A CBF ATRAPALHA MAIS AINDA O FUTEBOL BRASILEIRO, O SANTA AGORA VAI PARA SÃO PAULO E O CLUBE É OUTRO

E lá vamos nós ladeira abaixo novamente, toda a programação e planejamento do Santa Cruz, vai pelo esgoto, será possível que ninguém toma as rédeas do que está se passando no futebol profissional brasileiro e faz tempo. Até parece que o Brasil é a terra do nunca, nunca ninguém fez nada, nunca ninguém faz nada e o nosso futebol, o melhor do mundo (dentro do campo), desce pelo ralo, numa falta de planejamento total. A CBF deveria arcar com os custos do Santinha, e até das Rádios que enviaram correspondentes para transmissão do jogo em Minas Gerais, no minimo.

Nem posso falar que o maior prejudicado são os clubes, pois é, não existe planejamento em lugar nenhum. Começa pela CBF que deveria ser a responsável pelo ordenamento e direcionamento do futebol em nosso País, que  deixa o futebol a deriva e não é somente pelo novo comandante (se é que se pode falar que temos um), o negócio já vem de muito tempo atrás, infelizmente.

Estamos presenciando uma série de confusões, que vem deste a formulação dos campeonatos estaduais, e das divisões que deveriam ser ordenadas e norteadas pela qualidade dos jogadores e dos clubes, indo até as falcatruas dos ex-dirigentes da CBF. E continua tudo do mesmo jeito, o cara se demite, mas, continua recebendo da entidade um salário de “consultor”, (o que não deixa de ser uma piada), e quem assume é um pau mandado, mas, isto acontece lá, aqui e acolá.

Muda-se os nomes das instituições (clubes), como o Ipatinga, que agora é Betim, e muitos outros, para que fujam das dividas e dos problemas administrativos, inventa-se de tudo para se continuar comendo por fora, e a própria CBF, leva presidentes de Federações em comitivas para o exterior, (com tudo pago), para comprarem as anuências e infelizmente ainda ficamos ouvindo abobrinhas. Os dirigentes em sua maioria não tem idoneidade, não pagam os salários, não recolhem os encargos e tudo vira uma pizza. 

Se forem tentar planejar esta bagunça com estas pessoas, não iremos a lugar nenhum, é uma total perda de tempo, ten-se que mudar até o local destas entidades. Tolerância ZERO e até arrisco um palpite, gostaria muito de ver um "boleiro", no comando, quem sabe o próprio Romário, que já mostrou que vem mostrando muita competência em sua função de homem público e levantando muitas bandeiras.

TORCIDA ORGANIZADA; A BELA E A FERA / FANS ORGANIZED; THE BEAUTIFUL AND THE BEAST

Estamos vendo se falar muito sobre a nocividade das torcidas organizadas em nosso estado e, também, em outras localidades. Eles são causadores de confusões - que não raramente acabam com mortos-, consumo de drogas, além do velho hábito de depredação pública. Tais ações já são coisas a muito atreladas à essas organizações.

E como frequento os estádios a mais de 40 anos, vi uma mudança na atitude dos torcedores, à medida que vão se formando novas faixas etárias, o comportamento muda e para pior. No tempo dos meus avós, íamos aos campos e ficávamos misturados torcendo juntos pelos clubes que amamos o que hoje é impossível de se fazer.

Lembro que por volta dos meus 12 anos o meu tio sempre saía de Garanhuns para Recife (era uma viagem de quase um dia, pois não havia asfalto), olhar seu time jogar e, como eu já jogava bola e tinha um jeito que prometia, ele fazia questão de me levar, às vezes deixava de chamar seus próprios filhos. E um belo dia estava junto com ele e meu time fez um gol na casa do oponente que era o seu clube de coração - eu vibrei muito-, ele olhou para mim e disse "Não acredito. Você torce pelo outro?" E falei que "sim", por sorte, ele nunca deixou de me levar ao campo.

Hoje, querem acabar com estas torcidas que dão ao jogo um ar espetacular de graciosidade e de grandiosidade. Já pensaram em tirar o grito de guerra, os bandeirões, a música, as coreografias?

Acho que o caminho não é esse, torcedor não é bandido, e se tem delinquentes entre eles, não se pode simplesmente proibir os torcedores de estarem juntos e misturados. O justo não pode e nem deve pagar pelo errado, é justamente o contrário, pelo menos na escola que estudei Direito foi isso o que aprendi.

Sei que o caminho mais fácil pode ser esse, mas, não é o mais correto e muito menos o mais justo. Temos que analisar todas as medidas possíveis que podem ser tomadas e se agir com a medida certa, para separar quem está ali para torcer e quem está ali para promover badernas, arruaças.

Este caminho de exterminar simplesmente parece ser mais uma medida de um País sem comprometimento com a democracia e, muito menos, com a Constituição Federal que nos faculta o livre arbítrio.

É preciso tomar medidas enérgicas contra os marginais que estão ali para promover a baderna e prendê-los realmente, dai sim, nós teríamos eficácia no combate à violência por parte dessas quadrilhas. Agora, continuar como está é que não pode, levar somente para a delegacia - dar uma advertência se muito-, e soltar apenas estimula o vandalismo, além de ser uma piada de muito mau gosto. 

O poder público deve agir contra aqueles que não vão aos gramados para torcer, mas para intimidar o cidadão de bem e não contra o torcedor. Com uma medida dessas - que atinja todos os torcedores-, pode-se contribuir ainda mais com o esvaziamento dos estádios e com a beleza do jogo.

I have being attend the stadiums over the last 40 years, and have seen a change in the attitude of the fans, as they are forming new age, behavior changes and that changes are for the worse. At the time of my grandparents, we use went to the fields and we were mixed together, all the fans of the clubs and nothing bad happens with us and today it is impossible to do this.

I remember when I was 12, my uncle always left Garanhuns to look games in Recife and we like to see our team playing. I started to play football very young and had a way that promised to be someone, so he insisted on taking me, sometimes left to draw their own children to take myself.

And one day I was with him and my team scored a goal in the opponent's home that was his club at heart and was thrilled too, he looked at me and said do not believe my attitude! Because I said yes, but he never failed to bring me and discuss football with me.

Today, they want to do take away with these organized fans that give the game an air of grace and spectacular grandeur. Have you thought about taking the battle cry, the big flags, the music, the choreography?

It’s not fair they  take away all fans why they should pay for the wrong, is just the opposite, at least in my law school that I have studied this was not that I learned.

I know the easy way this can be, cut the organized fans to go to the stadiums but is not the correct, much less fair. We have to analyze all possible steps that can be taken up and act with the right measure, to separate those who are there to cheer and who are there to promote riots, troubles, only.

This way of exterminating the organized fans show this just seemed more dignified and an arbitrary measure of a country where there is no commitment with the democracy and much less with the federal constitution who provides us free decision to come and go.

A gastança de alguns clubes faz com que a direção do Sindicato dos Atletas Profissionais do Estado de São Paulo tema pela formação de uma "bolha" salarial que pode trazer sérias consequências ao futebol.

De acordo com o presidente do sindicato, Rinaldo Martorelli, percebe-se dois tipos de comportamento dos dirigentes. No primeiro caso, comprometem a receita dos novos contratos de TV antes mesmo de o dinheiro cair na conta. O segundo é o cartola que, mesmo ciente de que não tem condições de pagar, oferece o salário, assina o contrato e manda o jogador procurar a Justiça quando o pagamento está atrasado. "Em São Paulo fizemos constar no regulamento do Paulista uma pena de perda de pontos para o clube que ficar com salários atrasados."

Já temos sim, uma grande bolha salarial e mais, o exemplo disto começa num dos maiores clubes brasileiros, que é o Flamengo e até podemos dizer que seja em um dos maiores clubes do mundo. Vejam o exemplo irresponsável da Traffic e do próprio clube que não honra seus compromissos e troca de técnico para tentar camuflar esta atitude insana, não estão pagando o Ronaldinho Gaúcho. Infelizmente temos que exigir responsabilidade dos dirigentes (se é que isto existe no Brasil), para que não acabemos de ver os clubes fecharem, como quase aconteceu com o Santa Cruz (Recife) , Paysandù, Remo, CRB, e tantos outros.

O FUTEBOL PROFISSIONAL EM PERNAMBUCO E SUAS MESMICES / The professional football/soccer in Pernambuco.

Fico pensando o porquê em Pernambuco não se aprende a fazer futebol profissional, qual o mistério, qual o paradigma.

Fico pensando sobre estarmos sempre brigando com nós mesmos, quando a real batalha é com os de fora, porque ainda não extirpamos o efeito caranguejo das competições nacionais e isto vale para todos.

Estamos chegando a 9 rodadas do final da serie B e vemos com pesar que ao invés de avançarmos, estamos retrocedendo. O Náutico que já chegou a vice liderança do torneio e se tivesse vencido este último confronto em casa, avançaria novamente para a segunda posição, mas caiu para a 4ª posição e pelo andar da carruagem pode cair mais e até terminar atrás do Sport, que agora precisa de 7 vitórias, ou seja 70% de aproveitamento, para isso precisa ganhar todas dentro de casa, entenda-se, em Recife e adjacências.

Tem gente que infelizmente fala que tem números, que faz pesquisa, que entende de futebol, que critica aqui e critica ali, sem, no entanto ter um mínimo da consciência do futebol que é disputado dentro das quatro linhas, pois os números só dizem o que passou. Falar sobre números qualquer um pode, basta saber fazer as quatro operações, qualquer um aprende isto na escola primaria.

Temos um quadro que infelizmente irá forçar os clubes daqui a brigarem entre si, matarem-se ou até ajudarem-se, senão vejamos; temos embates diretos que uma vitória classifica e a derrota desclassifica, será que entenderam isto? Temos embates entre os principais concorrentes e que nos ajudam diretamente ou nos afunda imediatamente e agora, como vamos fazer.

Será que o Sport não pode ajudar o Náutico? E o Náutico não pode ou deve ajudar o Sport e até o Salgueiro que já está desclassificado, pode, deve ou não, tornar mais difícil ainda a classificação do seu co-irmão que é o Sport. Perguntas que somente nossos dirigentes podem responder, mas pensando nas mesmices e na falta de tempo destes gestores, em pensar futebol, vamos tentar ajudá-los a encontrar o caminho para pelo menos os dois clubes de Recife não ficarem na mesmice, ou seja, no meio do caminho, pois tem tradição e não podem perder esta oportunidade de subirem para serie A, em 2012.

O Náutico precisa vencer os 3 compromissos fora de casa e fazendo isto ajuda e muito o Sport a conseguir entrar no G-4 e por outro lado o Sport pode pensar adiante, na primeira divisão e nos recursos que irão aportar com sua subida e portanto, ajudar o clube dos Aflitos com uma ajuda financeira, e tudo dentro da legalidade. O próprio Salgueiro que infelizmente não tem mais chances e irá jogar contra o Sport, e não deveria fazer desse jogo uma questão de honra, mas jogar seu normalmente e sem aquela de se agarrar naquele caranguejo que está quase escapando do caldeirão.

Como sempre, a mesmice deve tomar conta dos dirigentes, e encher de escrúpulos quem não tem; de honra, quem nunca ouviu falar; de brios de quem nunca apresentou; de competência quem nunca teve; e invariavelmente afundarmos todos juntos novamente na segunda e terceira divisões, achando que fomos homens, que o futebol Pernambucano é de macho, machões (amadores/ignorantes/arrogantes e estúpidos) em não pensar que os outros esperam justamente isto de nós, de nossa falta de capacidade, de visão e de entendimento e do que é ser gestor de futebol profissional e ter futebol profissional com competência e com sucesso.
