Estou ouvindo rádios e jornais falando sobre Zé Teodoro e sua equipe. Alguns falam que ele está errando demais, outros, que são os jogadores que estão e que precisam de mais vontade.
Gente, a realidade do time de 2011 foi uma, a de 2012 é outra completamente diferente. Agora vou falar sobre o time campeão do Pernambucano do ano passado: Havia um time que não tinha qualidade para enfrentar os times grandes - Náutico e Sport - e um técnico astucioso, pois entende do riscado, é boleiro, e seu perfil é esse mesmo, de retranqueiro, não deixar jogar. Além de saber armar um time - e mesmo que limitado - para correr atrás dos erros dos outros e jogar em suas deficiências . Então o time do Santa, era um, com uma espinha dorsal bem equilibrada, mas só tinha isto: um goleiro, um zagueiro, um meio campista e um bom finalizador. Então jogava sempre explorando as deficiências e não deixando o outro jogar, pois se deixava, perdia.
Agora em 2012, a história é outra. O time deste ano foi formado com características diferentes, por exemplo; com jogadores que sabem jogar, mas não tem marcação, deixam o outro time mais livre. Já ouviram esta expressão? “Todo time tem que ter alguém para tocar e outros para carregar o piano”.
