The Catalans violated rules related to international transfer and registration of players under 18 years old, not Spanish.

On Wednesday, Barcelona FIFA punished with a year without making transfers because of problems in the hiring of underage players. The Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) has also received a penalty because of the irregularities committed by the club.

According to the governing body, the Catalans broke rules related to international transfer and registration of players under 18 years old are not Spanish. The investigations began with FIFA Transfer Matching System GmbH (TMS) over the last year and revealed that Barça committed violations of Article 19 of the regiment with ten athletes transfers during the period from 2009 to 2013.

A smaller player 18 cannot be part of an international negotiation. However, the rule allows a teenager to be transferred under three limited circumstances, and these exceptions could be granted only after evaluation of a sub - committee of the committee on the status of players.

For FIFA, however, was not the case of Barcelona. Thus, the Catalan club has been punished by the Disciplinary Committee of the magna body of football with the inability to realize any negotiations at national and international levels in the next two transfer windows (in the middle and at the end of this year beyond January 2015), plus a fine of 450,000 Swiss francs (about R $ 1.15 million) and the regularization of the situation of players in 90 days.

Thus, the Barcelona can only make further transfers from the middle of next year. The team already knows, for example, Victor Valdes and Carlos Puyol will not follow for next season and thus is prevented from hiring potential replacements for the two idols.

The Spanish federation was fined 500,000 Swiss francs (R$ 1.3) and charged to regularize the regiment transfers with respect to minors.

I wonder if we ever have this in Brazilian football. I think if we should have, would be in another century.

Procuradores preocupados com liberação de bebida alcoólica nos estádios / Public Attorneys concerned with liberation of alcohol in stadiums.

The prohibition on the sale and consumption of alcohol at football stadium was discussed today (25), by Justice Prosecutors from 15 states. They advocate the maintenance of the ban, since they assume that it decreases the rate of violence inside the stadiums.

Prosecutors are also concerned about the consumption of alcohol in stadiums during the World Cup games, as laid down in the General Law of the tournament. For the attorney José Antonio de Melo, the possibility that they make an exception during the World Cup games for economic interests. He claims that the Federacion Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) has contradictory views of the subject. He said that the FIFA is pressed by a sponsor of the World Cup to the release of drinks in the stadium.

"Today we have a law. The legislation of the World Cup was made to force the country temporarily. And the release [of alcohol] just for the games in the competition must be accompanied by other allowances. Even have heard the very general secretary of FIFA, Jerome Valcke, defend in Congress to release the alcohol. And this is strange because in terms of security of FIFA until 2009, she was an uncompromising stand with regard to alcohol, " he said.

Excuse me gentlemen attorneys, but this does not tally with reality. I'm sure that most of you do not go to football stadiums and a lot less bother with all that is happening around them. Where children sell alcoholic beverages in styrofoam boxes and small containers, where there is no supervision, and there is no place where the citizens have their citizenship and law respected.

They want to cover the sun with a sieve and that's just an excuse to spend a weekend traveling freely with the money of who really deserves consideration and have his opinion ignored. It's a shame that no one raises the question as it really is and how it present.

Also it seems that everything is just a way to ride this sporting event, the largest and most important in the world to only appear in the media. Only in a third world country is that we see such bizarre idiosyncrasy with who should address these matters objectively.
