Salgueiro e Cabense se enfrentavam normalmente na primeira rodada do Campeonato Pernambucano, no Cornélio de Barros, quando, aos 29 minutos, ocorreu uma pane elétrica no estádio e causou o adiamento da partida. A Cabense vencia o jogo por 1 a 0, mas, como ainda não tinha passado dos 30 minutos iniciais, a partida precisaria ser remarcada e reiniciada do primeiro minuto, com o placar zerado.
O presidente da FPF, Carlos Alberto Oliveira, marcou a partida para o dia seguinte, mas a Cabense não compareceu. A equipe afirmou que o problema foi causado pela ausência de manutenção das instalações por parte do Carcará, o que daria os pontos automaticamente para o Azulão, pois os sertanejos descumpririam o regulamento da competição, que obriga o mandante a manter o local da partida. A Celpe confirmou no dia seguinte que o problema foi causado por um problema na instalação do estádio.
Mesmo assim a Federação declarou o Salgueiro vencedor da partida pelo placar de 1 a 0. Na última terça-feira, o Tribunal de Justiça Desportiva declarou a Cabense vencedora do jogo pelo mesmo resultado. Agora a decisão vai para o STJD, no Rio de Janeiro, já que a Federação já avisou que vai recorrer.
O exato minuto que deu “pane” no estádio, 29 minutos, se fosse no 30º minuto do “problema técnico” ter ocorrido, o jogo era dado por encerrado e vencido pela Cabense. E olhe que o dono do estádio tem que ter eletricista, gerador, enfim, todo o necessário para a continuação do espetáculo, é sua responsabilidade até porque quem pagou tem direitos a serem respeitados (note, que nem FPF, ou Tribunal falaram disso) do Estatuto do Torcedor onde foi o maior prejudicado.
Não estou vendo nenhum órgão de Defesa de Consumidor falando que alguém tem que devolver o dinheiro e pagar indenizações aos que se sentirem frustrados, roubados e achincalhados. Quem saiu de seu trabalho para ir ao estádio, e até quem viajou? Ou quem tirou licença para comercializar algum produto durante o jogo, e sai por ai os desmandos. Enfim, o torcedor é apenas “povo”, é somente a escória, o babaca que acredita e gosta de futebol.
O TEATRO DO REI.
A certeza de que Carlos Alberto Oliveira permaneceria à frente da FPF existia desde o primeiro ´sussurro` da possibilidade de sua renúncia. Restava compreender o objetivo do factoide, inicialmente disseminado por dirigentes de clubes do interior. Aliados seus, diga-se. Respirem os acontecimentos. Oliveira foi dormir afrontado pela Justiça Desportiva local. Acordou com a necessidade de demonstrar autoridade. Que continuava mandando no Campeonato Pernambucano. Contactou aliados. Encenou o seu teatro. E terminou o dia aplaudido por sua claque. Um rei e a necessidade de demonstrar a sua força.
A interpretação é embasada no perfil antidemocrático de Oliveira, bem conhecido por quem teve contato com o futebol pernambucano nos últimos 16 anos. Presidente eternizado no poder, que tem orgulho de levantar a voz para declarar-se dono do futebol de um estado, acostumado a impor a sua vontade às leis e regulamentos. Orgulho de encerrar seus atos unilaterais com uma sentença simples, desafiadora. ´Eu não disse que faria?`Desta vez, no entanto, ele não fez. Não renunciou. E a razão é simples: em momento algum de ontem Carlos Alberto Oliveira anunciou a sua intenção de deixar a presidência da FPF.
Os comentários de sua renúncia partiram de bocas alheias, distantes da sede da entidade. A 720 quilômetros, 681, 511. Tanto que, ao ser questionado pelo Superesportes, pela manhã, Oliveira recusou-se a comentar o assunto. Limitou-se a anunciar uma entrevista coletiva às 16h30. Conseguira mudar o foco. Sem sentido. Afinal, nada há de absurdo na iniciativa da Cabense lutar por um direito que acredita possuir nem na decisão do TJD. Aliás, para Carlos Alberto, existe. Trata-se de uma decisão embasada no regulamento da competição, elaborado sob a sua batuta. Uma intromissão de um órgão julgador numa questão na qual é competente, mas que já havia sido decidida pela Federação. Esta não como instituição. Como pessoa.
Iniciativa e decisão que em nenhum momento retiraram a autoridade da FPF.
Fortaleceram a democracia, ao contrário. Regime, aliás, também à disposição do Salgueiro, grande prejudicado do julgamento. O Carcará poderia recorrer, como, inclusive, anunciou que vai fazer a FPF. Tentar reverter a situação na Justiça. Mas isso não era suficiente. Era preciso vencer a qualquer custo. A qualquer preço. E, mais uma vez, o futebol pernambucano saiu de campo derrotado.

ATÉ TÚ SPORT!
Enquanto alguns torcedores pernambucanos pensavam que, depois de 16 anos, o mando da FPF iria mudar de dono, os clubes se articulavam nos bastidores para seguir à risca o enredo montado para o ´Dia do Fico` de Carlos Alberto Oliveira. Após vários telefonemas durante todo o dia, no fim da tarde, aos poucos, os representantes iam chegando à sede da entidade. Todos para assinar um documento pedindo a permanência de Carlos Alberto Oliveira. Os argumentos foram os mais diversos possíveis.
Até mesmo o Sport, único clube que ainda tinha coragem de discordar do presidente da FPF, assinou o documento. O Leão, inclusive, foi o mais enfático nas declarações. Após entrar na sala onde se realizava uma reunião dos funcionários com Carlos Alberto para pedir a sua permanência, o representante rubro-negro na instituição, Fred Domingos, confirmou que o clube está ao lado do presidente. ´Entendemos a opção dele, mas mostramos o quanto é importante a sua permanência. Ele perdeu uma batalha (contra o TJD), mas não a guerra. Ainda pode e vai recorrer. Se ele saísse, o Sport e o Náutico não entrariam mais em campo e a competição pararia`, afirmou.
Além dos clubes, Carlos Alberto Oliveira também teria recebido algumas ligações de representantes da Rede Globo, dona dos direitos de transmissão do PE2011, do governo do estado e da Coca-Cola. Nenhuma das três se manifestou oficialmente sobre o caso.
RISADA COMO RESPOSTA.
O presidente do Tribunal de Justiça Desportiva de Pernambuco (TJD), Etério Ramos Galvão, não quis polemizar as declarações de Carlos Alberto Oliveira e preferiu silenciar diante das acusações do cartola. Quando questionado sobre qual seria a posição do TJD perante a acusação do presidente da FPF, que afirmou que o tribunal teria tido uma conduta incorreta e por isso abriu um precedente perigoso para o resto do Estadual, Etério se limitou a rir.
Quanto ao fato de a FPF decidir recorrer no Superior Tribunal de Justiça Desportiva (STJD) para tentar reverter a situação em favor da Cabense, Etério mais uma vez não quis se pronunciar, mas lembrou que no julgamento realizado na última quarta-feira no TJD, dois auditores pediram para o Salgueiro perder não apenas os pontos como também dois mandos de campo. O pedido não foi aceito pela maioria e por isso o Carcará continua no Cornélio de Barros. O problema é que no STJD a questão pode ser votada novamente. E o time sertanejo perder.
Para aumentar ainda mais o problema com o tribunal, Carlos Alberto Oliveira indicou o nome de Gil Teobaldo para ocupar o cargo de auditor do TJD. A indicação é uma afronta direta a Etério Galvão, que tem problemas de relacionamento com Teobaldo.
Resta saber se o advogado pode assumir, pois teve dois mandatos seguidos e, de acordo com a lei, não pode ficar para um terceiro. Além disso, ele precisa ser nomeado pelo presidente do TJD. Mais um embate entre as instituições?
Então a única saída para o “futebol Pernambucano”, que se diz profissional, é formar sua própria Liga de Justiça, seu próprio Clubes dos 13, fundar sua onipotente Federação, aliás, isto já tem, e seus clubes amadores que se dizem profissionais, porque de resto, tudo é mesmo um conto da Carochinha.
