Os trabalhadores se reuniram durante a manhã, em sua maioria, na Praça Fórum Ruy Barbosa, no Campo da Pólvora em Nazaré, próximo ao centro de Salvador. A paralisação afeta as principais obras do Estado, entre elas a construção da Via expressa, da Via Bahia, Polo Naval, Parques Eólicos, Ferrovia Leste/Oeste e do Metrô.

Segundo informações da presidente da Força Sindical da Bahia, Nair Goulart, as obras envolvidas representam investimento de R$ 20 bilhões de 300 empresas além de obras do Programa de Aceleração do Crescimento (PAC) do governo.

De acordo com a Força Sindical, entre as principais reivindicações estão reajuste de 13% do salário, 40 horas semanais, com trabalho de segunda a sexta-feira, planos de saúde e segurança do trabalho, pisos salariais unificados nacionalmente, pagamento de horas extras, cesta básica de R$ 250, entre outros.

Goulart afirma que o Sindicato dos Trabalhadores nas Indústrias da Construção Pesada e Montagem Industrial da Bahia (SINTEPAV) negociam com o sindicato patronal há 70 dias e, como não houve acordo, a greve aconteceu. A data-base de reajuste salarial era 1.º de março, e, segundo a presidente da Força Sindical, para o reajuste acontecer ele terá que ser empregado com o retroativo.

Por volta das 11h30, havia terminado uma assembleia entre a Força Sindical e o sindicato patronal, na qual as empresas foram informadas que os trabalhadores recusaram a proposta sugerida. As empresas do setor sugeriram aumento salarial de 10% e cesta básica de R$ 160, segundo informações de Nair Goulart, os operários mantêm a solicitação por aumento de 14% e cesta básica de R$ 220.

A Força Sindical informa que não há previsão de término da greve, mas que na tarde desta quinta-feira pode acontecer uma nova negociação. Uma assembleia está marcada para a próxima sexta, na Praça do Fórum Ruy Barbosa.

Depois de muitos adiamentos, desentendimentos e polêmicas, a Câmara dos Deputados enfim aprovou a Lei Geral da Copa. O texto base apresentado pelo relator Vicente Cândido teve a aprovação na noite desta quarta-feira inclusive da oposição da base governista, sofrendo rejeição somente do PSOL. A venda de bebidas alcoólicas durante as partidas do Mundial de 2014, porém, ainda não foi sacramentada e deverá ficar a cargo dos Estados.

O projeto da Lei Geral havia sido criado em setembro do ano passado, para ditar as regras para a realização do Mundial no País - regulamentando, por exemplo, feriados nos dias dos jogos da Seleção Brasileira. A primeira votação havia sido marcada para dezembro do 2011, quando uma série de entraves passou a causar adiamentos e mais adiamentos para a sua aprovação.

Outro ponto importante do texto é a confirmação da liberação de 1% dos ingressos de cada partida gratuitamente para deficientes físicos. Fico me perguntando como nosso País pode passar a ser de “primeiro mundo”, se os políticos que temos (em sua maioria) são de terceira categoria. Somente aqueles que nunca foram aos estádios é que não sabem que beber dentro do estádio e beber nas ruas, ao redor deles, é a mesma coisa, ou melhor, dentro do campo, menor não bebe, temos higiene, impostos recolhidos e quem promove o espetáculo recebe dividendos, ao passo que, fora dos estádios, bebe todo mundo, menino, gato e cachorro, não se recolhe impostos, e tampouco se tem higiene, conforto e garantias.

Somente estes políticos que se dizem “evangélicos” e provavelmente tomam todas em casa, ou então aqueles que não frequentam jogos de futebol, espetáculos, shows, e etc.. Porque a Lei deve ser para todos e se proibir bebidas nos estádios por ocasião de jogos, deve se proibir nos shows, nos rodeios, nas vaguejadas, nas festas, nos bailes, no carnaval, no São João, etc., enfim, em tudo.

Quando na realidade, deveríamos é dar educação em casa, mostrar o que é errado e certo e deixar quem aprendeu que viva em liberdade, que tenha opções de escolher seu destino.

A lei já foi assinada pela presidente Dilma Rousseff e foi encaminhada ao Congresso nesta segunda-feira.

As cidades que sediarão alguma partida da Copa do Mundo de 2014 têm a autorização do Estado para decretarem feriado em dias de jogos do Mundial. A medida é parte do projeto da ‘Lei Geral da Copa’, que já foi assinado pela presidente Dilma Rousseff e foi enviado ao Congresso para aprovação, nesta segunda-feira.

"A União, os Estados, o Distrito Federal e os Municípios que sediarão os eventos poderão declarar feriados os dias de sua ocorrência em seu território" - artigo 41 da lei, que foi disponibilizada no site da Casa Civil.

Entre outras coisas, a Lei Geral para a Copa de 2014 foi criada para regulamentar a realização do evento no Brasil e traz algumas medidas exigidas pela Federação Internacional de Futebol (FIFA) que deverão ser cumpridas durante toda a competição. Além de discorrer sobre os feriados nos dias de jogos, o texto da lei também diz a respeito da venda de ingressos para as partidas e da proteção das marcas patrocinadoras do evento.

"A União colaborará com Estados, Distrito Federal e Municípios que sediarão os Eventos e com as demais autoridades competentes para assegurar à FIFA e às pessoas por ela indicadas a autorização para, com exclusividade, divulgar suas marcas, distribuir, vender, dar publicidade ou realizar propaganda de produtos e serviços, bem como outras atividades promocionais ou de comércio de rua, nos Locais Oficiais de Competição, nas suas imediações e principais vias de acesso", diz o artigo 11.

A pena para quem descumprir esse artigo será de três meses a um ano de detenção ou o pagamento de uma multa.

A FIFA não trabalha com outra alternativa: São Paulo vai abrir a Copa do Mundo de 2014. Nem mesmo as declarações do presidente Joseph Blatter, dizendo que preferia ver o Rio como a sede do jogo inaugural, terá peso na decisão da entidade. No congresso da FIFA, nos dias 20 e 21 de outubro, em Zurique, a capital paulista vai ser finalmente confirmada com o primeiro jogo do Mundial.

'A abertura será em São Paulo, já está definido. Para se ter uma ideia clara, o Rio, mencionado pelo Blatter, nem se candidatou a sede da abertura. O Rio quer e vai receber a final da Copa', disse uma alta fonte do Comitê Organizador Local (COL), órgão responsável pela condução do Mundial de 2014.

Pesou na decisão da FIFA a infra-estrutura, capacidade hoteleira, transporte e aeroportos da cidade. E ainda a agilidade dos governos estadual e municipal na viabilização do Itaquerão. 'São Paulo resolveu o problema do estádio em um ano. As outras cidades demoraram até três anos para adequar seus projetos', comentou um graúdo executivo do COL.

Belo Horizonte e Brasília, outras candidatas a receber a abertura, poderiam concorrer com São Paulo apenas na questão dos estádios, mas perderiam feio nas outras exigências da FIFA. É a mesma situação de Salvador, que também demonstrou interesse na partida inaugural, sem ter, no entanto, qualquer chance de vitória na disputa.

Ele chegou a dizer até que, se necessário, espera pela arena do Corinthians até fevereiro de 2014, sendo que o prazo dado aos outros estádios brasileiros é dezembro de 2013.

O que atrasou o processo em São Paulo, todos sabem e viram, foi somente o problema de alguns políticos que queriam atrair mais atenção do que o próprio evento. E isto é uma pena, pois vemos que ainda não estamos escolhendo bem nossos representantes para administrar e cuidar bem dos nossos interesses, pois ninguém que vive aqui e conhece a capital do estado de São Paulo, tem dúvidas de que esta cidade é uma das grandes metrópoles do mundo e nenhuma outra merece tanto abrir a Copa do Mundo no Brasil, além de ter as condições, só faltava, atitude!

Espero que na próxima eleição o eleitor paulista e os brasileiros tomem mais cuidado e votem melhor.
