Aproximadamente 15 mil pessoas deverão se deslocar até a Arena Pernambuco através do metrô. O cálculo foi confirmado pela secretaria extraordinária da Copa no Recife.

O número corresponde a 1/3 da capacidade do novo estádio, de 46.214 lugares.

Com a demanda, deverá ser lançada em breve uma campanha educativa sobre o transporte nas linhas do Metrorec, o que faz parte do plano de mobilidade da FIFA.

Como os jogos na Copa das Confederações em 2013 e no Mundial em 2014 serão realizados em feriados decretados pelo governo do estado, também já está em estudo a viabilidade do acesso desta gama até a arena numa situação comum, com os clubes.

Pós-Copa, nada de feriados ou vias diretas para o tráfego de torcedores…

Por isso, a nova Estação Cosme e Damião, a dois quilômetros do palco central da Cidade da Copa, deverá ser o ponto de chegada de muitos torcedores, com ônibus expresso.

Atualmente, o percurso nos trilhos entre as estações do aeroporto e da arena, com tarifa unificada, é de 1 hora e 15 minutos, passando por 17 das 28 estações da rede.

Novas composições para o metrô estão na pauta. Serão necessárias para aliviar o fluxo. Ao torcedor, a possível (provável?) rota para grandes partidas de futebol. Nos trilhos.

Qual é a sua opinião sobre o transporte via metro? Você deverá fazer parte disso.

Pela nossa experiência este percurso deveria ser feito em não mais que 12 a 15 minutos, como se faz na Europa e deveria ter uma estação na frente da Arena, e não a 2 quilômetros de distância.

Infelizmente as máquinas aqui usadas estão em desuso na maioria dos Países de primeiro mundo. Além de poluírem bastante, pois são movidas a diesel. Podem, portanto, mudar estes planos, quem vem de fora assistir uma Copa das Confederações e do Mundo não quer fazer uma viagem tão pequena em tanto tempo.

Este negócio de ônibus expresso é apenas outra maneira de se falar bonito, pois todos aqui andam como se fossem expressos, parece mais um bando de loucos dirigindo, num transito horrível e sem dar a mínima para os usuários que são transportados sem segurança, sem horários estabelecidos, e como se fossem lixo.

Na verdade nosso sistema de transporte público é caótico, pobre, mal administrado, os próprios ônibus, em sua maioria não dispõem de ar condicionado, são velhos e dignos de um Pais de terceiro mundo somente.

RECIFE – IDIOMA É UMA DAS GRANDES BARREIRAS PARA A COPA / RECIFE – LANGUAJE IS ONE THE BIGGEST BARRIERS FOR THE WORLD CUP.

Desafios para evento foram discutidos ontem no Recife.

Pernambuco está se preparando para a Copa do Mundo de 2014 e há muitos desafios a serem enfrentados até a chegada do evento. O tema fez parte do debate “Como Pernambuco está se preparando para receber a Copa do Mundo?”, realizado ontem no Recife Praia Hotel, no Pina. Para o titular da Secretaria Extraordinária da Copa de 2014 (SECOPA) do Recife, Amir Schvartz, uma das maiores barreiras a ser transposta é o idioma.

“A FIFA (Federação Internacional de Futebol) exige, por exemplo, que haja sinalização bilíngue na cidade, com placas na língua local e na inglesa”, disse. “Além disso, para atender aos turistas dos mais diversos países que vamos receber, é importante que os atores da cadeia produtiva do turismo saibam se comunicar em inglês”.

Schvartz citou como complicador os diferentes níveis de educação e escolaridade de quem faz parte desse setor. “Como ensinar um ambulante a falar inglês?”, questionou. “Mas vamos achar uma forma. E as empresas e sindicatos precisam se mobilizar também, colaborar nesse aspecto”. Ele informou que em 2011 foram capacitados 20 mil trabalhadores do turismo. Para o secretário municipal da SECOPA, falta também percepção da população em relação ao evento. “As pessoas acham que ainda falta muito tempo. Sentimos falta de que a sociedade civil se mobilize mais, que nos traga propostas de ações”.

Schvartz contou ainda que há muitas exigências da FIFA que a cidade precisa desenvolver. “Nossa polícia não tem treinamento em relação ao terrorismo, já que não temos esse problema aqui. Como na Copa estaremos no centro das atenções, precisamos ter esse cuidado. Vamos ter que fazer uma qualificação com nossos policiais nesse aspecto”.

Para o gerente geral de Articulação Institucional da Secopa-PE, Ciro Pedrosa, a Copa é a oportunidade de projetar Pernambuco como destino turístico internacional. “Essa é uma oportunidade de mostrá-lo para o mundo. Há um aumento do fluxo de visitantes nos países que recebem esse campeonato, mesmo ao término do evento. Vamos aproveitar isso”.

Outra questão diz respeito às partidas que serão realizadas no Estado, nos dias 14, 20, 23, 26 e 29 de junho, mesmo período dos festejos juninos. “Estamos estudando a melhor forma de comungar as duas festas”. O presidente do Recife Convention & Visitors Bureau, Paulo Menezes, afirmou que é preciso concretizar a mobilidade urbana e trazer investimentos para o Estado. “Temos que divulgar Pernambuco como um local onde as empresas devem investir”.

A muito tempo atrás que me prontifiquei para ajudar se fosse chamado, inclusive enviei meu cv., para o senador. Armando Monteiro, mas nunca tive uma resposta. E quem quiser saber o que penso e o que acho, basta nos seguir pelo Blog. Estamos sempre repercutindo sobre o muito que falta e o que pode ainda ser feito, para que possamos realmente ter uma boa logística para a copa do Mundo em Recife.

Já fiz diversas viagens usando os meios de transporte que são usados por locais e visitantes, usei o TIP (Terminal Interestadual de Passageiros), o METROREC (Linha de Metros do Recife), e os ônibus. Além de dirigir um carro - no pico, quer dizer, agora toda hora é hora de rush - em Boa Viagem, centro, e adjacências da Arena em São Lourenço da Mata, fui até o sitio e vi as construções, fui à Recife até na temporada chuvosa, para sentir o que é se deslocar para assistir um jogo debaixo de chuva. Sei que muita coisa está sendo mudada, mas ainda precisamos mudar muito mais do que isto
