Dirigente acredita que o ex-jogador tem o perfil certo para ajudá-lo na condução de futebol do Rubro-Negro.
Em seu primeiro dia de trabalho como diretor executivo de futebol do Flamengo, Zico afirmou que pretendia contratar uma espécie de gerente para ajudá-lo na condução do futebol rubro-negro. Ao que tudo indica o nome de Emerson, ex-volante e que disputou a Copa de 1998 após o polêmico corte de Romário, seria o possível favorito do Galinho para o cargo.
Atualmente, Emerson trabalha como comentarista na TV Bandeirante na Copa do Mundo e já conversou com Zico sobre a possibilidade de assumir a função. Acumulando o cargo, o Galinho disse que espera os acontecimentos, mas considera Emerson um nome interessante.
– O Emerson é uma pessoa séria e possui um perfil de fora do clube. Foi um dos nomes que conversei para este cargo. Tivemos uma boa ligação, mas ainda não tem nada certo. Por enquanto, estou acumulando a função e não sei como vai ficar. Falei para ele que iria ver o que vai acontecer. Estamos aguardando – afirmou.
O grande problema para que o ex-jogador assuma o cargo é que a diretoria ainda não tomou uma decisão sobre a criação do posto. Existem problemas envolvendo o custo no departamento de futebol, mas a presidente Patricia Amorim aguarda uma conversa com Zico para tentar solucionar a questão.
Enquanto o trabalho no futebol profissional segue a todo o vapor, Zico anunciou nesta terça-feira o novo organograma das divisões de base do clube, uma de suas prioridades. Agora, o Flamengo está respaldado do Fraldinha aos Juniores.
Carlos Noval, novo diretor das divisões de base, Carlos Brasil, novo diretor administrativo, Toninho Barroso, coordenador técnico (Juniores, Juvenil e Infantil), e Robson Tavares, coordenador técnico (Mirim, Pré-Mirim e Fraldinha) comandarão a nova base rubro-negra.
Futebol pode ganhar cargos.
A criação de um cargo para auxiliar Zico vem sendo discutida pela diretoria do Flamengo. Apesar de a decisão ainda não ter sido tomada, existe a possibilidade de este não ser o único cargo novo no departamento mais importante do clube.
A criação de uma área para tratar especificadamente da questão financeira faz parte dos planos da diretoria rubro-negra.
– Temos planos de montar uma estrutura e já conversamos com o Zico sobre isso. Dentro do modelo estudado, existe tranquilamente espaço para um gerente ajudá-lo a tocar o futebol do clube. Também observamos a área financeira do futebol.
Acreditamos que esse setor merece um gerente específico.
Estamos conversando e creio que dois diretores não irão aumentar tanto o custo do futebol – afirmou o vice-presidente Hélio Ferraz.
Como sempre defendemos a profissionalização do futebol brasileiro, não poderia deixar de comentar este movimento do Zico dentro do Flamengo. Só espero que os dirigentes entendam que sem o futebol o clube não é quase nada e se eles não repaginarem suas mentes, não adiantará nada colocá-lo neste cargo.
De que adianta ficar falando que não tem recursos se os recursos são criados pelo futebol, então quanto mais se investir num futebol profissional bem feito e bem planejado, mais recursos terão a instituição, portanto deixem de conversa e apóiem o seu Diretor Profissional de Futebol. E vamos ver um novo Flamengo e um grande passo no Brasil para o futebol.
