FIFA AUTORIZA TESTES DE SISTEMA TECNOLÓGICO PELO MUNDO / FIFA ALLOW TESTING TECHNOLOGY SYSTEM IN THE WORLD.

FIFA on Tuesday authorized the installation of two technological systems that detect whether or not the ball went in the goal on soccer fields in the world. The suppliers of technology, GoalRef and Hawk-Eye, received the official release after signing the licensing agreement. The system will be tested around the globe before being used in official games.

The authorization of FIFA came after several tests with both systems since October 2011. The technologies were tested in the laboratory on the lawn, in simulations and games m to live until June this year.

The systems use different procedures to detect whether or not the ball went into the goal, one of the biggest controversies of football. The use GoalRef wave emission and detection of magnetic fields to be confirmed while the Hawk-eye makes use of a system of cameras installed around the lawn to establish the exact position of the ball.

The release is another step FIFA for the use of more advanced technology in football matches. Later this year, the authority approved the use of balls with chip also to detect whether or not there was a goal in the FIFA Club World Cup, which will feature the Corinthians in December in Japan will be a test, aimed at Confederations Cup 2013 and World Cup 2014, both in Brazil.

Despite the authorization of systems GoalRef and Hawk-Eye, the technology still need to pass a final evaluation at each stage in which it is installed. Only after this test, the system can be regarded as a product "FIFA Quality Pro".

Already FIFA passing time to start thinking in modernity and adaptation to modern times, this business of being tied to the past should only lead to errors, as all are versed in technology and new conditions to have things in today .

Everything in life has to fit and why not football, I do not see anything wrong, we just have to really know what to do and how, and of course one of the countries that should be taken into account is the one who has more titles, more history, more players finally leave Brazil out of it or just leave finally only have to show that discrimination and who are not serious, otherwise I do not see this attitude.

IFAB - Goal-line technology will be given the go-ahead by lawmakers on the International FA Board (IFAB) next week, according to the Press Association.
The news agency said that two systems – Hawk-Eye and GoalRef – have passed exhaustive scientific tests to the satisfaction of the IFAB. The Hawk-Eye system is based on cameras and GoalRef uses magnetic fields. The IFAB will reportedly stress that the systems will be approved as an aid to referees, rather than the ultimate decision-maker.
The approval will come as a major setback to UEFA president Michel Platini, who has been tipped to succeed FIFA president Sepp Blatter when the incumbent’s term finishes. Blatter reiterated his support for goal-line technology in the wake of the latest controversial incident that saw Ukraine denied a goal against England at Euro 2012. However, Platini expressed his opposition to the technology earlier this week by saying such a move would be a “historical mistake”.
Platini has been promoting a rival approach of an extra official standing behind each dead-ball line – although such a system was in use for the Ukraine-England game. The IFAB will also consider whether the UEFA experiment with extra officials has been a success, the report added. The IFAB comprises world governing body FIFA, which has four votes, and representatives of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, who have one vote per country. For the law to be changed, six votes must be cast in favour of the motion.
I do not understand why the Platini does not agree with this technology, for it was evident that we are still liable to errors with the increase of +1 in goal line referee. I leave a message for him to reimagine up because I consider one of the top executives of the modern professional football.
