Só que a maioria desses atletas chegaram como peças de reposição, pois o clube também perdeu jogadores (saíram Maikon Leite, Zé Eduardo, Keirrison, Alex Sandro, Alan Patrick e Charles) Além disso, vários dos que chegaram não foram indicados pelo técnico, que foi obrigado a recebê-los por falta de opção. Parece-nos que este problema é uma questão gerada pela intenção de se ter um plantel competitivo, e que esteja sempre nas paradas de sucesso, do lado de seu técnico e lucrativo, por parte de seus diretores ou associados nos lucros, que visam além de ganhar dinheiro ter sua contabilidade sempre no azul e não é fácil conciliar estes interesses e necessidades.

Todos dois são importantes e relevantes e se faz necessário que os mesmos tenham uma sinergia para entenderem que sem qualidade o clube não chega a lugar nenhum e sem dinheiro tampouco consegue contratar e sobreviver como campeão.

Não é fácil, mas existe solução para equacionar este problema e o clube santista fatalmente irá para a cabeça no futebol brasileiro, conseguindo acertar este detalhe, todos irão ganhar. Vou deixar de mostrar os caminhos, pois outros os usam e ganham os créditos e ficamos apenas como o “bad boy” da história.

A FOOTBALL CLUB TRY TO BECAME A PROFESSIONAL IN OUR FOOTBALL/UM CLUBE PROFISSIONAL SE PROFISSIONALIZANDO REALMENTE EM PERNAMBUCO.

Espero que alguns já tenham notado esta marcha do Sport Club do Recife em ser um dos poucos clubes com administração profissional no futebol brasileiro e estadual. Há pouco tivemos a efetivação do técnico das divisões de baixo como comandante do profissional, mas que ficou sempre balançando, pois, parte de sua diretoria já havia avisado que o mesmo não seria efetivado.

Temos um elenco sendo renovado (mesmo que com a ajuda do ex-técnico) e que discordo radicalmente desta maneira de contratar, já que, quando é demitido, se fica com jogadores que o acompanham ou mesmo que foram trazidos por interesses que não são da instituição. Agora temos um Diretor Profissional de Futebol no Sport e que deve trabalhar 24 horas com o clube e para o clube, e isto faz a diferença, como faz a diferença o técnico ter um elenco e não um time.

E isto o Sport começou a ter, demitiu, dispensou, seja lá o termo que usaram, mas o fato é que o elenco está sendo renovado (mesmo que ainda com deficiências), mas está sendo feito, a idade do grupo foi baixada, ainda não elevaram a altura nem o porte, mas, provavelmente, este novo profissional, olhará nas futuras contratações, estes tópicos que ajudam a fazer a diferença. Hoje o clube da Ilha do Retiro está começando a se preparar para a Serie “A” do futebol brasileiro em 2012, pode até parecer que estou puxando a sardinha para meu lado, mas quem viver verá.

Não se pode ficar refém de jogador, nem de um nem de todos, e ao meu ver, o ex-técnico interino não soube se firmar, quis assobiar e chupar cana ao mesmo tempo (apoiar jogadores que ganham mais que ele) e perdeu o comando da equipe, e conseqüentemente, perdeu a posição de comandante principal e uma grande oportunidade de se firmar no cenário nacional como “Head Coach”. Nesta terça feira (23 de agosto) o Sport terá um jogo que não pode pensar em empatar, tem que vencer, aliás, os três próximos jogos serão de suma importância para sua subida e afirmação como o melhor “elenco” da segunda divisão do futebol brasileiro (que me perdoe Portuguesa, Ponte, Paraná, Náutico, Goiás, Vitória etc.), e para ser campeão desta divisão em 2011 está já quase como afastado a idéia, mas, não descartada.

Espero poder assistir este jogo amanhã, pois não se terá o miolo de zaga que está jogando, portanto, começa aí a visão do novo técnico. Preparar o elenco para serem todos titulares, clube que quer ser campeão tem que ter elenco e o elenco tem que jogar, mesmo, fazendo rodízio, será que ele terá coragem de fazer isto! Espero que sim, pois assim veremos um time campeão.
