Apesar de proibir o uso da Justiça Comum por entidades do esporte "salvo específicas exceções", a FIFA diz que a polêmica entre São Paulo, Flamengo e Sport sobre o título do campeonato de 1987 é assunto brasileiro.

Por e-mail, a assessoria de comunicação da entidade que controla o futebol mundial respondeu que se trata de um problema interno. E pediu para a reportagem entrar em contato com a CBF.

Procurada, a confederação nacional afirmou que o episódio se adequa a uma das ressalvas, por já ter sido esgotado em esferas desportivas no passado.

A ação do Sport na última terça, segundo ela, teria sido apenas uma espécie de "pegadinha", sem valor jurídico. E a disputa pela Taça das Bolinhas envolveria não a CBF, mas a Caixa, responsável por ter criado e mantido o troféu.

Agora ambas as organizações que deveriam nortear, fazer e dirigir as regras do futebol no Brasil e no mundo, passam a responsabilidade para quem criou apenas o troféu e patrocinou o evento, já pensaram se esta moda pega. Isto só pode ser uma “pegadinha” mesmo.

Acho que a pegadinha está ai mesmo, na FIFA e na CBF. E depois queremos que as Federações Estaduais tenham transparência e que o futebol profissional Brasileiro tenha decência.
