Homenageado pelo Clube dos 13 no Parque São Jorge, Lula fala de mudanças no futebol brasileiro.
O presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva recebeu nesta terça-feira, no Parque São Jorge, duas homenagens. A primeira delas veio do Corinthians, que o condecorou como o Torcedor do centenário. A outra, do Clube dos 13, a de Chanceler do Futebol Brasileiro.
Empolgado pela comemoração do aniversário de 100 anos do Corinthians, Lula falou da sua ligação com o clube do coração. Mais do que isso, explicou o porquê de, como presidente da República, envolver-se tanto no tema futebol. Confira abaixo os principais trechos do discurso :
HOMENAGENS
"É com muita alegria e satisfação que recebo esse título de chanceler do futebol. É um dia gratificante para mim, por estar na sede do Corinthians, numa festa do futebol brasileiro, onde dirigentes do esporte estão reconhecendo o trabalho de uma equipe que levou em conta a importância do futebol para a nossa economia e o que representa o futebol para o lazer e divertimento de milhões de brasileiros e brasileiras."
INTERESSE PELO FUTEBOL
"Entendemos que, ao invés de ficar apenas falando, era melhor ficar trabalhando para que pudéssemos recuperar o prestígio do futebol brasileiro. Isso só seria possível com uma equipe de governo e um presidente que conhecesse as arquibancadas dos clubes e dos campos de futebol do seu país. Só quem tivesse assistido a um jogo de futebol na Fazendinha, ou jogos no tempo que o Palmeiras era chamado de Academia no jardim suspenso, ou quem viu o Corinthians sendo campeão do estádio contra a Ponte Preta em 1977, ou que viu o Botafogo ganhar do Palmeiras no Maracanã, ou um Fla-Flu, ou a invasão do Corinthians ao Maracanã contra o Fluminense, etc."
MUDANÇAS
"Quem viveu tudo isso não poderia chegar a presidente da República e fingir que o futebol brasileiro era um antro de bandidos e não poderia dar certo. A verdade é que nós mexemos muito no marco regulatório, a começar pelo cuidado com o Estatuto do Torcedor. Tem a questão das dívidas dos clubes...Quem conhece minimamente de economia sabe que não tinha como recuperar os clubes se não tivéssemos ao menos um gesto. Não doação, mas criação de uma mecanismo para arrecadar um mínimo necessário, para ter reformulação."
PERDA DE JOGADORES
"O fato de tirar o jogador de futebol do berçário, vendê-lo e receber de volta na aposentadoria. Essa é a inquietação dos dirigentes. Não vamos criar um mecanismo que proíba a liberdade do ser humano de ir onde bem entende, ir vencer na vida, ganhar em euros, ou mesmo proibir o clube de fazer negócios. Mas é preciso uma lei de compensação. O clube investe desde os sete anos, ele vai embora e o clube não ganha nada. Precisamos achar um ponto de equilíbrio, sei que chegaremos a isso."
RETORNO DOS TORCEDORES
"Faltam quatro meses para eu deixar a Presidência, não quero a Presidência do Corinthians, mas não é possível que o clube não tenha cento e cinquenta mil sócios, como o Internacional, que quase se auto-sustenta de associados. É preciso fazer com que o torcedor seja a rentabilidade do clube. Não podemos ficar à despeito do patrocínio ou somente à despeito da transmissão da TV. Precisamos dos dois. Não só os torcedores organizados, mas todos têm de sair de casa com a família para assistir a um clássico e voltar como se estivesse ido ao cinema. É aí que estamos devendo."
PLANO DE PREVIDÊNCIA A JOGADORES DE FUTEBOL
"Estudo criar um plano de previdência para os jogadores de futebol desse país. Mesmo nos clubes grandes, não são todos quer ganham muito. A maioria ganha pouco. A chance é chegar a clube grande ou ir para o exterior. Muitos começam em clubes pequenos e ficam ou não sabem administrar o dinheiro. Pretendo comunicar o Clube dos 13, fazer uma reunião em Brasília e apresentar uma proposta de previdência para eles."
VENDA DE INGRESSOS
"O dia em que os clubes de futebol quiserem acabar com os cambistas e que o sistema de loterias venda ingressos, a Caixa Econômica já está pronta para vender em toda a rede lotérica. O dia em que quiserem, é só propor ao Orlando Silva (ministro do esporte), nós conversamos e anunciamos para vocês como fazer esse trabalho"
100 ANOS DO CORINTHIANS
"Estou muito orgulhoso de ver o Corinthians completar cem anos. Há mais de meio século torço pelo Corinthians, a minha vida inteira fui corintiano, agüentei o período do faz-me-rir...Como foi duro enfrentar um Santos toda hora batendo na gente...Continuo mais corintiano do que nunca, sofro mais do que nunca, a Marisa (Letícia, primeira-dama) de vez em quando me tira da sala porque acha que sou pé-frio. Quando chego o time toma gol (risos)."
É muito bom ouvir isto de nosso presidente e conterrâneo, mostrou que ao longo destes oito anos como presidente do País, não deixou de assistir o futebol e o que é mais importante, não se esqueceu de ser torcedor. Seria muito bom vê-lo como dirigente maximo deste clube e quem sabe da própria CBF.
Porém nosso presidente, realmente precisa saber mais do que acontece hoje no futebol Brasileiro e nas administrações de clubes. A FIFA tem um mecanismo de "compensação" aos clubes brasileiros que transferem em definitivo seus atletas, o que falta é honestidade dos dirigentes, que "doam" os atletas?? Isto é que tem que ser investigado e em carater de urgência, urgentissima... como falam os políticos Brasileiros.
Precisamos realmente de repaginar o futebol brasileiro pois como ele mesmo fala, o futebol deixa uma imagem de que só tem “bandidos”, mas o futebol continua precisando de algo mais. Sobre esta máxima de que o clube cria e depois vende, e o futebol brasileiro fica sem o craque, é uma situação que foi quebrada, com a permanência do Neymar no Santos, neste ano e também com outras providencias simples mais funcionais que se podem valer os cartolas do futebol, pena que a maioria não tem interesse pois como poderiam colocar a grana no bolso?
Portanto, precisamos isto sim, de dirigentes honestos e de administrações competentes e transparentes, além, é claro, de uma fiscalização dos Ministérios dos Esportes, Trabalho e até da própria Receita Federal.
Hoje qualquer um pode ser presidente de clube, basta jogar sujo e ser articulador, não é somente no futebol que se tem “bandidos”, a política brasileira também merece esta máxima.
E espero que o novo presidente brasileiro siga esta linha de ação. Olhe também para as mudanças que estão querendo fazer junto a Lei Pelé, quanto ao trabalho e ação do Agente Credenciado junto ao jogador, clube e Federações.
