Club Nautico Capibaribe on track juniors school, ready/ Náutico no caminho certo com suas divisões de base.

Se os rivais ainda se debruçam em projetos e planos futuros, no Náutico, o Centro de Treinamento é uma realidade. Instalado no bairro da Guabiraba, o CT Wilson Campos deu um grande salto em estrutura nos últimos anos.

Hoje, o local é utilizado para os treinos diários da equipe principal, além de abrigar as divisões de base do clube, principal objetivo do lugar.

Aos poucos, o terreno de 49 hectares foi ganhando estrutura. As primeiras construções começaram em 1999, mas foi apenas recentemente que o local, finalmente, ganhou o corpo de um respeitado Centro de Treinamento. No total, atualmente, são cinco campos de tamanho oficial em perfeito estado, mais alojamento para atletas profissionais e das divisões de base. Há refeitório, cozinha industrial, quartos para descanso e sala de musculação. Para os garotos, há dois vestiários exclusivos.

A atual estrutura permite que a equipe principal realize praticamente todos os seus treinamentos no local. A exceção é o treino da sexta-feira, por opção do técnico Alexandre Gallo. Durante a semana de trabalho, os jogadores chegam a permanecer em regime integral no CT. Eles chegam pela manhã, almoçam e descansam só indo para casa à noite, após a movimentação da tarde.

Mas o grande intuito do CT é revelar jogadores. E o que não faltam são promessas. Ao todo, fazem parte das equipes 150 garotos, que pertencem às categorias infanto-juvenil, juvenil e juniores. Nas escolinhas são mais 350. "Revelar jogadores para o profissional é nosso grande objetivo aqui", contou o diretor superintendente do CT, João Guerra.

Crescimento - E o CT alvirrubro continua crescendo. Em setembro, está prevista a inauguração de mais duas estruturas no Centro de Apoio ao Atleta: um departamento médico e um gabinete odontológico. Além disso, até o final do ano, mais um campo, no mesmo padrão dos demais, estará à disposição para treinamento. "Estamos contratando os serviços de terraplenagem e a previsão de entrega é de quatro meses", revelou Guerra.

O crescimento do local, no entanto, poderia ser ainda maior. Os recursos são escassos e impedem um avanço mais veloz. Aos poucos, porém, as coisas foram sendo feitas. Uma aceleração pôde ser notada nos dois últimos anos. O investimento, durante esse tempo, chegou a R$ 2,2 milhões.

Como as fontes de receita são poucas, a maior parte desse dinheiro veio através de doações. O Conselho Deliberativo é um dos principais financiadores. As mais variadas campanhas já foram realizadas também, desde o pedido de areia para a finalização dos campos até de dinheiro mesmo, mas de forma inusitada: uma dançarina era usada para chamar atenção do público nas partidas do Náutico.

Sonho - O mais ambicioso projeto do CT Wilson Campos, no entanto, é a construção de um hotel de nível cinco estrelas. A exemplo do que existe em centro de outras equipes, o Náutico utilizaria o local para se concentrar para os jogos. Esse sonho, no entanto, não está tão perto. Com o projeto de arquitetura pronto, o plano agora entra na parte mais complicada, a de orçamento. "Vamos levantar os custos da obra. Por isso, não tem como fazer alguma previsão", afirmou João Guerra.

Isto começou em 1999 e ainda não terminaram, porque será que os dirigentes não se dão conta de que precisam se reciclar e contratar profissionais para desenvolver seu futebol profissional. Lembro deste punhado de heróis que lutavam para desbravar a Guabiraba e montar este CT., que enfim deverá ser a redenção do Náutico mas não encontram apoio nos presidentes e continua a epopéia de sacrifícios.

Espero que este nobre colega cartola do clube alvi rubro tenha visão e destine uma parte de recursos para este grande empreendimento.

De toda forma partiram na frente dos outros e em breve colocarão isto em campo, cuidem-se, Sport e Santa Cruz. O Náutico está vivo e acordado.

Growth - CT alvirrubro and still growing. In September it plans to launch two more structures in the Athlete Support Center: A department physician and a dental office. As the sources of revenue are few, most of that money came through donations. The Governing Council is one of the leading lenders. Many different campaigns have been carried out also, since the application of sand to finish the fields until the money himself, but in an unusual way: a dancer was used to draw public attention on the departures of Nautico.


Dream - The most ambitious project of CT Wilson Campos, however, is building a five star hotel level. With the architectural design ready, the plan now enters the tricky part, the budget. "We will raise the cost of the work. Therefore, there is no way to make any predictions," said João Guerra.
