FINALMENTE UM TÉCNICO COM VISÃO E DETERMINAÇÃO / FINALLY A HEAD COACH WITH VISION AND DETERMINATION.

I see with great joy and satisfaction that Eduardo Batista, the new head coach of Sport Recife, demonstrates vision and entrepreneurship in coaching two teams, even though they may or may not play this Thursday with the classic with Nautico Capibaribe. It was time to have someone who knows how to use the entire cast of a club.

Staying using only 11 players and some 2 or 3, from the bench, shows a lack of vision and lack of knowledge. Today, they having a squad of 28-32 players and use only 1/ 3 of them are a waste and a lack of courage, also.

We have to think big and use everything we have in order to enter in various competitions, knowing that we will have an updated and ready to be used with different formations at the cast.
For example, I would be using the longest Saulo, is a crime, let him relegated to a bench the whole year or just get in decisions (indeed, as has happened ), and then, he have cramps, lack of belonging, and what is worse, behaves as an amateur and supporter at the game.

We have to think in a macro situation and develop all staff as first team, second team and third team up, and ready, because, happen cards, injuries happen too, and then the coach will have a squad that will be playing incessantly. Today we have two competitions and tomorrow if we have three, which will relegate two to devote to a one only (as happened last year), is so much passivity or laziness on the part of the coaching staff and lack of knowledge by of the directors.

I sincerely hope that Eduardo can actually use their knowledge and show what someone with empirical and scientific knowledge can do for professional football. Of course I understand that if he loses one game with of these "secondary" formations (so it will be taxed by the sports media, like a crazy and idiot coach), the most media today in our state is outdated and retrograde, that only thinks about passing on news, with sensationalism and to give audience, will be harder the pressure, but the club have has a professional football director in the direction to this department, to explain what they try to do and what we can and should do with knowledge and resource fullness.

So that should be a club professional with professional football department, working all the
options.

OS NÚMEROS IMPRESSIONANTES DA COPA DO MUNDO / THE IMPRESSIVE NUMBERS OF THE WORLD CUP

A FIFA precisa aprovar. Quase tudo.

Will be 34 cameras per game, 15 ambulances at the stadium, 8 aircraft for selections and USD$ 358 million in prizes.

FLORIANÓPOLIS - Do not just call, train, play and defeat. The FIFA must approve. Almost everything is under supervised of FIFA. The entity control the event which pays 89 % of its quadrennial expenditure is restricted and increases in the seven months before the mega even.

From the group draw, which, in the case of Brazil, took place in Costa do Sauipe (BA), on the 6th of December last year, meetings, forms, circular letters and discussions are in a constant routine of administrators and technicians of 32 national teams.

- It will be my fourth World Cup since 2002, and has participated in over 200 meetings with FIFA. The control is always hard, in minute detail - Guilherme Ribeiro says the miner (because he come from Minas Gerais), the administrator of the Brazilian team, responsible for all the logistics team.

In Florianópolis, chose to host the Seminar Teams that ends today at Hotel Costão, technicians gain the spotlight and promote the event, but the presence of administrators, as Ribeiro is crucial. They are the link between FIFA and the selections.

At yesterday's meeting, Ribeiro was one of the voices that have raised concern about the new requirement for FIFA players do not pass through the mixed zone interviews after the matches, with headphones on. The tactic is commonplace among athletes do not want to talk to the press.

As host, Brazil will have life less difficult. On the day that each of the 31 foreign teams ashore, will have to undergo a gathering of more than six hours with the general coordinator of each host city for inspection of uniforms, equipment, publicity material, etc. In much of this encounter the presence of the 23 players of each team is mandatory grounds for complaint of the athletes.

- Until gloves goalkeepers have to be submitted. Must sign the acceptance of the colors, and if there is a logo and has not time to change the goalkeeper need to put tape on top - Ribeiro sad.

Media activities are also controlled. The training must be opened to reporters at least 15 minutes before start. Only one exception to a secret training that could never be the eve of the game. It was also recommended by FIFA at least a daily media activity for each team.

On the eve of the games, the official training at the stadium the match shall last 60 minutes, closed to the public and open to accredited press, at least for 15 minutes. Head Coach and a key player are required to give a collective on site.
Doping control is another concern. Exams before the competition will be made in 23 players from each team, with a few hour’s notice. 736 blood samples and 736 other urine will be collected. From March 1, surprise tests can happen in clubs summoned possible.

During the World Cup, there will be over 256 256 blood tests and urine.

Five hundred radio stations and TV stations on site.

Until them arrival at the stadium will have strict rules. Each selection cannot fall after missing 90 minutes to the start of the game. Missing 85 minutes, the squad will be delivered to the fourth official. From 50 to 20 minutes before the game starts heating. And eight to seven minutes, the input field. All timed. If not met, the punishment is a warning to fines.

Each selection will get 25 balls for training and warm up before games. After the semifinals, the two finalists will receive the ball from the decision. This ball will have another color.

Before debuting in the World Cup, each team is required to make an open workout in town that serve as its headquarters. May be, in the CT or at the stadium approved by FIFA. Free tickets will be distributed. Marketing rules apply.

From five days before the opening of the World Cup, the teams can no longer use its sponsors advertising boards around the training camps, only FIFA can use that. By 15 March, each team must inform date, time and location of this open workout.

Credentials are also controlled. FIFA gives 55 per selection (23 players and 32 officials), but only 50 will cover expenses. All shifts will be paid by the organization. Each selection will have 50 guaranteed places in charter flights with a minimum of a hundred places. If you want more locations, the selections have to pay, as will Italy.

- We will bring the families of the players - explains Stefano Balducci, the man 's logistics Italian national team.

Each selection will have to inform the FIFA list of 30 players pre - registered by May 13, and at the final date in 23 by June 2. Substitutions in the ratio of 23 shall be allowed only for serious medical problem within 24 hours of the debut, but need not contain player pre - 30 list.

Each of the 12 stadiums will have 34 cameras to broadcast the games. It is the largest number in all World Cups - two more than in South Africa -2010 -eight more than in Germany -2006. Besides the robot camera, supported by cables high in the stadium, which opened in 2010, there will be a helicopter camera.

- In the end of the WC, it will be two helicopters, which increases the total number of cameras to 35 – sad, Sven Schaeffner, head of FIFA TV account.

There are 500 TVs and radios hold broadcasting rights, with 10,000 accredited professionals. More than 200 countries will attend the matches. FIFA TV will have 32 teams of up to three people following each selection. These images will be distributed to rights holders. Traveling on flights of teams.

Digital platform is another priority. Version 2 of the APP FIFA will be launched in May, in six languages: English, French, Spanish, German , Portuguese and Arabic. For the country’s national teams, FIFA will distribute $ 358 million in prizes. Values vary by the minimum number of games (three to a maximum of seven), and bonuses for the title. Only preparation, the entity will have 50 % more to each team: US $ 1.5 million, compared with US $ 1 million in 2010.

So, you are satisfied, this is called organization with planning and with a plethora of people trained to exhaustion so that everything goes as close to perfection. In regard to us, football fans, it would be so nice if we had in Brazil at least 15 % of this organization, this knowledge and this competence.

All in the name of football and that's how they make money and promote the sport.

“SOMBRAS” DA FIFA NAS CIDADES-SEDES SÃO CONFIRMADAS PARA A COPA / “SHADOWS” FROM THE FIFA IN THE HOSTS CITIES ARE CONFIRMED FOR THE WORLD CUP.

As of May 22, just about everything pass through the World Cup, in every detail, will have their word. The FIFA took the completion of the technical conference selections this week in Florianopolis, to meet for the first time in Brazil the general coordinators chosen for they to command works in 12 venues of the competition.

Letter sent by the CEO of the local organizing committee Ricardo Trade, earlier this month.
In a document sent by the organization on February 10 and obtained by ESPN.com.br (see below), the CEO of the Local Organising Committee (LOC), Ricardo Trade, presents the names.

"The GCs (General Coordinators, in English ) are representatives from FIFA headquarters in each of which has the final say in all technical and organizational issues from the beginning of the exclusive period in seats," writes Trade.

This cycle varies according to the area to be 'occupied' by FIFA.

The 12 coordinators - general announced by the federation are all foreigners, carrying some curious details including the presence of a former president of the America - MEX, Yon Luisa Plazas, and even a Ghanaian-born player in Germany, Anthony Baffoe. These professionals also have the right to counsel to be selected later by COL and will be responsible primarily for bridging the gap between FIFA and the local representatives.

All are expected to pass them by host cities in the coming days. The South Korean Man Gin Shil, for example, was at Arena da Baixada on Thursday and took the opportunity to also to check in Curitiba the CT of Cashew, which will be the house of the Spanish national team, the official hotel and training camps.

He's expected return to the seminary of the selections in Florianópolis, on Friday.
They are not allowed to give interviews by COL.

I'm starting to imagine the confusion that this will generate here, peoples from other countries wanting to make our nation be equal to them or at least thinking they are in Europe or what is worse, in Switzerland ( where almost everything has a surgical precision), and especially without the proper skills in the native language “Brazilian Portuguese”. Now I'm really starting to prepare myself to travel by my bike, I want to go to Belize and Costa Rica, riding along the Latin America road ways.

FIFA PEDE, MAS ATLÉTICO-PR REJEITA GASTOS COM LUXOS / FIFA ASKS, BUT ATLÉTICO-PR REJECTS SPENDING ON LUXURIES.

Curitiba is maintained at the World Cup. Does not mean, however, that the state capital, has stumbled all that FIFA has proposed to the Arena da Baixada does. Expenses considered excessive especially for Atlético - PR, as unnecessary luxuries, were left by the wayside as a way to cheapen the estimated R$ 330 million in construction. The value is still undergoing audit and has not been closed.

At the meeting that created the plan for the state capital, on January 21, the secretary general of FIFA, Jerome Valcke, turned to the president of Atlético- PR, Mario Celso Petraglia and said he never faced so many problems in according to a club. But he also had to swallow some negative coming in the opposite direction.

FIFA wanted, for example, that the lawn of the black and red stadium (club colors), was ' stitched ' , but did not have his request granted. As has happened in other venues such as Rio de Janeiro, Recife and Brasilia, rolls of grass were used by the Arena da Baixada.

Besides the higher cost, there was concern with the deadline for stadium maintenance Cup, last Tuesday, 18.

Planting conditions are also not recommended by the consultant of FIFA, Charles Botta, responsible for the alert around the construction delays and responsible for communicating Valcke this week all the panorama of the city before the announcement of its continuity in the World Cup, held during Congress technician in Florianópolis.

Another requirement of the entity for the World Cup stadiums, the vacuum drainage of the field, was also dismissed by the president of Atlético-PR, Mario Celso Petraglia, as well as the installation of air conditioning in the hallways of the arena.

The president was just getting around the requirement for the availability of FIFA 40 thousand seats locations - the original plan of the club, the number was answered, but considering the assignment of three thousands of them to the press. The Secretary General Jérôme Valcke designs its completion by May 15.

Of one thing I am sure, the FIFA people never imagined that, would have so many worries and bad administrators of in my country, and they could be so galhordas (layers) and dishonest ( even though it also exists in FIFA too). And if they knew or even imagined certainly that our country never would host this World Cup.

And how has a saying in our country, "after the head went, the rest is just filler sausage", had a politic person that said differently, "If the head already, entered, relax and enjoy." The question is whether the folks at FIFA knows this.

NOVO “MENSALINHO” DA CBF DEVE SUPERAR R$ 100 MILHÕES / NEW “MENSALINHO” FEES FROM CBF SHOULD EXCEED R$ 100 MILHÕES

Elections in the CBF occur only in April, but even before the election, the leaders have been warned: the 'mensalinho', means, fees underground that the CBF should give to the Federations will grow and may reach in some cases over 500 %. Made public by the opposition, the proposed increase in the transfer of authority generates discord behind the scenes.

Candidate of the opposite plate, the president of the state federation, Novelletto Francisco, was responsible for presenting the project to 25 % of the collection of CBF estimated at more than R$ 500 million spent to be shared between state entities.

The idea, of the group allege the directory board, means, “cartolas”, Marco Polo Del Nero, already, however, conveyed and would have left the name originally chosen by Jose Maria Marin for his succession.

Marin and Del Nero are this week in Florianopolis at the technical conference for the World Cup and took the trip to move during the Wednesday to the headquarters of the Federation of Santa Catarina, in Balneario Camboriu. There, accompanied by the director of competitions Reinaldo Carneiro Bastos, met with the president of the organization, Padua Delfim Peixoto Filho, and representatives of local clubs.

Delfim Peixoto must assume the vice presidency of the Southern region of CBF in the next administration.

"It's an idea (increasing) the group itself that will direct. Our idea, he (Novelletto) already know, is took one to say that he preached. He's my friend, countryman, living. The opposition wants to put on the street, but it was already active within the proposed CBF.

A extra support. Since the days of Ricardo Texeira was the president and spoken, "says the director to the ESPN.com.br.

Wanted by the report, Novelletto, told, awaiting a call from the dome of the CBF to handle the matter. He recently returned from trip to Europe and stayed out of the event in Florianopolis.
With the coordinates are passed today, federations collect approximately R$ 750 thousand per year - R$ 50,000 in the first nine months and R$ 100,000 with the addition that usually happen between October and December to cover spending on vacations and 13th salary.

In the scenario that is expected, they could see these values catapulted to over R$ 4 million each.

Del Nero and Marin already give election victory for granted.

Is it necessary to say anything more? I don’t think so. Brazilian football is a quagmire and that only the gods can stop this because this depends on our government, so, the things will be just as they are.

ANFITRIÃO, MARIN “FOGE” DE CONGRESSO DA FIFA PARA FAZER LOBBY A ALIADOS / HOST, MARIN “ESCAPES” FROM THE FIFA CONGRESS TO DO POLITIC'S WITH ALLIES.

Not only of World Cup the president of the CBF treat, Jose Maria Marin, in its passage through Florianópolis for the FIFA congress and conference with national selections after landing on Tuesday. In a 15-minute flight, the president should "shun" the event today to travel to Balneario Camboriu and meet with representatives of the top ten local clubs.

The meeting will take place at a lunch time and will be attended also by his right-hand man Marco Polo Del Nero and the director of competitions, Reinaldo Carneiro Bastos.

Following, Marin will be followed by the authorized representative of the Federation of Santa Catarina, Padua Delfim Peixoto Filho, to the headquarters of the entity. He returns only in the late afternoon to the capital to be present at a banquet organized for the official guests of the congress in Jurere.

"The Marin will stay here (in Santa Catarina) all week, and on Wednesday, comes to the headquarters of the federation in Balneario Camboriú to know the beach and meet with the staff. It should arrive around 11:30 noon day and then came back, "says Delfim Peixoto Filho to ESPN.com.br.

Among the charges that the head of the CBF will hear is Chapecoense's president, with a request to increase its share of the TV at Serie A competition. Vice-champion of the second division, the club signed a contract with TV Globo to receive R $ 18 million this season. With the tax rebates, the money is R $ 16.2 million. There is the promise of the analysis of a R $ 3 million more in value until April.

Marin is also are president of the World Cup Local Organising Committee (LOC) and was responsible for the invitation to his right-hand man for the workshop FIFA. Padua Delfim Peixoto Filho makes up the plate of the situation with Marco Polo Del Nero in CBF elections scheduled for April. He will be the new vice Authority in the South.

In recent weeks, due to the lawsuit, Marin has traveled the country and, among others, met with presidents of clubs in Belém, Natal and Belo Horizonte. He also took trips to appoint members from their base to the post of chancellor in COL. Mauro Carmélio, federation of Ceará, Evandro Carvalho of Pernambuco, and Joseph Vanildo, the Rio Grande do Norte Federation, were called to the position.

See that the president of Pernambuco Federation is always in the middle of it, but, organization and knowledge of football who is good, and also necessary, go away from that institution. Look at what we got, the Pernambucano Championship of First Division was divided, dismembered and now looks more like a fern with legal imbroglios that should give a lot of headaches for those who like, follow, lives and loves football.

And meanwhile the president of CBF doing politics and trying to strengthen its base and its allies as the Andrés Sanches comes with full force (which I known), to be the new CBF president.
