Assim como o defensor, o meio-campista revelou uma grande preocupação com os funcionários do clube e pediu para que a diretoria possa priorizar os seus salários. A postura seria o mínimo que a equipe poderia fazer para salvar o Natal dos empregados que precisam de seus pagamentos em dia.

"O fim de ano é complicado, e esperamos que as coisas se resolvam até o fim deste mês. Eu torço para que eles consigam pagar os funcionários, que são os mais importantes do clube. O jogador recebe bem, mas os empregados que não ganham tanto vão passar o Natal com problemas para colocar a comida na mesa. Infelizmente esse é o retrato da maioria das administrações em nossos clubes profissionais e quando um presidente gerencia bem o lado administrativo, se preocupa com a situação da instituição, esquece-se do lado dos esportes, pois todos querem ser campeões, e a torcida não perdoa, afinal de contas os clubes aqui não tem um proprietário, tem sim sócios proprietários e um conselho de torcedores que diga-se de passagem é “amador”, que devem e podem decidir a vida do presidente bem como a do clube e suas diretrizes. E tudo é decidido pela emoção e não pela razão e conhecimento.

O atual sistema destas instituições no Brasil, deixa realmente qualquer clube em situação precária, basta esquecer ou mesmo desconhecer as normas internacionais da FIFA, como esta “que determina a liberação dos direitos federativos “contratuais” dos atletas, desde que o clube deixe de pagar por 3 meses o salário”, então é complicado, porque a FIFA não entende este negócio de “carteira de trabalho” e muito menos deste detalhe, “assinada” com valores diferentes ( mais baixos) para confundir o fisco e o pagamento de IR, ou seja, caracteriza-se assim a tentativa de sonegação, e na Suíça e nos Países Europeus, isto não existe e muito menos os encargos do INSS, que podem consolidar um “imbróglio” jurídico na corte arbitral em Genebra na Suíça. O que importa para eles, é o pagamento dos salários reais, somente, o resto tem-se que ver na prática, ou seja, no tribunal.
