Não deixaria de comentar sobre esta situação que se apresenta em nossos tradicionais clubes que tem departamento profissional de futebol. Por que não, antecipar as eleições para Setembro final ou inicio de outubro, o que isto tem a ver com o atual campeonato Brasileiro tanto da 1ª quanto da 2ª Divisão?
Aqui em Garanhuns se antecipou as eleições para final de Agosto, traz ao novo presidente mais tempo para se organizar, (caso ainda estivesse no grupo de elite do futebol Pernambucano) e mesmo estando na segunda divisão, dará certamente tempo mais que suficiente para se arrumar a casa, montar um bom time, conseguir patrocinadores (que se arranja sempre no ano anterior) e nunca no mesmo ano e as vezes as vésperas da competição como comumente se faz aqui.
Mais então; o caso aqui é o Sport e os seus co-irmãos, Náutico e Santa, parece que o Santinha já se adequou a isto, percebeu que com planejamento e conhecimento cientifico se faz mais alguma coisa. Mesmo estando desclassificado da 4ª Divisão do futebol brasileiro, aprenderam a lição e vão dar oportunidade para que o novo mandatário do clube tenha tempo para organizar a casa e fazer um Campeonato decente e sem correrias (e assim que penso e acho).
Já o Sport, está começando a se firmar no atual campeonato da 2ª Divisão e alguns acham que não deve pensar em eleições, que o momento não é este, que isto desvia o foco, que o time ainda não foi a lugar nenhum, etc. Ora, todos são livres para se expressarem, mais uma coisa é você falar sem conhecimento de causa, é falar que só faz alguma coisa se tiver dinheiro no bolso, digo, banco, e outra coisa é você saber definir seu planejamento a curto, médio e longo prazo.
A meu ver, deve-se sim, definir e mudar, aliás, se fazer as eleições antes de dezembro, e por quê? Por que, em janeiro se tem o Campeonato Pernambucano em que o clube marcha para ser Hexa Campeão, e para aqueles que acham que o futebol é uma loteria, que o presidente tem que ser o “olheiro” (scout), o Advogado, o Gerente Operacional, o faz tudo da instituição, o milagreiro, isto não deve ser tratado agora.
Mas para aqueles que aprenderam em suas empresas que um negócio deve ser pensado, analisado e muito bem estruturado, é sim, o tempo certo de se dar tempo ao novo presidente de se estruturar, de planejar o novo ano, com tempo, afinal estamos falando de uma instituição que todos querem ver no topo, Campeão onde for e onde estiver e não de pessoas, de egos, de propostas políticas, de pessoas que querem apenas aparecer, ou será que estou enganado.
