Estamos assistindo o Barcelona, através do Guardiola, falando que seu time será todo formado em casa, nas divisões de base do Barcelona que de repente virou o “must” no mundo do futebol. Quando você não se atém a regras e Leis de outros Países, não tem escrúpulos e não tem pelo menos o impedimento (quando se tem grana, se pode tudo e não é somente aqui no Brasil, mas no mundo todo), então eles prospectam meninos no mundo todo e atraem suas famílias com promessas de emprego e de um salário, para que possam fabricar o atleta e assim formar uma seleção que vem dos Países onde o futebol é diferenciado e a miséria e o descaso é igual.

E de acordo com o estatuto da FIFA, e também de vários outros países ao redor do globo, isso não é permitido. É ilegal atrair o garoto, levá-lo e dar dinheiro aos seus familiares. Vemos no quadro do Barcelona, jogadores que vieram infringindo os regulamentos e as normas que se deveria seguir no mundo do futebol.

Temos noticias de outros problemas em que o clube catalão teve que pagar multas e devolver o futuro jogador ao seu lugar de nascimento e ao seu clube, será que aqui no nosso País, teremos condições de barrar esta arbitrariedade? Provavelmente não, sem o interesse da CBF e principalmente do Governo Brasileiro, os nossos clubes não irão conseguir parar este êxodo que está começando a acontecer. Mas não é somente o Barcelona que está fazendo isso, muitos outros clubes estão chegando e se instalando com a ajuda de pessoas que só estão interessadas em garantir seu próprio sustento, pois quem fala mais alto é o dinheiro.

Existe hoje uma enxurrada de clubes abrindo “escolinhas”, centros de treinamento, verdadeiras arapucas no Brasil todo, e com todo tipo de desculpas de vir ajudar as crianças a sair da miséria, darem condições para estudarem, de ajudar os pais, enfim, desculpas não faltam e dinheiro é a mola mestra disso. E assim estaremos presenciando as melhores promessas deixando nosso futebol como o fez o filho do Mazinho, o próprio Messi e tantos outros.

Precisamos ficar alertas e pensar grande, do contrário, brevemente o Brasil estará cheio de jogadores de outros Países e nossos jogadores diferenciados jogando em outros Países e sem deixar nenhum rendimento aqui e ainda por cima em seleções nacionais da Espanha, Inglaterra, Alemanha, Rússia, Qatar entre outros. Aliás, já estamos vendo isso.

Infelizmente, o mercado do futebol brasileiro hoje é disputado por todos ao redor do Mundo, e isto encarece e torna até inviável a manutenção de jovens promessas e em contrário as regras e promessas da FIFA e até do próprio governo Brasileiro no tempo de nosso conterrâneo, LULA, que falava em regular este mercado e estas relações, pouco ou nada se fez.

Isto complica a vida de todos os clubes brasileiros por maior e mais ativa que seja sua administração com o futebol de sua base e principalmente porque a maioria não toma conhecimento do que tem e do que pode ter se olhar sua formação de atletas corretamente.

Temos normas que falam em proibição do atleta sair do Brasil antes dos 18 anos, em se fazer seu primeiro contrato com a duração de 5 anos enquanto a FIFA permite, a legislação Brasileira proíbe, então como ficamos.

Se já não temos o futebol profissional administrado profissionalmente, imagine o futebol de base. Além de que o desencontro entre a Legislação do Direito Internacional, das normas da FIFA e da nossa Legislação Trabalhista, não combinam em praticamente nada, temos a falta de ação da própria CBF que deveria esta regulando o futebol como um todo em nosso País.

Esperamos que a própria FIFA cuidasse desta situação, mantendo a proibição e mostre ao Pai do atleta que este tipo de operação não pode ser feito e que não dará a licença de jogador profissional ao Chera se ele insistir em mudar do Brasil.

De acordo com nosso entendimento, o Santos está agindo corretamente e já vem desde a gestão passada, onde procurou dentro de seus limites (que até achei e acho, exagerados) manter o jovem atleta em sua base. Com um pagamento de "luvas" e de um salário que não é todo jogador de nossa primeira divisão que recebe, mais infelizmente a ganância não é somente de empresários ou agentes, vem da própria família e que, diga-se de passagem, não deve ter nenhum conhecimento destas regras.
