entre Bahia e Vitória da Conquista nesta quarta-feira, na Arena Fonte Nova,
será o primeiro do País envolvendo clubes com a venda de bebidas alcoólicas
liberada nos estádios. O projeto de lei aprovado pelo governador Jacques Wagner
como uma das mostras mais representativas do legado da Copa tem efeito imediato
e entra em vigor a partir desta semana.
Em
sua redação final, ele não separa os torcedores comuns dos ‘vips'.
A
princípio, a proposta previa que, nas arquibancadas, fossem comercializadas sob
a alegação de maior segurança, apenas bebidas com teor alcoólico inferior a
20%, dentre elas, cerveja e destilados mais leves. O limite seria elevado para
43% em camarotes, incluindo uísque, vodka e tequila. No fim das contas, não
haverá restrição em nenhum dos setores.
A
maior beneficiada pela medida é a cervejaria ITAIPAVA, dona dos naming rights
da Fonte
Nova e que, a partir de agora, terá a chance de oferecer os seus
produtos no palco. Ela paga R$ 10 milhões por ano para batizá-lo.
A
sanção da lei foi publicada no Diário Oficial da última sexta-feira e conta com
o aval também do secretário Estadual para Assuntos da Copa (SECOPA), Ney
Campello.
O
Ministério do Esporte não esconde trabalhar para derrubar o veto a bebidas em
estádios. Nos últimos meses, diversas tentativas foram feitas através de
projetos de lei em cidades como Natal e Fortaleza, mas esbarraram na falta de
apoio governamental ou mesmo no movimento contrário do Ministério Público.
Na
Bahia, a proposta foi aprovada em tempo recorde, chamando a atenção do grupo da
oposição que trabalhava para derrubá-la na Assembleia Legislativa do Estado.
Ela foi protocolada na casa em outubro do ano passado e, desde então, passou
por várias tramitações, sendo deliberada no último mês, em um só dia, por cinco
comissões. Em todo esse período, o Ministério Público e a Polícia Militar foram
deixados de fora das conversas.
O
projeto original repassava para a SUDESB, autarquia da Secretaria do Trabalho,
Emprego, Renda e Esporte (SETRE), a responsabilidade de fiscalizar o andamento
das vendas. O governador Jacques Wagner, no entanto, eximiu o órgão da tarefa.
Outra mudança promovida pelo político foi à liberação da comercialização a
partir de duas horas antes do começo dos jogos. A ideia anterior era estipular
a compra somente entre 1h30 antes das partidas e os 15 minutos do segundo
tempo.
A
partir de uma alteração promovida no Regulamento Geral de Competições nesta
temporada, a CBF também flexibilizou a sua posição e deixou a cargo das
autoridades estaduais a decisão sobre o tema em suas praças esportivas.
Esta
é a primeira medida que nos coloca em Países considerados “primeiro mundo”, e
vem ratificar uma posição de negócios e marketing que nos iguala aos tais
desenvolvidos. Ficava pensando com meus botões o porque de tudo em nosso rincão é mais demorado e mais
complicado, parece até que os políticos que elegemos só trabalham para si
mesmo.
Esperamos
que esta medida seja estendida a todos os outros estados da federação, pois não
podemos ter ou ser discriminados.
