No fim do ano passado, Victor Andrade assinou o seu primeiro contrato como profissional. No acordo, válido até 2014, os santistas estipularam a multa rescisória do atacante em 50 milhões de euros.

Apontado como a nova promessa oriunda das categorias de base do Santos, o atacante Victor Andrade terá a oportunidade de subir ao elenco profissional do clube. O jogador, de apenas 16 anos, voltou nesta segunda-feira ao Brasil, depois de ser campeão com a seleção brasileira sub-20 do Torneio Oito Nações, na África do Sul, e deve ser integrado ao grupo principal do time nesta terça.

Uma reunião entre a diretoria santista e representantes de Victor está marcada para a manhã desta terça-feira, onde deve ser traçado o cronograma do atleta na equipe profissional. O jovem atacante tem chances de ser relacionado para o jogo contra o Fluminense, nesta quarta, às 21h50 (horário de Brasília), na Vila Belmiro, pela terceira rodada do Campeonato Brasileiro.

Victor Andrade chegou ao clube em meados de 2007, após o clube ter disputado a sua contratação com Benfica e Sporting, ambos de Portugal. Fã de Robinho, o atleta se encantou com a estrutura oferecida e, com o respaldo dado pela direção do Santos FC, a família do promissor avante decidiu firmar vínculo.

No fim do ano passado, Victor Andrade assinou o seu primeiro contrato como profissional. No acordo, válido até 2014, os santistas estipularam a multa rescisória do atacante em 50 milhões de euros (cerca de R$ 124 milhões).

Nada mais correto que se dar a este jovem, condições de treinar, e estudar, além de ter uma ajuda de custo para que possa ajudar sua família (que normalmente é carente). Isto teria que ser compatível com a realidade brasileira, mas é impossível se conseguir isto.

Os clubes europeus estão ávidos por descobrir talentos brasileiros ou até sul americano, como o Messi, por exemplo, se foi da Argentina quando ainda era criança e quase perdia sua identificação como cidadão Argentino. Pois na realidade o que a FIFA tem como regulamento não é cumprido aqui na América do Sul, que é a não transferência do menor, mesmo que o clube estrangeiro dê aos Pais emprego ou arranje condições financeiras para que eles acompanhem seu filho.

E às vezes se cumpre estas regras na Europa, entre eles mesmos, ou seja, aqueles clubes que tem gerência profissional e conhecimento do que pode e deve fazer para afastar este aliciamento ilegal. Os clubes são obrigados a devolverem os garotos e sofrem penalidades duras e pagamentos de pesadas multas.

Aqui, estamos longe disto, a CBF nunca regulou a atividade do Agente Credenciado junto as Federações, aos clubes e aos jogadores e principalmente aos Pais e meninos que querem ser profissionais, das normas internacionais que deveriam reger o futebol no todo e praticamente não se incomoda com isto. Sendo assim o futebol brasileiro sofre deste assédio irregular e imoral e inflaciona seus clubes quando tenta segurar estas pequenas joias em seus centros de treinamento com salários compatíveis a profissionais e incompatíveis com sua situação.

O Flamengo tem a maior torcida do Brasil. O Corinthians tem a segunda. O Flamengo apareceu em estudos recentes fora do grupo dos quatro clubes que mais faturam no País. O Corinthians é o primeiro. O Corinthians terá (e aqui, desta vez, não entraremos nos pormenores como dinheiro público em obra privada, influência de políticos nesse processo, temas amplamente abordados anteriormente neste espaço).

O Flamengo constrói um Centro de Treinamentos. O Corinthians já tem. O Flamengo foi campeão brasileiro em 2009. O Corinthians em 2011. O Flamengo foi eliminado da Libertadores na fase de grupos. O Corinthians começou ontem a decidir o título com o poderoso e temido Boca Juniors. O Flamengo vive em meio ao eterno caos político da Gávea. O Corinthians está bem mais pacificado, embora alguns polos de briga nos bastidores comecem a surgir, ainda estão contidos.

O Flamengo parece parado no tempo. O Corinthians, nitidamente, avança mesmo sem administrações que possam ser consideradas 100% perfeitas - o que seria uma utopia, convenham. Pelo jeito, o Flamengo, se não mudar de rumo em breve só terá vantagem sobre o Corinthians em torcida. E não se enganem, até isso pode mudar. Demoraria claro, mas pode mudar. E o mais impressionante é que os cartolas rubro-negros parecem não perceber isso.

Nada tenho contra a pessoa da presidenta do Flamengo, sei que foi uma grande atleta e que ama de paixão seu clube, e que o considera sua própria casa, mas até aí tudo bem, o problema aqui é outro e tenho pena dela. O futebol e as pessoas que nele interagem, na maioria, são pilantras, irresponsáveis e velhacos. 

Tiro por mim, que num belo dia recebi um convite para assumir um clube de uma cidadezinha e que era apenas um imbróglio, uma grande ilusão, errei em acreditar naquelas pessoas sem hombridade e sem princípios. Só tinha um nome e uma licença de uma Federação escrota e desonesta e um bando de torcedores enganados.  Nem ao menos uma sala possuía como patrimônio, somente dividas e problemas para quem assumisse, até hoje passo por ladrão, mentiroso e uma pessoa que não conhece de futebol profissional.

Realmente não conhecia as pessoas que se metem no futebol e somente querem tirar sem por, e que não procuram entender, tampouco estão interessados em seu desenvolvimento. Logicamente que, se fazendo um futebol profissional, ocupando todo o seu tempo, se tem que receber por isso, mas uma coisa nada tem a ver com a outra, porque saquear a instituição e tentar fazer algo que não se tem conhecimento ou quando se tem se faz diferente, não se deve, nem se pode, porque você acaba com sua própria fonte de renda.

Mas, infelizmente no Brasil, começa na própria CBF o desmantelo e o pensamento de que temos que tirar vantagem e saquear qualquer organização ou até rolar as dividas, sem compromisso com ela, deixando o problema para o próximo gestor. Ou então, quando se tem inteligência e uma boa visão se nota que o futebol é um dos melhores e maiores negócios rentáveis no mundo, uma indústria limpa, se for administrado propriamente, e então se quer tomar conta dele para sempre, veja o que acontece na FIFA, CBF, Federações e nos grandes clubes brasileiros.

Nem é preciso dizer mais nada.

UM GRANDE SALTO DO NÁUTICO NA BUSCA DO PROFISSIONALISMO, NA BUSCA DA MODERNIDADE / NÁUTICO, JUMP AGAIN IN SEARCH OF PROFESSIONALISM AND MODERNITY.

O Náutico hoje deu outro salto na busca da profissionalização. Lembro que tempos atrás, aqui mesmo, escrevi sobre o empreendimento deste clube em construir (mesmo partindo de um grupo de ex-jogadores e abnegados), um Centro de Treinamento.

E estava vendo com ceticismo e muito espanto as noticias de que os torcedores e dirigentes deste clube que é centenário, e não tem muito para exaltar, a não ser um patético HEXA, que é passado, sobre “não” aceitar a Arena Pernambuco, para mandar ali seus jogos. Continuar usando aquele pequeno campo de futebol rodeado de arquibancadas quase centenárias, não condiz com a atual situação do futebol de uma segunda divisão nacional e muito menos de uma primeira divisão nacional também e com a condição do Brasil vir a sediar uma Copa do Mundo em 2014.

Tudo irá mudar e quem correr na frente sairá em boas condições de poder ter um elenco competitivo (hoje não se deve ter um time somente), o futebol profissional que começa a bafejar o Náutico em Pernambuco, e com esta nova condição arrumada, é certamente que dará uma condição de se planejar uma formação de base, forte e que venha a trazer outro time da década de 60 e 70 onde lograram grande êxito no futebol tupininquim. Espero que este dinheiro seja realmente usado para desenvolver as outras estruturas que tem que ser feitas, ao invés de simplesmente tomar doril e sumir.

Muito embora que este contrato traga não apenas esta oportunidade desta instituição de se modernizar, de entrar no rol dos grandes clubes internacionais e de alguns brasileiros, que já pensaram na frente. Dará aos seus sócios, melhores condições de prestigiarem os jogos, tendo mais conforto, tendo mais facilidades e mostrar que não são somente estes tantos que hoje freqüentam o estádio de Rosa e Silva, o Nàutico é muito maior.

Com esta atitude o Náutico sai na frente de Sport e Santa Cruz. Espero que isto acorde os dois grandes clubes da capital também, para que não exista um hiato produzido pelo passo de gigante dado e o descaso em pensar grande, pensar em profissionalismo, não fique apenas no clube dos Aflitos, que agora deve passar a chamar-se, Clube do Progresso, da visão, da modernidade e da Copa.

Três meses após o acerto verbal com o clube, ele finalmente vai começar o trabalho, depois de acabar seu vínculo com o Al-Jazira, dos Emirados Árabes Unidos. E volta às Laranjeiras com o objetivo de conquistar o Campeonato Brasileiro.

A tarefa, no entanto, não será fácil.
