e endereçado a Koff, são citadas "uma série de desmandos administrativos", supostas contratações irregulares e uma dívida trabalhista de R$ 5 milhões. No documento, Ataide Gil Guerreiro é acusado de agir de forma "irresponsável" no processo da venda dos direitos de transmissão do Campeonato Brasileiro.
"É um direito dele entrar e sair. O que não é correto é questionar as pessoas e se esconder num ofício", disse Koff, que se reuniu com Sanchez na segunda-feira. "Nada disso ele disse ontem na minha cara", reclamou o dirigente. Para ele, os R$ 5 milhões de dívidas trabalhistas são normais. "Todos os clubes têm divididas trabalhistas históricas", rebateu.
No comunicado enviado ao Clube dos 13, o Corinthians reclama de Ataíde Gil Guerreiro ter telefonado para um alto executivo de uma das emissoras concorrentes durante o a discussão para formatar o edital. Insatisfeito, o diretor executivo da entidade pediu a palavra para responder.
Guerreiro assumiu que as emissoras concorrentes foram contatadas para informar a decisão do Clube dos 13 de oferecer um ágio de 10% à proposta da TV Globo em função de sua maior audiência e nível de exposição das marcas. Na visão do diretor executivo, a medida é uma prova da lisura adotada no processo.
"O Sanchez está querendo ser o advogado da TV Globo. Não existe nenhuma falta de lisura nisso e em nada que eu faço tem falta de lisura. Eu não aceito entrar numa farsa. Aqui, vão ter que fazer as coisas de acordo. As regras estão definidas. Vai ganhar aquele que fizer a melhor proposta para o Clube dos 13", afirmou.
Além de rebater as insinuações do presidente do Corinthians, Ataíde Gil Guerreiro acusou a TV Globo de provocar uma série de dificuldades na negociação. De acordo com o diretor executivo da entidade, a emissora chegou a emprestar dinheiro com a finalidade de atrair os clubes para o seu lado.
"Tem alguns clubes que pela primeira vez estão recebendo adiantamento da Globo. O normal é você ter um contrato, pegar o documento e levar no banco para antecipar o recurso. A partir de determinado momento, ela começou a fazer o papel do banco. Ao invés de fazer pelo banco, a própria Globo fazia", acusou.
Nos últimos anos, a emissora usava uma cláusula de preferência para renovar o contrato de transmissão a cada três anos. No entanto, o dispositivo foi removido, o que propicia o aparecimento de novos interessados em adquirir os direitos de transmissão do Campeonato Brasileiro a partir de 2012.
"A emissora (Globo) está se sentido em risco. Ela está num estado de conforto e não quer risco. Ela tem todas as condições de ganhar, mas para que correr risco?", declarou Guerreiro. "Ela não quer fazer a concorrência com a lisura que nós queremos", completou o diretor executivo.
O negócio agora está bem claro do porque desta atitude do presidente da CBF em falar que o FLAMENGO também é Campeão Brasileiro em 1987. Mesmo sem entrar em campo, sem obedecer a CBF que naquele tempo já vinha caindo das pernas, falida e sem autoridade nenhuma à frente dos clubes federados.
Como o negócio deverá ficar ninguém sabe ainda, porque aqui tem a máxima de que, o que foi dito, não vale, e o que é hoje pode não ser amanhã, imaginem daqui a 24 anos.
O que vale é o dinheiro somente e o poder, vejam os exemplos; quem assumiu a FIFA, quer sair? O mesmo para CBF, e para as Federações, nos clubes o negócio é diferente, mais não deixa de ser da mesma maneira, o grupo que entra nunca mais quer sair, tem grupo que chamamos de dinossauros, pois estão desde a era paleontologica.
E com a entrada da TV Record finalmente, tirando o monopólio da TV Globo, as coisas devem ficar mais embaçadas, nebulosas e até pretas, mais uma coisa é certa, o dinheiro está começando a mostrar que o futebol é viável e lucrativo, se for transparente e administrado profissionalmente. Mais isto será que existe?
Resta saber se o futebol brasileiro irá realmente continuar como está, se vai ser criado nova liga, se a CBF vai retomar os regulamentos ou se a própria FIFA virá resolver as coisas devidamente “on site”. O que estamos vendo é que se antes éramos um terreno sem Lei e sem ordem agora temos um verdadeiro território assolado com terrorismo qualquer um faz o que quer.
