PARA TENTAR EVITAR “GRUPO DA MORTE”, A FIFA BAGUNÇA E CRIA SORTEIO DENTRO DO SORTEIO / TO TRY TO AVOID “GROUP OF DEATH”, FIFA MESS AND CREATES A LOTTERY WITHIN A LOTTERY GROUP

Uma grande manobra da FIFA aumentou bastante a chance de se evitar um grupo da morte com 10 títulos mundiais em campo. Para não deixar a França como a única seleção isolada da Europa em um dos potes do sorteio, a entidade máxima do futebol bagunçou - e muito - a forma como vai definir os grupos do Mundial de 2014.

O sorteio da Copa do Mundo acontece às 14 horas (horário de Brasília) da próxima sexta-feira e terá cobertura especial e completa dos canais ESPN.

Todo o problema aconteceu porque os potes para o sorteio da Copa possuem oito times cada e são definidos de maneira geográfica. Desta vez, porém, sobraram nove equipes europeias. Todos esperavam que a França fosse colocada junto com os africanos e os sul-americanos. Isto porque os franceses eram os piores europeus no ranking da FIFA, considerando os números de outubro, utilizados na definição dos cabeças-de-chave.

A ideia da FIFA, porém, foi diferente. O pote dos grupos europeus ficou com nove equipes. 

Uma delas será sorteada para integrar o grupo com africanos e sul-americanos.

Além disso, ainda será criado um chamado pote X, que contará com os quatro sul-americanos que serão cabeças-de-chave na Copa. (Brasil, Argentina, Colômbia e Uruguai). A seleção sorteada será aquela que terá em seu grupo o time europeu previamente sorteado para o pote 2. Só depois o sorteio seguirá normalmente.

PELÉ, IS THE AMBASSADOR OF BRAZILIAN FOOTBALL / Rei Pele, O Embaixador do Futebol Brasileiro

"E finalmente uma grande medida é tomada pelas autoridades deste país, ou seja, pela Presidente do País, Dilma Rousseff, nada mais certo, justo e correto que esta nomeação do Rei Pelé, a ser o "Embaixador" do Brasil, do Futebol e da Copa do Mundo de 2014"

Assisti o evento do sorteio da FIFA na Marina da Glória - Cidade do Rio de Janeiro, onde se conheceu os grupos que começarão a disputar uma preciosa vaga para vir ao Brasil. Pena que muitos brasileiros ainda não se deram conta de que estamos brincando com o nome do país, com sua dignidade, com sua auto-estima e com seu futuro, é sim, com seu futuro, como país sério e interessado em cumprir seus acordos.

Muitos dizem... Mas é apenas uma Copa do Mundo e precisamos fazer muita coisa com este dinheiro, por exemplo; na educação, saúde, segurança, infra-estrutura, etc., etc., mas é justamente isto que teremos com o evento bem feito, dignamente realizado. Não teremos todo este investimento jogado no lixo, de maneira nenhuma, este negócio de se construir “elefantes brancos”, é puro engano.

Temos um time aqui em Recife que está na 4ª Divisão do futebol que se diz profissional e leva mais de 40 mil pagantes todos os jogos e não é com ingressos de 2,00 reais como se faz em outros lugares, vez por outra, para encher o estádio. Aqui o fã desse clube vai ao campo onde ele for e onde ele estiver, porque quer ver seu futebol, quer ver esta instituição tão sofrida e mal tratada por interesses errôneos e amadores de seus dirigentes.

E é isto que vemos amiúde no futebol brasileiro, temos que dar um basta no amadorismo, nos interesses que não são do futebol e para o futebol. Já é tempo do governo brasileiro olhar diretamente sobre isto e tomar medidas cabíveis e corretas, como esta de colocar Pelé onde já deveria estar, até para consolidar o esporte mais praticado no País como um esporte profissional sério.

Tudo o que for feito aqui, agora, ficará servindo e ajudando a Nação a galgar sua carreira como um País desenvolvido, atraindo mais e mais irmãos que queiram conhecer este grande território, como um lugar de gente alegre, pacifica e ordeira, mas, acima de tudo, honesta, um lugar onde nossos filhos possam viver e se orgulhar. Um lugar onde se tenha respeito e solidariedade e que se receba os visitantes como irmãos, sem discriminações ou barreiras de separação, onde não se precise de "visa" ou permissão para chegar, o País do Mundo Livre "realmente".
