A MAIORIA DOS CLUBES DO FUTEBOL BRASILEIRO ESTÃO FALIDOS / MOST BRAZILIAN FOOTBALL CLUBS ARE IN BANKRUPT

O aumento das receitas não foi suficiente para sanear as finanças das principais equipes de futebol do país.

Pois é enquanto alguns poucos clubes de nosso futebol, tentam sanear suas heranças de administrações passadas, feitas (tenho que bater nesta tecla, mais uma vez), por presidentes e diretores, torcedores, estagiários, amadores, que foram eleitos pelo conselho de cada instituição, por fatores que não tem nada de conhecimento e competência do que é realmente o futebol (uma indústria séria e dinâmica) para quem sabe e que precisa.

Estamos assistindo o mercado sendo inflacionado de um lado e de outro (alguns poucos), mostram que se for profissionalizado, o nosso futebol tem tudo para dar certo. Mas, infelizmente, a mente humana, o ego, a inveja e até mesmo a paixão, mostra que é difícil, equilibrar isto, e logicamente o descaso, por que passamos nossa entidade maior, CBF, parece que esqueceu nosso futebol profissional.

O nosso País, é um continente e como tal, precisa ser olhado, não basta, por exemplo, algumas empresas estatais patrocinarem clubes do eixo sul e sudeste, precisamos ter a medida feita com bom senso, equidade e principalmente transparência e não sei se isso é possível, até porque estamos vendo o setor contábil que administra o Brasil, usando de truques baixos e artimanhas para mostrar um balanço com superávit, e isto é deprimente, pois o mau exemplo vem de cima.

Temos exemplos das emissoras de televisão que mostram o futebol norte americano no domingo à tarde (e, diga-se de passagem, prefiro assisti-lo a gastar meu tempo, vendo beisebol, por exemplo). Então, preferem fazer isto que mostrar os times do Norte e Nordeste na Copa São Paulo de Juniores, e algumas mostravam o mesmo jogo em que o Corinthians estava jogando.

As próprias rádios Nordestinas não dão o menor valor em trabalhar estes eventos. Então, as coisas ficam complicadas para mudar.

Porém, tenho certeza de que podemos reverter este quadro, só depende de profissionalizarmos o futebol, aliás, como o Corinthians, Sport Recife, Náutico Capibaribe, finalmente estão tentando fazer. Mas, o caminho tem que ser pautado por vitórias e conquistas, pois do contrário, acaba tudo e voltamos ao caos. Como falei antes, para ser um dirigente do futebol brasileiro se tem que ter os pés no chão e a cabeça nas nuvens.

We have examples of television stations that show the North American football on Sunday afternoon (and, say, in passing, I'd rather watch it to spend my time watching baseball, for example). TORCIDA ORGANIZADA; A BELA E A FERA / FANS ORGANIZED; THE BEAUTIFUL AND THE BEAST

Estamos vendo se falar muito sobre a nocividade das torcidas organizadas em nosso estado e, também, em outras localidades. Eles são causadores de confusões - que não raramente acabam com mortos-, consumo de drogas, além do velho hábito de depredação pública. Tais ações já são coisas a muito atreladas à essas organizações.

E como frequento os estádios a mais de 40 anos, vi uma mudança na atitude dos torcedores, à medida que vão se formando novas faixas etárias, o comportamento muda e para pior. No tempo dos meus avós, íamos aos campos e ficávamos misturados torcendo juntos pelos clubes que amamos o que hoje é impossível de se fazer.

Lembro que por volta dos meus 12 anos o meu tio sempre saía de Garanhuns para Recife (era uma viagem de quase um dia, pois não havia asfalto), olhar seu time jogar e, como eu já jogava bola e tinha um jeito que prometia, ele fazia questão de me levar, às vezes deixava de chamar seus próprios filhos. E um belo dia estava junto com ele e meu time fez um gol na casa do oponente que era o seu clube de coração - eu vibrei muito-, ele olhou para mim e disse "Não acredito. Você torce pelo outro?" E falei que "sim", por sorte, ele nunca deixou de me levar ao campo.

Hoje, querem acabar com estas torcidas que dão ao jogo um ar espetacular de graciosidade e de grandiosidade. Já pensaram em tirar o grito de guerra, os bandeirões, a música, as coreografias?

Acho que o caminho não é esse, torcedor não é bandido, e se tem delinquentes entre eles, não se pode simplesmente proibir os torcedores de estarem juntos e misturados. O justo não pode e nem deve pagar pelo errado, é justamente o contrário, pelo menos na escola que estudei Direito foi isso o que aprendi.

Sei que o caminho mais fácil pode ser esse, mas, não é o mais correto e muito menos o mais justo. Temos que analisar todas as medidas possíveis que podem ser tomadas e se agir com a medida certa, para separar quem está ali para torcer e quem está ali para promover badernas, arruaças.

Este caminho de exterminar simplesmente parece ser mais uma medida de um País sem comprometimento com a democracia e, muito menos, com a Constituição Federal que nos faculta o livre arbítrio.

É preciso tomar medidas enérgicas contra os marginais que estão ali para promover a baderna e prendê-los realmente, dai sim, nós teríamos eficácia no combate à violência por parte dessas quadrilhas. Agora, continuar como está é que não pode, levar somente para a delegacia - dar uma advertência se muito-, e soltar apenas estimula o vandalismo, além de ser uma piada de muito mau gosto. 

O poder público deve agir contra aqueles que não vão aos gramados para torcer, mas para intimidar o cidadão de bem e não contra o torcedor. Com uma medida dessas - que atinja todos os torcedores-, pode-se contribuir ainda mais com o esvaziamento dos estádios e com a beleza do jogo.

We are seeing too much talk about the harmfulness of the organized supporters (organized fans) in our state and also in other locations. Many bad things are linked to these organizations: fights, deaths and drugs.

I have being attend the stadiums over the last 40 years, and have seen a change in the attitude of the fans, as they are forming new age, behavior changes and that changes are for the worse. At the time of my grandparents, we use went to the fields and we were mixed together, all the fans of the clubs and nothing bad happens with us and today it is impossible to do this.

I remember when I was 12, my uncle always left Garanhuns to look games in Recife and we like to see our team playing. I started to play football very young and had a way that promised to be someone, so he insisted on taking me, sometimes left to draw their own children to take myself.

And one day I was with him and my team scored a goal in the opponent's home that was his club at heart and was thrilled too, he looked at me and said do not believe my attitude! Because I said yes, but he never failed to bring me and discuss football with me.

Today, they want to do take away with these organized fans that give the game an air of grace and spectacular grandeur. Have you thought about taking the battle cry, the big flags, the music, the choreography?

I think this is not the way, is not thug truly supporter fans, and if has been delinquent between them; one cannot simply prohibit the organized fans to be together and mixed. It’s not fair they  take away all fans why they should pay for the wrong, is just the opposite, at least in my law school that I have studied this was not that I learned.

I know the easy way this can be, cut the organized fans to go to the stadiums but is not the correct, much less fair. We have to analyze all possible steps that can be taken up and act with the right measure, to separate those who are there to cheer and who are there to promote riots, troubles, only.

This way of exterminating the organized fans show this just seemed more dignified and an arbitrary measure of a country where there is no commitment with the democracy and much less with the federal constitution who provides us free decision to come and go.

It is necessary to take firm action against those who are there to promote mess and measures that are more compatible with the marginal holding them actually, would be a right solution, but lead they only to the police station, and this is a joke and very bad taste joke, and they must act against them and not against all the organized fans. O FUTEBOL PRECISA MUDAR URGENTEMENTE EM NOSSO ESTADO, EM TODOS OS NIVEIS / THE FOOTBALL URGENTLY NEEDS CHANGE IN OUR STATE, IN ALL LEVELS.

Antes de qualquer coisa, quero desejar um 2012 de mudanças no nosso futebol, e que se tenha atitude. A todos os nossos leitores, aqui do Brasil e nos 140 Países em que estamos indo, fico muito honrado em saber que nosso trabalho está sendo reconhecido e que temos recebido pedidos para continuar falando do futebol brasileiro em inglês, principalmente.

Em nosso estado tivemos um grande ano, o Santa Cruz mostrou que pode ser um clube de primeira linha no futebol brasileiro, pois tem o que a maioria não tem, uma torcida fiel e apaixonada. Agora depende de seus dirigentes, terem a mesma grandeza que seus fãs tiveram ao longo destes anos passados nas sombras.

Sei que é difícil e quase impossível se ter um grande elenco sem recursos, então cabe ao pessoal administrativo correr atrás de tudo o que for viável para ser captado como fonte de sustentação ao clube - patrocínio, marketing, sócios, etc. Tem que ter os pés no chão para não começar a contratar medalhões que não irão trazer tudo o que a instituição precisa e merece, e ser bi campeão Pernambucano é um sonho quase inatingível, portanto, tem que focar no campeonato da 3ª Divisão e trabalhar para conseguir mais este acesso e já pensando em 2013 e na segunda divisão nacional.

O Náutico teve um ano brilhante, com um elenco pequeno e até podemos dizer, limitado, conseguiu esta façanha de subir para a 1ª Divisão Nacional, fechou uma parceria com seu comandante técnico que aceitou abrir mão de um salário compatível com seu nível e com seus jogadores, e pagando em dia (o que se diga, não é um privilégio, mas sim uma obrigação), conseguiu o acesso e isto foi o que valeu. Mas começou pisando na bola, com o advento das eleições, se perdeu e deixou de renovar os contratos ainda em 2011, antes de liberar os atletas e até mesmo de ter confirmado a subida, pois se você tem consciência do que faz, tem certeza do que vai colher. Aquela máxima de que "nada, nada e morre na praia", só deve existir na cabeça de alguns torcedores, na cabeça da diretoria tem de haver certeza, e confiança no trabalho bem feito.

Agora está ralando para conseguir segurar alguns atletas que deram o sangue e que logicamente querem ser recompensados dobrando seus salários para uma primeira divisão e não tem nada errado nisto, basta olhar como esta inflacionado o mercado. E deixar para depois das eleições, foi um grande erro dos alvirrubros, que agora estão tendo muita dificuldade para conseguir pelo menos manter o elenco do ano passado e que não deverá ser suficiente para 2012, além de o nível ser outro, terá mais de 3 competições para jogar.

Já o Sport Recife, os deuses garantiram sua classificação para a primeira divisão e, portanto, tem o dever de honrar esta dádiva dos céus, acreditem ou não. Está dando os primeiros passos para ter profissionais em sua administração, mas não deve nem pode sobre carregar demais o executivo do futebol. Cuidar de um elenco de primeira divisão já é uma façanha enorme, imagine cuidar também das divisões de base, do campo, do centro de treinamento, etc., e até do planejamento de médio e longo prazo do que o clube precisa para ter um elenco de primeira grandeza, a nosso ver, congestiona suas funções, e tem muito clube de olho nele, esperando apenas um desconforto para tentar tira-lo do Sport.

O Salqueiro, é isto mesmo, temos uma nova força no futebol pernambucano, pois foi picada pela mosca da segunda nacional e estaremos vendo um ressurgimento, deve jogar em seus próprios domínios e isto deve fazer uma bela diferença, lembro até do time Alagoano (o ASA) que é um terror na segunda divisão por ter seu próprio campo e sua torcida. Muito embora seu proprietário esteja indo por caminhos em que não se deve; ter comprometimento com amizades, o que vale no futebol é a competência e a seriedade e isto ele tem, nunca ouvi falar de pagamentos não honrados, só falta, separar amizades pessoais da profissional, e trazer os profissionais certos, para sua administração.

No mais, os times do interior irão continuar lutando para não cair, pois dificilmente terão o entendimento suficiente para sair desta mesmice e deste amadorismo. Veja o que acontece em nossa própria cidade, nos dois clubes, que já estiveram em nossa primeira divisão estadual, continuam brincando de executivo de futebol querendo alcançar o que não sabem e o que não podem. Se me perguntam o que eu quero para mudar isto, falo que tirem todos que lá estão, fechem os portões e me dêem as chaves que farei um planejamento de curto (pois o futebol não vive de promessas, mas de resultados) médio e longo prazo, devolvendo então uma instituição sem débitos e com tudo para ser auto-sustentável, com um departamento de formação de atletas, um clube com sede e sócios, exportando talentos e campeão, e como eles não sabem o que é isto, não acreditam, então não tenho chances, portanto, estou deixando a cidade para voltar a residir em Recife.

Enfim, vamos ver como nos comportaremos em 2012, com campeonato Pernambucano, Copa do Brasil e Campeonatos Nacionais de primeira e terceira divisões e sabendo que a Copa das Confederações e do Mundo está se aproximando e o mundo todo está de olho no Brasil, em seu futebol e em seus jogadores.
