Infelizmente o futebol em nosso estado é sui generis, jogador de Seleção Brasileira, negociado a preço de quase nada, e que de acordo com seu presidente, esta negociação foi boa para todos? Pensei que deveria agradar ao clube, e ao jogador, somente. E, além disso, o dinheiro conseguido só dará para pagar o empréstimo de seu ex-atleta, transferido meses atrás e que os próprios dirigentes falaram que liberaram o jogador, para ele seguir sua vida, da para alguém entender isto. Para mim não...... É difícil, para falar a verdade, é impossível.

E de repente, negociar com a Europa é o "must", basta fazer isto que já é uma vitória, um avanço, não interessa o valor, pois a instituição não tem dono, e não tem ninguém por ela, então. E jogar na Arena ITAIPAVA, é ruim, não dar sorte e não dar público. Ora, bolas, só faltam falar que a grama desta arena precisa ser trocada e que os vestiários precisam ter inundações, para que o time volte a vencer.

E depois mandam um jogador e sua comitiva, virem a Recife com tudo pago, pois assim determina a FIFA, porém, sem antes ter acertado as bases, um lado fala em reais, e outro em dólares norte americanos (vou avisando logo, porque existe outros Países com dólares no mercado, mas sem o valor deste, e é bom ficarem espertos), e a confusão esta formada. Termina como sempre, o clube é quem arca com as despesas e fica no mico, e no prejuízo, aliás, este é o nosso futebol, um futebol de micos, um futebol de amadores e de estagiários.

O Sport Recife, não fica devendo nada a este último, quer construir uma Arena dentro de Recife, e dizem que nem a escritura do terreno tem, onde vamos parar não sei. Mas, já escutei de fontes dignas, que o governo estadual não irá autorizar a construção, para que a Arena Pernambuco não sofra competição. E quem assistiu ao jogo na Arena Mané Garrincha deve ter ficado estarrecido, o gramado já foi pro espaço, houve um show e acabou o padrão FIFA, e mais, foi o Flamengo novamente que mandou o jogo, mas lá é diferente, e tiveram um público de mais de 50.000 pagantes.

Trazem o Botafogo e Fluminense para jogar em Recife, pensando que aqui é Brasilia onde não existe tradição e muito menos bairrismo, e olha no que dá, os torcedores vieram da Paraiba, de Alagoas, do Rio Grande do Norte, e só deu pouco mais de 8.000 torcedores, e um rombo nas finanças do clube mandante, certamente. Até porque aqui nós temos tradição, mesmo sem ter um futebol profissional, existe sim, o torcedor, pobre coitado, usado e espoliado, mas, fiel e orgulhoso.  

Voces do Sul e Sudeste, antes de fazerem isto, precisam nos procurar para saberem mais sobre o futebol, o nosso futebol, não adianta trazer clássicos de outras plagas porque aqui o buraco é mais embaixo, e não estou escrevendo isto, em tom de discriminação, estou falando em tom de conhecimento.

Entretanto, quem faz baderna, rouba, mata e tumultua, continua podendo ir aos jogos ou então ficar nos entornos dos estádios para praticar o mal.

O que precisamos fazer é cumprir a Lei, escoltar torcidas para irem aos campos, isto é uma aberração e só acontece aqui, deter um baderneiro e solta-lo no mesmo dia ou na manhã seguinte é ainda mais preocupante, dá a sensação de impunidade, de desorientação e fragilidade dos órgãos que deveriam nos proteger.

Estamos vendo as coisas acontecerem tudo ao contrário e a violência aumentando a cada dia, como podemos arrancar uma erva daninha se tiramos apenas seus galhos ou suas folhas? Se você quer acabar com as ervas, tem que arranca-las da terra, tirar suas raízes, e não estou fazendo apologias para termos  “pena de morte” no Brasil, como já ouvi em programas de rádios. Estou falando em se prender quem promove confusões e puni-las realmente, porque pelo que vemos se prende alguém e na mesma noite ou na manhã seguinte se solta.

O que se tem que fazer é apenas isto, cumprir o que manda o Código Penal, fazendo isto, cumprindo a lei, teremos Paz, teremos novamente a felicidade de levarmos nossas famílias aos estádios e mudarmos esta constante de violência, pois o delinquente ao sair de casa para ir promover badernas vai saber que deverá ou poderá ser detido, fichado e julgado, que não estará em casa na manhã seguinte, e pagar por seus atos, imediatamente.

Ao invés de barrarem o espetáculo, de tirarem a beleza proporcionada pelas bandeiras ao serem abertas nos jogos, das músicas das charangas e da beleza em se ver 20 mil pessoas todas uniformizadas, cantando e dançando com o jogo, se tem que punir corretamente, com este tipo de atitude, se pune quem não faz baderna, e vai ao campo para assistir um espetáculo. E o pior é que barram apenas duas Torcidas Organizadas, dois pesos e duas medidas ou isto é miopia e incompetência dos órgãos responsáveis pela ordem pública ou é politica partidária, me corrijam se estou errado.

Temos um futebol amador, onde seus dirigentes brigam por títulos conquistados quando nem mesmo eles haviam nascido, então o que posso dizer mais!

Nossos dirigentes são altos executivos, empresários, e bem sucedidos profissionais liberais e que ser “presidente” de um destes clubes é apenas um detalhe, uma questão de “status” somente, estão ali porque tem um respaldo de amizade, tem dinheiro e posição destacada em nossa comunidade ou até vem de famílias que lá chegaram e se consolidaram, mas que precisam acordar e entender que os tempos mudaram, o futebol é uma indústria e pode fazer dinheiro como qualquer outra se bem direcionado e administrado profissionalmente, e dá lucros, dentro e fora do campo.

Mas estas pessoas não entendem e não reconhecem isso, a soberba e a arrogância é bem maior que a instituição, então eles deixam seus próprios interesses se sobreporem ao cargo e para ganharem notoriedade e quem sabe um plus, além de satisfazerem seus “egos”, pois é raro o Berlusconi, por exemplo, dá entrevistas falando de problemas do clube, de jogadores, etc., só aqui nesta terra chamada brasilis.

Enquanto isto nosso futebol não vai a lugar nenhum, não tem uma divisão de base real, apenas e algumas vezes, revela um ou outro atleta que logo vai embora, mas não forma nada tenho contato com vários pais de garotos diferenciados em várias partes do País e nunca tive condições de conversar com nenhum destes dirigentes, para traze-los, mas, vejam o Barça, oito jogadores foram formados lá mesmo, além é claro de ter receio em arranjar mais problemas, pois não temos nada planejado e bem executado como futebol sério. Como Agente Credenciado FIFA, temos um bom grupo de atletas representados, mas que é preferível leva-los para outras praças, o que é uma pena.

Temos pessoas que precisam sair de Pernambuco para serem reconhecidos, grandes jogadores para não perderem o contato com a bola, mantem escolinhas privadas, como o Lúcio Surubim, Luis Carlos, Denô, Ataide, Sandro, Luciano Veloso, Ramon, Sérgio China, Roberto “Coração de Leão”, Gilberto, Flavio, Nildo, Rildo Menezes, Ricardo Rocha, Zé do Carmo, Juninho Pernambucano, e tantos outros, perdoem os que não cito aqui, porque são muitos os marginalizados, (quando tem uma chance é apenas das migalhas que caem que se alimentam), e sabem porque, porque são daqui, e aqui só tem gabarito e conhecimento, com reconhecimento, quem vem de fora, e desce de avião, vejam que bela oportunidade deram ao Mazola.

A FOOTBALL CLUB TRY TO BECAME A PROFESSIONAL IN OUR FOOTBALL/UM CLUBE PROFISSIONAL SE PROFISSIONALIZANDO REALMENTE EM PERNAMBUCO.

Espero que alguns já tenham notado esta marcha do Sport Club do Recife em ser um dos poucos clubes com administração profissional no futebol brasileiro e estadual. Há pouco tivemos a efetivação do técnico das divisões de baixo como comandante do profissional, mas que ficou sempre balançando, pois, parte de sua diretoria já havia avisado que o mesmo não seria efetivado.

Temos um elenco sendo renovado (mesmo que com a ajuda do ex-técnico) e que discordo radicalmente desta maneira de contratar, já que, quando é demitido, se fica com jogadores que o acompanham ou mesmo que foram trazidos por interesses que não são da instituição. Agora temos um Diretor Profissional de Futebol no Sport e que deve trabalhar 24 horas com o clube e para o clube, e isto faz a diferença, como faz a diferença o técnico ter um elenco e não um time.

E isto o Sport começou a ter, demitiu, dispensou, seja lá o termo que usaram, mas o fato é que o elenco está sendo renovado (mesmo que ainda com deficiências), mas está sendo feito, a idade do grupo foi baixada, ainda não elevaram a altura nem o porte, mas, provavelmente, este novo profissional, olhará nas futuras contratações, estes tópicos que ajudam a fazer a diferença. Hoje o clube da Ilha do Retiro está começando a se preparar para a Serie “A” do futebol brasileiro em 2012, pode até parecer que estou puxando a sardinha para meu lado, mas quem viver verá.

Não se pode ficar refém de jogador, nem de um nem de todos, e ao meu ver, o ex-técnico interino não soube se firmar, quis assobiar e chupar cana ao mesmo tempo (apoiar jogadores que ganham mais que ele) e perdeu o comando da equipe, e conseqüentemente, perdeu a posição de comandante principal e uma grande oportunidade de se firmar no cenário nacional como “Head Coach”. Nesta terça feira (23 de agosto) o Sport terá um jogo que não pode pensar em empatar, tem que vencer, aliás, os três próximos jogos serão de suma importância para sua subida e afirmação como o melhor “elenco” da segunda divisão do futebol brasileiro (que me perdoe Portuguesa, Ponte, Paraná, Náutico, Goiás, Vitória etc.), e para ser campeão desta divisão em 2011 está já quase como afastado a idéia, mas, não descartada.

Espero poder assistir este jogo amanhã, pois não se terá o miolo de zaga que está jogando, portanto, começa aí a visão do novo técnico. Preparar o elenco para serem todos titulares, clube que quer ser campeão tem que ter elenco e o elenco tem que jogar, mesmo, fazendo rodízio, será que ele terá coragem de fazer isto! Estamos sempre ouvindo os programas esportivos e vendo as atitudes de nossos dirigentes “amadores”, mas que se dizem profissionais e infelizmente as coisas são sempre niveladas por baixo. Por exemplo, ouvimos um dos dirigentes “profissionais” do Leão na última semana, quando o mesmo enfatizava categoricamente que o Mazola não seria efetivado como Técnico do time profissional, depois foi a vez do vice de futebol, vir com outra pérola, e hoje depois de alguns dias o presidente vem a público e fala que efetivou o mesmo (ele se escalou) e foi com o consenso de toda diretoria?

Vamos então falar do outro que saiu do Programa “Todos com a Nota”, e agora vem a público falar que está basicamente “quebrado” e pedindo pelo amor de Deus que o governador (que, diga-se de passagem, é torcedor deste clube), aceite novamente a instituição. Não consegue pagar os salários em dia, e ainda escutei de fonte digna, que mesmo quando paga o salário e tira a parte de encargos da folha, não recolhe os mesmos a quem é de direito (INSS) e isso depois gerará “causas” trabalhistas, o que é péssimo para o clube.

O outro vem com uma conversa de que está fazendo “peneiras”, como se pode fazer isso? Se não tem ao menos um Centro de Treinamento, não tem nem campos aptos, para treinar precisa ir para o CT do adversário, e que é também reconhecidamente formador de jogadores? Como é possível formar jogadores sem se ter o local para treina-los? Pode até lançar, revelar, mas formar, nunca. Que está lançando uma campanha para aumentar seu quadro de sócios e ainda querem recolher dinheiro de outros incautos fora da capital para pagar as despesas do clube.

Já no interior, mais precisamente na capital do forró, o clube lança a culpa pelo seu amadorismo, desorganização e insucesso no campeonato Pernambucano da 1ª Divisão no técnico que foi em busca de melhores condições, foi em busca de pessoas competentes e sérias como ele. Aqui em Garanhuns, tentam desviar a atenção dos torcedores do Sete de Setembro com um provável time colocado na 1ª Divisão do FUTSAL, que de profissional não tem nada. Somente conversa para boi dormir e infelizmente os torcedores engolem e são iludidos.

Depois de terem feito tudo errado, e deixado de registrar os atletas em tempo hábil, não cuidaram das instalações, do campo, não tem departamento médico e vai por aí, enfim, muito pouco ou nada fizeram, a não ser, irem as rádios e falarem, aí sim, sabem falar e muito "bobagens". E isso é somente uma das muitas facetas do amadorismo que rege o nosso futebol.

Agora aparece uma noticia que a CBF iria legalizar, ou sei lá o que, uma Liga do Interior "profissional", por fora da Federação Pernambucana de Futebol e que incorporaria os clubes que foram incompetentes para fazer o que tinham e deviam fazer para disputar uma divisão no futebol profissional brasileiro, mesmo sendo uma segunda divisão, mas não deixa de ser profissional. E a CBF nunca iria compartilhar desta incompetência mesmo sendo ela uma das causadoras da falta de operacionalidade do futebol brasileiro.

Provavelmente devem estar pensando que vão destituir o presidente da FPF, gostaria é de saber, quem eles colocariam lá.
