O gerente de futebol Carlos Kila garante que o Timbu solucionará as questões a partir da próxima segunda-feira.
O atacante Kieza não está sozinho nas criticas à diretoria do Náutico. Alguns dos seus ex-companheiros de clube, também revelaram que o Timbu não efetuou os pagamentos referentes ao mês de dezembro e o 13°. Procurados pela equipe do GLOBOESPORTE.COM/PE, o goleiro Glédson, o volante Éverton, o lateral-direito Peter e o meio-campo Elton, afirmaram que a diretoria alvirrubra possui alguns débitos da temporada 2011.
As situações mais graves ficam por conta do lateral-direito Peter e do volante Éverton. Apesar de não terem direito ao salário de dezembro, uma vez que tiveram seus contratos encerrados no final de novembro, os atletas informaram que, além de não pagar as férias e o 13°, proporcional, o clube não depositou nenhum mês do pagamento do FGTS. O lateral chegou a entrar em contato com a diretoria do clube, mas não obteve muito êxito.
- No meu caso, eles não devem salário algum, pois meu contrato foi até o mês de novembro. O que está faltando é o pagamento do meu 13°, além do FGTS, que não depositaram nenhum mês. Outra situação é a premiação pelo acesso, que não foi paga a ninguém. Falei com o Carlos Kila, e ele me informou que a situação iria para o departamento financeiro do clube. Mas tentei entrar em contato com o clube e ainda não tive retorno.
Já o volante chegou a revelar que passou por uma situação inusitada quando foi ao banco, em busca do FGTS.
- Quando eu fui à Caixa Econômica buscar meu FGTS, o rapaz do banco me informou que nem a conta tinha sido aberta pelo clube. Ainda existem outras situações que eu pretendo resolver em breve. A diretoria prometeu que pagaria a premiação até a próxima sexta-feira, vamos esperar.
Quem também busca os seus direitos é o goleiro Gledson. Além de confirmar que o clube só efetuou o pagamento dos jogadores que renovaram seus contratos, o goleiro ainda afirmou que o Náutico lhe deve duas parcelas de um acordo que teria feito com o clube.
- Realmente a situação que o Kieza afirmou é a mais pura verdade. O Náutico não pagou aos atletas que saíram do clube. Ainda me devem duas parcelas de um acordo que eu fiz, com relação a salários atrasados além do salário de dezembro e o 13°.
Aparentemente mais tranquilo com a situação, o meio-campo Elton confirmou que o Timbu está em dívida. No entanto, o atleta afirmou que pretende esperar a posição do clube.
- Realmente estão em atraso com algumas questões. Ainda não efetuaram o pagamento do mês de dezembro e do 13°. Mas vamos aguardar qual será o posicionamento do clube.

Carlos Kila ainda lembrou que o clube costuma efetuar os pagamentos no dia 10 de cada mês. Por conta disso, o clube só estaria com três dias de atraso.

É uma vergonha e até quando o governo federal brasileiro irá se manter sem tomar as devidas e legais providências? Pois isto envolve direitos constitucionais, direitos regidos pela legislação federal, ou estou errado!
