Senhores depois de ver o acontecido, e esperar que pelo menos a atual gestão tenha consciência do que representa ser desclassificado de uma 4ª Divisão e não jogue tudo pelos ares, vimos que realmente as coisas são como se espera de um grupo de amadores e sem comprometimento com o clube. Que tenham piedade da instituição pelo menos, pois dos torcedores não tiveram e que arrumem a casa para o próximo dirigente.
O Gerente remunerado foi o segundo a sair, primeiro o técnico atira o boné e ainda escuto que existe a possibilidade de “desmanche” do time? Como pode ser isto! Pessoal num futebol onde se investe, falei isto mesmo, investimento, e não, “se gasta”, assim é que deveria ser, pois, se o dinheiro fosse do dirigente duvido muito que ele sairia jogando tudo no mato.
Tem-se que manter o Gerente de Futebol, pelo menos até ele arrumar a casa, e isso deve durar um aviso prévio (30 dias) tempo suficiente para se arranjar um novo Gerente de Futebol, compatível com a situação e com comprometimento com a instituição. O que será arrumar a casa? Ver quem está tendo procura, quem está recebendo propostas, se possível, renovar o contrato destes atletas (dentro das possibilidades do clube, lógico) o que é isto, é; idade, potencial e salário, pois o clube continua vivo e logo deverá está de volta ao futebol que, diga-se de passagem, é quem o mantém vivo.
Então, se renova os contratos de quem tem potencial para defender o clube na próxima competição (Campeonato Pernambucano de 2011) e que também poderá despontar num futuro próximo e “empresta-se” tais atletas para desonerar o pagamento dos salários, durante esta recessão que deve durar uns 3 meses somente, e no prazo adequado ao clube trazê-los de volta para usá-los em janeiro. Vai-se a busca de clubes para transferir definitivamente os outros, procurando no mínimo um valor que venha ressarcir o dinheiro que usaram do clube para trazê-los e tudo tem que ser feito com comprometimento, restituindo o que se investiu para trazê-los aos cofres do Santa.
Um clube de futebol profissional e ainda mais uma instituição como a do Santa Cruz, que tem nome e tradição, não pode simplesmente jogar para cima e começar de novo. Quem vai pagar tudo isto? Todos os erros e as despesas e provavelmente deverá se ter uma avalanche de causas trabalhistas por descumprimento da Lei, nos contratos de trabalho com estes jogadores que foram “dispensados”. A instituição e seus torcedores, é quem pagará a conta, é claro.
