Sport anuncia a contratação de Hernane, ex-Flamengo

O Sport confirmou na manhã desta terça-feira a contratação do atacante Hernane Brocador. O jogador, que já vinha treinando em separado no CT do Leão desde a última quarta-feira, assinou contrato até o final de 2015.

"É uma contratação importante, que atende a uma reivindicação do treinador. Ele tem um histórico vitorioso, e vem para suprir uma carência nossa quanto a um atacante centralizado, 'matador'. O atleta se apresentou em excelentes condições físicas, mas ainda precisa de uma melhor adaptação ao nosso ritmo para que fique no mesmo nível de competitividade dos demais jogadores", afirmou o vice-presidente de futebol, Arnaldo Barros.

Como não poderá mais entrar em campo pelo Pernambucano, a expectativa é que seu primeiro jogo seja contra a Chapecoense pela Copa do Brasil.

"O atleta se apresentou em excelentes condições físicas, mas ainda precisa de uma melhor adaptação ao nosso ritmo para que fique no mesmo nível de competitividade dos demais jogadores", acrescentou o dirigente.

Hernane conseguiu maior destaque no Brasil jogando pelo Flamengo onde foi artilheiro da Copa do Brasil e vice-artilheiro do Brasileirão. Seu último clube foi o Al-Nassr, da Árabia Saudita. O jogador rescindiu contrato em fevereiro deste ano, depois de ficar três meses sem receber salários.

Multadas em R$ 1 milhão por desrespeito ao CDC (Código de Defesa do Consumidor) no Recife, FIFA e a empresa Match Serviços de Eventos Ltda. recorreram à Justiça, mas não conseguiram escapar da multa de R$ 500 mil para cada. As entidades foram punidas por problemas na venda de ingressos na Arena Pernambuco durante a Copa das Confederações do ano passado.

O PROCON-PE compilou queixas de torcedores que compraram ingressos para assistir aos jogos na Arena e perceberam que seus assentos não correspondiam aos que estavam impressos nos bilhetes. Outras queixas relatavam que torcedores compraram entradas para as áreas mais próximas do campo, mas foram realocados para outros locais do estádio pelas organizadoras do evento.

Em sua defesa, FIFA e Match disseram ter agido de acordo com a Lei da Copa. Para as empresas, o PROCON-PE aplicou uma multa alta, sem qualquer fundamento. Por isso, pediram a suspensão da punição financeira até o julgamento final do mandado de segurança na 2ª Vara da Fazenda Pública do Recife. O desembargador José Ivo de Paula Guimarães, da 1ª Câmara de Direito Público de Pernambuco, contudo, negou o pedido.

"O PROCON-PE fundamentou sua decisão de acordo com a legislação vigente e aplicável ao evento, qual seja a Lei 12.663/12 (Lei da Copa), a Lei 8.078/90 (Código de Defesa do Consumidor) e o Estatuto do Torcedor (Lei 10.671/03), fazendo uma interpretação favorável ao consumidor em razão da sua vulnerabilidade frente às recorrentes", escreveu o relator.

O desembargador também declarou que as empresas tiveram o direito de se defender no processo administrativo: "Vê-se que o procedimento obedeceu aos ditames legais previstos na Lei da Copa, no Estatuto do Torcedor e no CDC, observando o contraditório e a ampla defesa exigidos, tendo havido oferecimento de defesa em tempo hábil".

Para o magistrado, o que houve, de fato, foi a interpretação e a adequação da legislação vigente em favor do consumidor, quando a Lei da Copa foi omissa. "Assim, por ter entendido que as agravantes descumpriram alguns preceitos legais, aplicou a multa aqui rebatida", descreveu, na decisão.

Bem, é difícil de acreditar, mas, estamos vendo alguma coisa acontecer em defesa de nós pobres Brasileiros, que o único direito que temos é, ficar calado e aceitar o desrespeito. Esperemos que este dinheiro seja distribuído entre aqueles prejudicados, assim teremos uma justiça completa.

In his defense, FIFA and Match Events said they acted in accordance with the World Cup Law. For businesses, the PROCON-PE imposed a heavy fine, without any foundation. Therefore, they requested the suspension of financial punishment until the final judgment of injunction in the 2nd Court of Exchequer of Recife. The judge José Ivo de Paula Guimarães, 1st Public Law Chamber of Pernambuco, however, denied the request. 

"The PROCON-PE based its decision in accordance with current legislation and applicable to the event, which is the Law 12.663/12 (World Cup Law), and also Law 8.078/90 (Consumer Protection Code) and the Fan Statute (Law 10.671/03), making an interpretation favorable to the consumer because of their vulnerability to recurrent " wrote the reporter.

ARENA DO SPORT RECIFE FICA PERTO DE SER APROVADA / ARENA SPORT RECIFE IS CLOSE TO BEING APPROVED

Prefeito Geraldo Júlio sinaliza positivamente após reunião.

A tarde da última quinta-feira foi primordial para os torcedores do Sport, em relação a aprovação da construção da Arena. Os representantes do Leão levaram ao gabinete do prefeito do Recife, Geraldo Júlio, o projeto da Arena, com algumas alterações solicitadas pela prefeitura. O presidente da comissão da Arena do Sport, Yuri Romão, saiu confiante da reunião com o prefeito.

'A reunião com o prefeito foi extremamente positiva. Mostramos as adequações do projeto e ele pediu para João Braga (Mobilidade e Controle Urbano do Recife) se reunir com os técnicos para analisar o projeto. Foi uma conversa extremamente positiva e nossa expectativa é que consigamos aprovar a arena em agosto. O prefeito foi muito receptivo e demos um passo fundamental para liberarmos as obras', disse Romão.

O prefeito Geraldo, também comentou sobre a reunião, e disse que, está bastante satisfeito com o projeto.

'Fizemos algumas avaliações com os técnicos do clube e técnicos da prefeitura aonde chegamos a um consenso de que algumas adequações eram necessárias.  O clube refez o projeto e nós estamos cada vez mais perto da aprovação do projeto', revelou o prefeito de Recife.

A Arena do Sport é um sonho da diretoria e torcida rubro-negra para modernizar todo o terreno da Ilha do Retiro. O orçamento está em cerca de R$ 750 milhões. A responsável pelo projeto é a empresa ENGEVIX. Além da Arena, um shopping, prédio de estacionamento, edifícios comerciais e de prática de esportes olímpicos também estão incluídos no projeto. A previsão é que, após o inicio das obras, em cinco anos a Arena seja concluída.

Já ouvimos tanta coisa, que por mais que queiramos acreditar na confiabilidade destas declarações, vamos ficar aguardando. E torcendo para que desta vez as coisas andem, pois precisamos urgentemente nos adequar a modernidade e não faz nenhum sentido continuarmos cultuando o passado e vendo a banda passar.

Já é mais do que uma necessidade aprendermos e usarmos o que existe de mais moderno, do contrário vamos ficar somente nas lembranças. Como outros fazem.

Seis atletas tiveram dinheiro furtado de seus quartos no hotel em que estavam hospedados em Pernambuco. Roubo ocorreu durante partida entre Espanha e Uruguai

Seis jogadores da seleção espanhola denunciaram que tiveram dinheiro roubado de seus quartos no Hotel Golden Tulip, em Recife. O incidente teria ocorrido enquanto a Espanha enfrentava o Uruguai, pela Copa das Confederações.

Após a partida, os jogadores deram conta do desaparecimento do dinheiro. Segundo a agência EFE, foi levada a quantia de mil euros (cerca de R$ 2.900).

Os seis jogadores haviam deixado suas carteiras nos quartos. Um dos atletas roubados foi o zagueiro Piqué. Os nomes das demais vítimas não foi divulgado.

Ainda segundo a EFE, os jogadores espanhóis não estão satisfeitos com as acomodações disponibilizadas para eles no Brasil. A Real Federação Espanhola de Futebol não pode escolher os hotéis onde ficaria a delegação, e os estabelecimentos escolhidos pela FIFA são considerados de qualidade mais baixa que os jogadores estão acostumados.

Imagine você, que este hotel é 5 estrelas (pelo menos aqui em Recife), e o resto, o que será.

Que beleza, estamos realmente mostrando ao mundo o que somos, este negócio de que somos a quarta ou quinta economia do mundo, um País emergente, quase “desenvolvido” ou mesmo em desenvolvimento. Estamos ainda na era do homem de Neandertal.

Sem planejamento, sem estradas, sem lugares decentes para treinamentos, sem educação, sem escolas, sem hospitais, sem segurança, sem a verdade, e sem estilo e o que é pior, com uma plêiade de políticos mentirosos e sem decência. E agora vamos fazer o que? Para mudar tudo isto em 1 ano.

De bom o que está acontecendo é que o povo acordou, está nas ruas, querendo mudanças. Quando eu comentava sobre a experiência de vida que tenho, residindo, trabalhando e viajando pelo mundão afora, me chamavam de arrogante e mentiroso, e agora, alguém tem algo a dizer?

The airport's packed. Everyone seems to have a shiny smartphone and brand-name clothing. They're sipping on coffee and checking their e-mails as they wait in line.

We're all going to the city of Fortaleza, Recife, Maceió, João Pessoa on Brazil's northeast coast. All City's is a tourist magnet, bringing in more than five million visitors a year. They come to sun themselves on the pretty beaches...dine in the growing number of restaurants and cafes...shop in the malls...and party the night away in the trendy clubs and beach bars.

The city's grown considerably in the last 5 years. It's added new shopping malls...one of the country's largest convention centers...new metro lines...and a new boardwalk. Soccer's World Cup comes to town next year. That will bring even more visitors to this already popular tourist hot spot.

We watched as the last prime building sites on the old boardwalk changed hands and eventually became new luxury condo towers. Today, the old boardwalk is almost built out.

Tourists like coming here. It's a really nice place to hang out, with an amazing landscape of dunes, lakes and white-sand beaches.

It's a great place to spend an afternoon...swimming, surfing, or sitting in the shade of a palm tree with a long, cool drink. The quickest way to get from one place to the next is to ride along the sand in a beach buggy. It's a whole lot of fun.

There's a big story happening here, at northeast of our country in great Citys, like Recife, Fortaleza, João Pessoa, Maceió, and many others.. It's not about the beaches or the little villages or the tourists. The government has plans to transform one spot on this coast, bringing in businesses and creating thousands more jobs. If it works out, this could become Brazil's next boom zone.

PARREIRA É CONFIRMADO COMO NOVO COORDENADOR – TÉCNICO DA SELEÇÃO / PARREIRA IS CONFIRMED AS THE NEW COACH COORDINATOR AT THE NATIONAL SQUAD

SÃO PAULO - Carlos Alberto Parreira é o novo coordenador-técnico da seleção brasileira. Ele aceitou o convite de José Maria Marin, presidente da CBF, para fazer dupla nesse novo trabalho com Luiz Felipe Scolari, que será anunciado nesta quinta-feira como técnico do time, conforme o portal do Estadão divulgou na manhã dessa quarta-feira. Parreira passou o dia em sua casa na Barra da Tijuca, no Rio, sem contato com jornalistas. Nesta quinta, ele estará ao lado de Felipão e Marin para assumir o novo cargo.

Dessa forma, Marin reúne para um mesmo propósito, ganhar a Copa de 2014, os dois últimos treinadores campeões do mundo. Parreira conquistou o tetra em 1994, tendo Romário como o grande astro da companhia, e Felipão, o penta, em 2002, com Ronaldo nesse papel. Os dois serão apresentados oficialmente na manhã desta quinta, em evento da CBF, no Rio.

Concordo com a nomeação do Carlos Alberto Parreira como coordenador-técnico da seleção brasileira, tenho certeza que ninguém merece mais este cargo do ele, por tudo que foi e é no futebol. Quanto ao Felipão, nada tenho contra o mesmo, só entendo que o cargo de Técnico de nossa seleção deveria ser escolhido nacionalmente, mas como estamos em cima da hora para as festividades, concordo também que foi uma boa escolha, pois ele conhece o oficio e os caminhos, sabe das curvas e poderá fazer um belo trabalho.

Encerrando aí as especulações sobre o Guardiola, que não é brasileiro e não poderia nunca vir nos ensinar a jogar o nosso futebol, era um contra senso, estes que falaram isto não pensaram antes. Nada tenho contra, que alguns técnicos venham para o Brasil, mas devem vir consciente que aqui é o País do futebol e temos mais para ensinar do que para aprender (dentro do campo).

Felipe Scolari, logo mais, deverá ser anunciado como o novo técnico da seleção brasileira.

Passou o tempo e as obras começaram em São Lourenço. Mesmo com um ritmo aquém do necessário para postular um lugar na Copa das Confederações, realizada um ano antes do Mundial, o governo do estado topou a parada. Novamente, em cima da hora…

Articulação intensa. Ricardo Teixeira, Dilma, Valcke, Blatter etc. O sinal positivo foi dado em 20 de outubro de 2011, de forma condicionada. Obviamente, à execução do projeto.

Seria preciso mudar radicalmente o trabalho. Com o plano de aceleração, formado por treze tópicos, a arena saltou de 20% para 70% em 365 dias. Também ficou mais cara.

O período foi suficiente para uma nova avaliação da Fifa, com a resposta definitiva.

Esta quinta, 8 de novembro de 2012, direto de São Paulo, marca o anúncio da entidade que comanda o futebol sobre o torneio-teste da Copa do Mundo por essas bandas.

A Arena Pernambuco, que tem cinco jogos garantidos no Mundial, abrigará mais três caso seja aprovada como um dos seis palcos da Copa das Confederações.

Mais jogos, mais turistas, mais receita, mais visibilidade, mais responsabilidade.

Ainda segundo o francês, a Copa das Confederações será uma prova de fogo para FIFA e Brasil, que estarão sob os holofotes do mundo para uma avaliação minuciosa. Valcke, revelando que espera um espetáculo no país, exaltou a qualidade das seleções participantes já confirmadas para o torneio-teste: Itália, México, Taiti, Uruguai, Espanha e Brasil.

Na próxima semana, Valcke, juntamente com o Ministro do Esporte, Aldo Rebelo, anunciará, em coletiva de imprensa no Museu do Futebol, em São Paulo, informações finais sobre a venda de ingressos para a Copa das Confederações, que se iniciam no próximo dia 1º de dezembro, bem como a tabela e confrontos da competição.

A contagem regressiva para a Copa das Confederações da FIFA 2013, a primeira a ser disputada na América do Sul, já começou. Dentro de 225 dias, em 15 de junho de 2013, o Festival dos Campeões terá início em Brasília, com a promessa de um espetáculo de futebol do mais alto nível, protagonizado por oito respeitáveis campeões. Entre os competidores estarão nada menos que a atual vencedora da Copa do Mundo da FIFA, a Espanha, bem como a Itália, o Uruguai e o anfitrião Brasil (que chegará à inédita marca de sete participações consecutivas), ao lado dos campeões continentais México, Japão, o estreante Taiti e o ganhador da próxima Copa Africana de Nações.

Na semana que vem, confirmaremos com o Comitê Organizador Local e o ministro dos Esportes do Brasil, Aldo Rebelo, a relação final das cidades-sede do torneio e anunciaremos todos os detalhes sobre a venda de ingressos em coletiva de imprensa a ser realizada no Museu do Futebol, em São Paulo. Este é um momento crucial para nós, organizadores, porque, uma vez iniciada a venda de ingressos, será muito complicado se qualquer uma das sedes vier a ter problemas para receber as partidas. É por isso também que sempre reiteramos a necessidade de os estádios das grandes competições da FIFA estarem prontos seis meses antes do primeiro jogo.

Sei que isso parece muito tempo, mas na verdade não é. Novos estádios, sobretudo, precisam de mais tempo para ser completamente testados em vários eventos de diferentes dimensões. Da parte elétrica ao controle de multidões, passando pela atuação dos stewards (agentes de segurança interna), pelo transporte público e pela operação de estacionamento, todos os processos precisam estar bem consolidados para garantir que, no momento em que começar a Copa das Confederações da FIFA em junho, quando o Brasil estará sob os holofotes do mundo, não enfrente nenhum contratempo operacional significativo. Precisamos assegurar que os torcedores tenham uma experiência inesquecível, livre de qualquer inconveniente logístico.

A Copa das Confederações em si é uma prova de fogo para a FIFA e os organizadores do país anfitrião, já que praticamente todos os aspectos da preparação estarão sob análise minuciosa do próprio órgão. Seria um erro, no entanto, considerar o torneio uma mera preliminar da Copa do Mundo da FIFA 2014.

Embora as suas 16 partidas correspondam a apenas um quarto da tabela do Mundial, a lista de notáveis participantes é igualmente atraente. Não é nenhum exagero dizer que a competição jamais reuniu tantos competidores de peso, entre eles quatro campeões da Copa do Mundo da FIFA que, juntos, conquistaram 12 dos 19 títulos mundiais. Infelizmente para entender o que é o Brasil e a maioria de seu povo, suas tradições, seu modo de viver, e seu modo de encarar a vida, só sendo nativo e somente vivendo e trabalhando aqui.
