A FIFA
autorizou nesta terça-feira a instalação dos dois sistemas tecnológicos que
detectam se a bola entrou ou não no gol nos campos de futebol do mundo. As
fornecedoras da tecnologia, a GoalRef e a Hawk-Eye, receberam a liberação
oficial após assinar contrato de licenciamento. Os sistemas passarão a ser
testados ao redor do globo antes de serem utilizados em partidas oficiais.
A
autorização da FIFA surgiu depois de diversos testes com os dois sistemas desde
outubro de 2011. As tecnologias foram testadas em laboratório, no gramado, em
simulações e até m jogos ao vivo até junho deste ano.
Os
sistemas utilizam procedimentos diferentes para detectar se a bola entrou ou
não no gol, uma das maiores polêmicas do futebol. O GoalRef usa emissão de
ondas e detecção de campos magnéticos para fazer a confirmação, enquanto o
Hawk-Eye faz uso de um sistema de câmeras instaladas ao redor do gramado para
estabelecer a posição exata da bola.
A
liberação é mais um passo da FIFA para a utilização de tecnologia mais
avançadas nas partidas de futebol. No fim deste ano, a entidade aprovou o uso
de bolas com chip, também para detectar se houve gol ou não, no Mundial de
Clubes, que contará com o Corinthians, em dezembro, no Japão. Será um teste,
visando a Copa das Confederações de 2013 e a Copa do Mundo de 2014, ambas no
Brasil.
Apesar da
autorização dos sistemas GoalRef e Hawk-Eye, a tecnologia ainda precisará
passar por uma última avaliação em cada estádio em que for instalada. Somente
após este teste, o sistema poderá ser considerado um produto "FIFA Quality
Pro".
Já está
passando da hora da FIFA começar a pensar em modernidade e adequação aos tempos
modernos, este negócio de ficar atrelado ao passado só deve levar a erros, pois
todos estão antenados na tecnologia e nas novas condições de se ter as coisas
no dias de hoje.
Tudo na
vida tem que se adequar e porque não o futebol não vejo nada de mal, só temos
que realmente saber o que fazer e como, e naturalmente que um dos Países que
deve ser levado em consideração é aquele que mais títulos tem, mais história,
mais jogadores, enfim, deixar o Brasil fora disso ou apenas deixar por último é
apenas mostrar que tem discriminação e que não são sérios, não vejo de outra
maneira esta atitude.

FIFA on Tuesday authorized the installation
of two technological systems that detect whether or not the ball went in the
