O jovem atacante tem chances de ser relacionado para o jogo contra o Fluminense, nesta quarta, às 21h50 (horário de Brasília), na Vila Belmiro, pela terceira rodada do Campeonato Brasileiro.

Victor Andrade chegou ao clube em meados de 2007, após o clube ter disputado a sua contratação com Benfica e Sporting, ambos de Portugal. Fã de Robinho, o atleta se encantou com a estrutura oferecida e, com o respaldo dado pela direção do Santos FC, a família do promissor avante decidiu firmar vínculo.

Nada mais correto que se dar a este jovem, condições de treinar, e estudar, além de ter uma ajuda de custo para que possa ajudar sua família (que normalmente é carente). Isto teria que ser compatível com a realidade brasileira, mas é impossível se conseguir isto.

Os clubes europeus estão ávidos por descobrir talentos brasileiros ou até sul americano, como o Messi, por exemplo, se foi da Argentina quando ainda era criança e quase perdia sua identificação como cidadão Argentino. Pois na realidade o que a FIFA tem como regulamento não é cumprido aqui na América do Sul, que é a não transferência do menor, mesmo que o clube estrangeiro dê aos Pais emprego ou arranje condições financeiras para que eles acompanhem seu filho.

E às vezes se cumpre estas regras na Europa, entre eles mesmos, ou seja, aqueles clubes que tem gerência profissional e conhecimento do que pode e deve fazer para afastar este aliciamento ilegal. Os clubes são obrigados a devolverem os garotos e sofrem penalidades duras e pagamentos de pesadas multas.

Aqui, estamos longe disto, a CBF nunca regulou a atividade do Agente Credenciado junto as Federações, aos clubes e aos jogadores e principalmente aos Pais e meninos que querem ser profissionais, das normas internacionais que deveriam reger o futebol no todo e praticamente não se incomoda com isto. Sendo assim o futebol brasileiro sofre deste assédio irregular e imoral e inflaciona seus clubes quando tenta segurar estas pequenas joias em seus centros de treinamento com salários compatíveis a profissionais e incompatíveis com sua situação.

E digo mais, estes clubes precisam saber que o futebol hoje, é um negócio como outro qualquer, melhor dizendo, ele, é maior que até o das drogas, movimenta muito mais dinheiro. E com conhecimento de mercado internacional qualquer clube que tenha futebol profissional pode formar jogadores e ao invés de emprestar ou dispensa-los quando não tem a qualidade desejada, vende-los, é isto mesmo, transferi-los (usando a linguagem da FIFA) e recuperar no mínimo o que usou para desenvolvê-lo como atleta.

Aqui em Pernambuco os clubes contratam jogadores e no final de uma competição, caso não tenha sido vencedor, dispensa quase toda maioria deles  que não deram o resultado esperado, e não lembram que algum tempo atrás, pagou e caro para trazê-los. Trazem, pagando “luvas”, e na maioria é apenas por empréstimo, quando o jogador se sai bem, quem sai ganhando é o dono do seu contrato original, quando o jogador não rende o esperado, o clube simplesmente dispensa ou devolve, e na maioria dos casos, joga fora aquele dinheiro que a instituição tanto precisa.

Não tem um planejamento de médio e longo prazo e principalmente o conhecimento de mercado, porque caso não sirva para nós, deve servir para alguém, e certamente servirá, pois estamos no topo da carreira deste negócio e todos os jogadores que formamos têm sim, lugar e espaço para jogar, o que precisamos saber ou ter é conhecimento de mercado, porque todos podem fazer sua carreira e sua vida e dar retorno ao investimento deste clube, em outro País.

Infelizemente nossos clubes não sabem sobre isto, e tampouco sabem da grandeza deste negócio, da indústria do futebol, no mundo.

Após as criações do Corinthians Paranaense e do Corinthians Santa Fé, da Argentina, o clube agora apostou em uma parceria com o Centro de Treinamento Esportivo do Nordeste (CETEN) para lançar o Sport Club Corinthians do Nordeste em Itaitinga (CE), na região metropolitana de Fortaleza.

O acordo faz com que o Corinthians tenha prioridade na contratação de atletas do time nordestino. O clube paulista não investiu nada para selar o negócio, porém assumiu o compromisso de prestar consultoria de marca e de marketing esportivo ao parceiro, além de auxílio na formação de jogadores.

"O CETEN é um Centro de Treinamento referência no Nordeste. Com a qualidade do trabalho deles e o nosso conhecimento para implantar os conceitos de formação, vamos turbinar a revelação de jogadores em um importante polo do Brasil, que já apresentou muitos talentos para o mundo", comentou Luis Paulo Rosenberg, vice-presidente do Corinthians.

Outro objetivo é angariar mais torcedores no Nordeste. "Com a consultoria de marca e de marketing, automaticamente ficaremos mais próximos dos nossos torcedores do Nordeste, o que é extremamente importante para o nosso fortalecimento por lá", acrescentou Rosenberg.

O CETEN, hoje Corinthians do Nordeste, foi criado em março de 2009 e já recebeu mais de 1.5000 jovens para processos seletivos. Foram escolhidos 180 deles, que ganharam material esportivo, alimentação, assistência médica, transporte, educação e outros benefícios.

O Corinthians do Nordeste conta com uma área de oito hectares, divididos em um estádio para 3.000 torcedores, três campos de treinamento e uma quadra de futebol society.

Enquanto em nosso nordeste, os grandes clubes através de dirigentes estagiários, leva a banca rota, clubes tradicionais ou então sucateiam os que ainda se mantem em pé por tradição, por torcidas fiéis, e por se gostar de futebol. Com o descaso dado aos nossos meninos.

Estamos vendo os grandes clubes brasileiros do sul e sudeste virem aqui e levarem desde garotos até jogadores que precisam de um pouco mais de experiência. Os clubes nordestinos preferem “emprestar” atletas que estão em fase de acabamento, ao invés deles mesmos se preocuparem em dar este brilho final, para contratarem “medalhões”, que podem até acrescentar um upgrade, melhorar o nível de futebol do clube naquele instante, mas nunca substituir os novos valores, pois quem ama cuida.

Em peneiras feitas por pessoas que visam apenas ganhar algum dinheiro e até notoriedade nos meios de comunicação esportivos vemos muitos de nossos garotos que poderiam ficar e ajudar dentro e fora de campo, os nossos clubes, irem embora e até nome de outros lugares recebem, o que é uma pena. Agora é que estamos vendo os três clubes de Recife começar a se mover para formarem jogadores, mas mesmo assim sem ter uma visão profissional do que é isto e de como deve ser feito.

A maioria dos nossos ex-jogadores não é aproveitado quando encerram suas carreiras aqui mesmo.  E quando no máximo fica apenas  recebendo um salário de cala a boca, mas, sem nunca terem realmente status de descobridor, de formador e sem ter autonomia e um cargo que lhe permita realmente avaliar e firmar os jovens valores, naqueles clubes que se identificaram, pois antes de mais, é necessário se gostar do que faz.

Está na hora de começarmos a agir com inteligência e copiar o que está dando certo para os clubes do lado de lá. Está na hora de se pensar em formar, em se pensar e ter uma diretoria de profissionais capacitados para garimpar, desenvolver e tornar profissional, aquele garoto de base, daqui e aqui mesmo.
