JORNAL: RELATÓRIO APONTA 100% DE ATRASO NAS OBRAS DE MOBILIDADE DA COPA / NEWSPAPER: REPORT SHOWS 100% DELAY IN WORKS AT THE W. CUP MOBILITY.

FIFA Secretary General Jerome Valcke has complained of delays in preparations for the World Cup in Brazil.

No less than 100% of the works of urban mobility promised for the 2014 World Cup are delayed and the risk of being in half. That's pointing a report of the Federal Public Ministry (MPF), according to the newspaper O Estado de S. Paulo. The agency sent a letter to the 12 States which will host the World demanding agility and more careful monitoring of the works.

»Who is involved in the 2014 World Cup deserves to take a kick in the ass? Says Jerome Valcke.

(TCU), until January 31 the Federal Savings Bank had released only $ 206 million of the total
R$ 5.3 billion forecast for the 47 mobility projects contracted. Only eight of them have received money from the funding.

According to statement released by the Court of Auditors
Some cities with works "stuck" are Brasília, where the Light Rail Vehicle (VLT) and works in FD-047 have not yet passed the phase of bidding, and Porto Alegre, where almost all the works of transport are beginning this month, according to the mayor.

Well, this is the Brazil that we do not want to see, of lies, ills of the corruption. Now! How do we stay? Not long ago I wrote right here about it, Recife have to prepare some "hoovercrafts", those English boats that float through the air cushion tires on swamp / waste / water / grass, etc.., Or they think it will not rain in July and that all works now being built will realize the need, will be enough.

I have no doubt that we need at least another 70% of what is being done.
