No Brasil é assim, o futebol amador e de conchaves luta para não dar lugar ao futebol profissional, aquele que deve ter transparência e que deve estar antenado com a atual situação do futebol mundial. E ficamos ligados a clubes que são instituições sem “fins lucrativos”, mais que tem que ganhar dinheiro e pagar impostos e o que é pior, tem sempre outros interesses.
E continuamos na mesma, os clubes são dirigidos por presidentes que não são o que devem ser, são na maioria, pessoas desprovidas de conhecimento profissional de gestão de futebol (todos os clubes tem seu principal suporte no futebol) por isso é tão importante se ter pessoas que saibam como lidar com esta situação e acima de tudo que tenham uma condição ilibada de conduta profissional. Se assim não for, vai ser difícil o nosso País pensar em ser administrativamente o que é dentro do campo (um campeão) mesmo com os resultados acontecidos nas últimas competições internacionais.
O Flamengo joga para o ar, seu projeto sério (foi assim que entendi) de colocar este grande clube de volta as vitórias e ao hall da fama, que é onde deve estar.
Demitiram o ZICO e com ele se foram o técnico, a comissão técnica, com os treinamentos diários em dois expedientes, como deve ser, o serviço de profissionais que realmente queiram ser campeões.
Aliás, todas as empresas brasileiras trabalham dois turnos, porque no futebol, haveria de ser diferente?
