As eleições da CBF ocorrem apenas em abril, mas, antes mesmo do pleito, os dirigentes já foram avisados: o ‘mensalinho’ destinado às federações irá crescer e pode chegar em alguns casos a mais de 500%. Tornada pública pela oposição, a proposta de aumento no repasse da entidade gera discórdia nos bastidores.

Candidato da chapa contrária, o presidente da federação gaúcha, Francisco Novelletto, foi o responsável por apresentar o projeto para que 25% da arrecadação da CBF estimada em mais de R$ 500 milhões passasse a ser compartilhada entre as entidades estaduais.

A ideia, alegam cartolas do grupo de Marco Polo Del Nero, já se encontra, no entanto, encaminhada e teria partido originalmente do nome escolhido por José Maria Marin para a sua sucessão.

Marin e Del Nero estão nesta semana em Florianópolis para o congresso técnico da Copa e aproveitaram a viagem para se deslocarem durante a quarta-feira até a sede da federação catarinense, em Balneário Camboriú. Lá, acompanhados pelo diretor de competições Reinaldo Carneiro Bastos, se reuniram com o presidente da entidade, Delfim Pádua Peixoto Filho, e representantes de clubes locais.

Delfim Peixoto deve assumir a vice-presidência da região Sul na próxima gestão da CBF.

“É uma ideia (o aumento) do próprio grupo que vai dirigir. Ideia nossa. Ele (Novelletto) já sabe. Deu uma dessa para dizer que ele pregou. É meu amigo, conterrâneo, vivo. A oposição quer botar na rua, mas já era proposta ativa dentro da CBF. Um apoio a mais. Desde os tempos de Ricardo (Texeira) se falava“, diz o cartola ao ESPN.com.br.

Procurado pela reportagem, Novelletto contou aguardar um telefonema da cúpula da CBF para tratar do assunto. Ele voltou recentemente de viagem pela Europa e ficou de fora do evento em Floripa.

Del Nero e Marin já dão a vitória nas eleições como certa.

As eleições para a CBF estão a pleno vapor, com a provável disputa entre Marco Polo Del Nero / Marin (situação), e Francisco Novelleto / Andrés Sanchez (oposição). Apesar de nenhuma das duas ser oficiais, sabe-se que todo o trabalho de convencimento junto aos eleitores (federações e clubes da série A) está sendo feito. O que não está sendo feito, porém, é um projeto para o Futebol Brasileiro.

Ouve-se aqui e ali apenas proposições pontuais voltadas aos interesses dos eleitores, como aumento de verbas de repasses, continuidade do “modelo” de gestão atual, etc. Mas pensar o futebol de maneira ampla e estratégica, nada. Portanto, voltamos à mesma pergunta de relatórios anteriores: Onde está o Plano Estratégico para o Futebol Brasileiro? 

Onde queremos chegar em 5 ou 10 anos? Queremos ter um dos 3 campeonatos nacionais mais importantes do Mundo? Queremos ter clubes entre os TOP10 do planeta? Quantos? Queremos estádios cheios? Combater a violência associada ao futebol? Transformar os jogos em ambiente de Festa e não de Guerra? Como fortaleceremos o futebol Regional e os clubes menores? Qual a nossa principal força? E nossas fraquezas? Sobram perguntas, faltam respostas.

Nosso produto piora a cada dia, há uma quase unanimidade que estamos perdendo importância relativa no mercado internacional, que o futebol regional e os clubes pequenos agonizam, e que o desinteresse do torcedor é crescente. Convenhamos, o futebol Brasileiro precisa de uma verdadeira revolução e, a julgar pelo que estamos vendo, nenhuma chapa representa mudança do cenário atual.

Atletas e profissionais se mobilizam por mudanças, a imprensa está inquieta, torcedores anseiam por um futebol de mais qualidade. Não está na hora de uma terceira via na Eleição da CBF?

Está sim, mas, pergunto, como? Se fala que os prováveis candidatos estão trabalhando nas Federações? Pois, é sabido de todos, que a CBF tem uma ajuda mensal as Federações e o presidente de Federação que não fizer o dever de casa ou seja, que não votar no quadro que aí está, fica sem a ajuda e principalmente, entra numa lista que nenhum irá querer ir.

Além de que, como algum candidato irá mostrar suas ideias e seu planejamento. Não acredito em mudanças, enquanto tivermos este modelo administrativo, nada muda, tudo fica como está.
