Sexta rodada do Campeonato Espanhol. Barcelona e Mallorca empataram em 1 x 1 no Camp Nou. Em campo, craques como Messi, Daniel Alves e Iniesta. Entre eles, um pernambucano de Olinda vestia a camisa 3 do time visitante. Entrou como titular.
Um jovem de 21 anos, volante, revelado nas categorias de base do Náutico. Pouca gente pode lembrar-se da rápida passagem de João Victor pelo time profissional do Timbu no ano de 2007. Também pudera, foram poucas as chances dadas ao jovem talento, na época com apenas 16 anos.
Poucas oportunidades, muitas cobranças. Embora mais novo, João Victor surgiu na mesma leva de jogadores como o lateral-direito Paulinho, convocado para a Seleção Brasileira sub-20, os meias Diego e Thiago Laranjeira e o atacante Betinho. Um grupo de garotos alçados para o time profissional numa época (mais uma) de crise do Náutico.
Para se ter uma idéia, o técnico que começou dirigindo a equipe em 2007 foi Didi Duarte. Dar valor à base era a "proposta". Na verdade, apenas uma desculpa pela falta de dinheiro no clube.
A pressão foi grande e os garotos sentiram isso. Sozinhos, não conseguiram conduzir o time no Campeonato Pernambucano. Acabaram "queimados", como se diz na linguagem do futebol. De esperança, passaram a refugos, e um a um foi saindo. A história de João Victor passa por isso.
Chegou a treinar no Santa Cruz, mas foi levado ao Náutico, que teoricamente apresentava melhores condições nas categorias de base. De cara, impressionou.
Foi convocado para a Seleção Brasileira sub-16 e dois meses depois estava integrado ao grupo profissional.
João Victor atuou em algumas partidas como profissional em 2007, mas uma grave lesão o fez parar por pouco mais de dois meses. Ele teve uma hérnia de disco. Segundo o pai dele, Flávio, ex-goleiro do Sport, os médicos do Náutico indicaram a operação.
Ele não aceitou, pois o garoto poderia ficar com sequelas e nunca mais jogar. Procurou, por conta própria, um outro tratamento. E achou. Remédios, hidroterapia e pilates curaram a doença. E o garoto, que atuava como volante e meia, retornou ao clube. Mas foi remanejado para os juniores. Foi acusado de fazer corpo mole.
Flávio foi, então, à procura do então presidente alvirrubro, Ricardo Valois. Questionou quais os planos do Náutico para João Victor. Ouviu do dirigente que se tratava de um jogador muito irregular.
"Eu pedi o liberatório. Ele (Valois) disse que eu estava louco e mandou-me resolver do meu jeito", lembrou o pai do jogador. "E foi o que eu fiz. Procurei um advogado e pedi a liberação na Justiça. Estavam impedindo o garoto de trabalhar. Conseguimos porque o clube não depositou cincos meses de FGTS dele."
Depois de quase dois anos em que comecei a escrever e tornar público o que via e achava do futebol brasileiro e as vezes do que acontece no mundo, fico pensando que talvez seja a hora de parar. De que adianta ficar se lastimando? Pois normalmente meus comentários são somente de problemas, misérias, trairagens e incompetência em nosso futebol.
Não acontece nada, tudo continua da mesma maneira e fico imaginando que talvez esteja até piorando para nosso lado, porque lá fora, o mundo está se adequando e tomando conhecimento que é muito fácil levar nossos jogadores a troco de nada e ganhar do Brasil está se tornando uma constante, pois não temos ninguém dirigindo e se importando com nosso futebol, com nossa imagem, com nosso futuro.
